After chatting casually with the two sisters for a while, it was soon time to clear the rink. The visitors on the ice rink gradually left the ice, but many did not leave immediately. Instead, they stayed by the side to watch the upcoming commercial shoot. The production team did not ask the staff to clear the area further. For the advertisers, having an audience meant an additional channel for promoting their product, as long as it did not affect the shooting process.
The two sisters, Sooyoung and Soojung, also stayed behind. Originally, Sooyoung was not very interested in the commercial shoot and was worried that their mother would be concerned if she came home early and couldn't find them. However, Soojung insisted on staying, refusing to leave and wanting to watch the impressive performances of the new acquaintances, the older brother and sister.
Chengyuan and Eun-hye's performance during the shoot was indeed worth watching. Although their technical skills were far from those of professional figure skaters, the观赏性 for the audience was not much different. Most of the audience were laymen there for the spectacle. After more than two hours of practice, Chengyuan and Eun-hye became more proficient, their bodies graceful and their movements elegant. They danced beautifully on the ice, their默契 coordination and the contrast of their good looks made the specially tailored school uniforms appear even more elegant and unique.
At the most exciting moments, the audience clapped and cheered. Crystal's cheers were especially clear and loud.
When Chengyuan, after much effort, finally performed graceful and technically challenging moves like the sit spin and the Biellmann spin, the entire audience erupted in applause. Crystal's voice almost went hoarse, and although Sooyoung did not shout, her eyes sparkled with excitement.
The main task of the production team that day was to shoot scenes of Chengyuan and Eun-hye skating and dancing on the ice in their CleverS school uniforms. The director did not shoot each scene repeatedly in the conventional way but had several cameramen capture the highlights of Chengyuan and Eun-hye's dance from different angles, aiming for authenticity and credibility to enhance the appeal of the product, thereby showcasing the beauty, comfort, and trendy style of the CleverS school uniforms.
Of course, a commercial usually lasts no more than a minute, so even though many high-quality shots were taken, only the most exciting parts would be edited into the final cut, along with a few necessary product shots and model slogans, processed and spliced into a complete commercial. The remaining footage would be discarded.
After several hours of intense work, Chengyuan still looked energetic, but Eun-hye was already exhausted. She didn't want to rest alone, seeing Chengyuan's efforts, so she gritted her teeth and persevered. Chengyuan, noticing this, admired her determination, but he didn't dare to overstep his bounds since the director hadn't called for a break. Finally, the director was satisfied and announced that the "ice dance" part of the school uniform commercial was complete. Upon hearing this, Eun-hye, without regard for her image, almost collapsed on the ice. Chengyuan quickly supported her and helped her off the rink.
Eun-hye's manager hurried over to take her, worried about her condition, and quickly bid farewell to everyone, preparing to leave. In the process, Eun-hye mustered the strength to nod and apologize to Chengyuan and the others.
At this moment, the two little girls, Crystal and Sooyoung, had not left. They rushed over to wave goodbye to Eun-hye and Chengyuan. To be precise, Crystal ran over, while her sister chased after her to catch her. The staff, having seen the two sisters chatting happily with Chengyuan and Eun-hye earlier, did not stop them, allowing the sisters to reach Chengyuan and Eun-hye.
Crystal directly hugged Chengyuan's leg and said with a pleading face, "Big brother Chengyuan, pick me up, I want to talk to sister Eun-hye." She acted as if they were old friends, but her adorable face made it hard to refuse. Chengyuan complied, lifting her up and facing her towards Eun-hye.
Crystal said, "Sister Eun-hye, I really like you. And I also really like big brother Chengyuan. Can we be friends in the future? I'm very lonely, and no one plays with me after I return to Korea." Her sister, Sooyoung, felt deeply ashamed of her sister's boldness.
But to Chengyuan and Eun-hye, Crystal was a cute and precocious little girl. Eun-hye nodded and said, "Sure, you'll be my little sister. I'm a singer, so please support me in the future." Chengyuan didn't say anything, just affectionately patted the little girl's head.
Crystal, still not satisfied, wanted to say more, but Eun-hye's manager didn't want her to waste valuable rest time on an unimportant child. He urged Eun-hye to leave. Reluctantly, Eun-hye said "goodbye" to Crystal and turned to leave.
Crystal waved goodbye to Eun-hye, then pouted and whispered, "This uncle is really mean!" Her voice was so low that only Chengyuan, with his keen hearing, could hear it, while others only saw her unhappy expression.
Chengyuan was just thinking about how children's moods can change so quickly when the little girl turned to him with a smile and said, "Big brother Chengyuan, I'm hungry. Can you buy me something to eat? My sister doesn't have enough money to buy me anything."
Chengyuan was about to agree when Sooyoung, hearing this, immediately became angry and said, "Crystal, do you want to die? How does Mom usually teach you? I'll deal with you when we get home." From her tone, it was clear that Crystal often got scolded by her sister.
Crystal was scared and defended herself in a low voice, "Mom says not to eat things from strangers, but big brother Chengyuan isn't a stranger, and he's not a bad person. Big brother Chengyuan, right?"
Chengyuan naturally wouldn't call himself a bad person, but he started to worry about how naive the little girl was, trusting someone she had only known for a few hours. He was afraid that she might be deceived by a more attractive and kind stranger in the future. He said, "Crystal, your mom is right. You shouldn't easily trust others or eat food given by strangers. Listen to your sister more; she cares about you, even if she's a bit strict."
Crystal's mind couldn't quite grasp this. She thought, "If I listen to Mom, I can't trust big brother Chengyuan, but what he said is exactly the same as what Mom said. Why can't I trust him?" After thinking for a while without a conclusion, she decided to ignore it and hugged Chengyuan's neck, saying, "Big brother, I understand. But I'm so hungry! What should I do?"
Chengyuan squatted down, put Crystal down, and asked Park Byung-yeol for 10,000 won, then handed it to Crystal, saying, "Although I can't buy you food, I can give you money to buy it yourself." Seeing Sooyoung's hesitation, he added, "This way, we won't be going against what your mom said. Sooyoung, right?"
Crystal looked at her sister Sooyoung, and when she saw her nod, she happily took the 10,000 won bill and put it in Sooyoung's hand, saying, "Sister, buy me some honey bread."
