Chapter 1 of 100
Chapter 1

This work is filled with numerous convenient assumptions. Specifically:
■ For some reason, the units of time and measurement are based on Earth standards.
Expressions such as one second, one minute, one hour, one day, one month, and one year are used.
One hour is sixty minutes, and one minute is sixty seconds. However, one day is twenty-five hours, one month is thirty days, and one year is ten months, differing from Earth in these aspects.
Units such as meters and grams are used.
■ For some reason, a common language is used worldwide.
Even in modern Earth, where information can be transmitted instantly to the other side of the planet, there is no unified language. Yet, in this world, a common language is used worldwide. However, languages that are only understood in specific regions are also used concurrently.
■ For some reason, a common currency is used worldwide.
Even in modern Earth, where information can be transmitted instantly to the other side of the planet, there is no unified currency.
■ For some reason, Earth-originated animals like dogs, cats, and horses are present.
Earth animals are found everywhere.
Indeed, the barrier of a different world seems to be nonexistent before the cuteness of these fluffy creatures.
■ For some reason, people who fight do not wear head protection (such as helmets).
Are the people in this world not concerned about their lives? It seems that the value of looking good on camera takes precedence over protecting their heads.
■ For some reason, only beautiful women and girls gather around the protagonist.
What? You want to read a story where the protagonist is surrounded by unattractive girls?
...I'm sorry, but we cannot cater to such niche needs.
■ For some reason, the same titles and military ranks as on Earth are used (the rank structure is slightly different).
I considered creating unique titles and ranks but decided against it, thinking it was an unnecessary obsession.
■ For some reason, idiomatic expressions used in Japanese are valid (such as "rice cakes are best made by the rice cake maker").
I considered creating unique idiomatic expressions and proverbs but decided against it, as it would be a lot of work and might be glossed over by readers.
And so on.
I hope you will read this with these points in mind. If you do not like such baseless convenient assumptions, I recommend immediately closing this page.
<<< Regarding the Writing Style >>>
■ One paragraph per line
The narrative is generally written in one paragraph per line, in a bullet-point style.
■ Omission of 'ra'
I try to avoid using 'ra' omission in the text, but some characters intentionally use it to highlight their characteristics.
* If 'ra' omission appears in the narrative, it is a simple writing error.
■ Omission of 'i'
In dialogue, 'i' omission is used in most cases.
Example: "言っているんだ" → "言ってるんだ", "知っているんだ" → "知ってるんだ"
In formal settings, such as negotiations, 'i' omission is not used, but in conversations between friends or close acquaintances, 'i' omission is used almost exclusively.
* If 'i' omission appears in the narrative, it is a simple writing error.
