Everyone present laughed, and Jin Yongnam smiled, preparing to say something. "Buzz..." His phone suddenly rang, and after checking the caller ID, Jin Yongnam hurriedly stood up and answered the call with a respectful expression, saying, "Boss, hello, this is Jin Yongnam. Yes, yes, yes, I understand. I will handle it immediately, and I will make sure it’s done well. Please rest assured."

After hanging up, Jin Yongnam's expression turned serious as he addressed the crowd, "The contracts of our company's artists are too harsh. For the long-term development of the company, we should provide our artists with better treatment. Everyone, please quickly draft new contracts. That’s all, the meeting is adjourned."

President Jin Youngmin hurriedly stood up and said, "Chairman Jin, if we improve the treatment, it will lead to a decrease in the company's revenue, and the shareholders will not agree. Moreover, the company is currently spending a lot to expand its overseas business..."

Jin Yongnam waved his hand, a smug smile on his face as he said, "Shareholders? Apart from those present, the shares of other shareholders have basically been acquired by the boss! If you don’t want to see the boss initiate a tender offer, don’t oppose the boss’s decision! As for the money, it’s not important at all! The boss will soon inject a large amount of funds into the company! Remember, artists are the foundation of our company!" With that, he hurriedly left S.M. Entertainment and headed to the Korea United News Agency.

In the café, the Jeong sisters, Jeong Soo-yeon and Jeong Soo-jung, looked at Gao Yang in surprise as he casually arranged for someone to deal with the Korea United News Agency over the phone. They felt a bit dazed, knowing that it was the sixth-largest newspaper in Korea! Suddenly, Jeong Soo-yeon frowned and asked, "How did you know that the journalist was from the Korea United News Agency?"

"Hmm?" Gao Yang was taken aback, realizing he had made a mistake, and quickly changed the subject, saying, "Miss Jeong Soo-yeon..."

"Call me Jessica!" Jeong Soo-yeon's expression turned even colder; she very much disliked being called by her Korean name. "Uh, okay, Jessica, I really like Soo-jung and want to date her. I hope you will bless us instead of obstructing us." Jeong Soo-jung, standing beside her, looked down at her coffee cup with a shy expression.

Jeong Soo-yeon felt a headache coming on. She rubbed her forehead, looking at her sister with concern and sighed, "I hope you won’t hurt Soo-jung’s feelings." Her words were filled with care and helplessness.

"Sister." Jeong Soo-jung, hearing her sister’s caring words, looked up at her. Despite their previous conflicts, her sister’s concern deeply moved her.

Gao Yang smiled and reached out to take Jeong Soo-jung’s hand, placing it in his own and said, "I will cherish Soo-jung as much as I cherish my own eyes!" His gentle words were filled with firm determination.

Leaving the café, Jeong Soo-yeon drove to ** Company, while Gao Yang, holding Jeong Soo-jung’s hand, got into the car and asked, "Where are we going?"

"Huh? Where are we going?" Jeong Soo-jung, with a slight blush on her face, was still a bit dazed. "I mean, where are we going for our date?" Gao Yang smiled and said.

"Oh, let’s go eat ice cream!" Jeong Soo-jung’s face lit up with a bright smile.

"Hehe, okay, let’s go!" Fastening his seatbelt, he started the car and set the navigation to the restaurant that was said to have the best ice cream in Seoul.

By the time they arrived at the Seoul Tower, it was already past six in the evening. The heat had started to subside, and a gentle breeze began to blow, with more pedestrians appearing on the streets.

Parking the car, Gao Yang held Jeong Soo-jung’s hand and walked confidently towards the restaurant. Since he had already confessed, there was no need to act shy and pretend to be innocent.

They found a seat by the window and opened the menu. "So expensive!" Jeong Soo-jung, though not a first-time visitor, couldn’t help but stick out her tongue at the high prices.

"Expensive things are worth it. Order whatever you like." Gao Yang smiled, "I have my wallet with me."

Jeong Soo-jung giggled and lightly patted Gao Yang’s shoulder. She no longer held back and chose a mango ice cream, which was reasonably priced. Gao Yang also ordered a mango ice cream.

"Do you also like mango flavor, oppa?" Jeong Soo-jung asked, looking at him with a puzzled expression.

"Whatever you like, I like." Gao Yang looked at her and smiled gently.

"Hmph, so sappy." Jeong Soo-jung raised her head, making a face as if she couldn’t bear it, but the smile on her lips couldn’t be hidden. Gao Yang smiled at her, knowing that sweet talk was necessary when courting a girl.

Soon, the ice cream was served, and the two of them enjoyed it while looking at the night view and the bustling crowds outside, feeling very content.

In the quiet environment, listening to soft and elegant music, enjoying the cool air, and looking at the distant lights and crowds, it was easy to enter a wonderful state of mind. The excitement from earlier gradually subsided, and both of them fell into a silence.

"Why do you like me?" Jeong Soo-jung put down her spoon and looked at Gao Yang seriously.

Gao Yang smiled and said softly, "Love at first sight!"

"Huh?" Although she knew some Chinese, Jeong Soo-jung clearly didn’t understand what he meant.

"Hehe." Gao Yang laughed and explained it in Korean.

"When did you fall in love at first sight?" Jeong Soo-jung pouted and continued to ask.

Gao Yang leaned back in his chair, rubbed his eyebrows, and looked at the serious Jeong Soo-jung, saying, "When I turned around and saw you in the garden of the Shilla Hotel, it felt like an electric shock, and I was completely drawn to you. For the next few days, every time I closed my eyes, I thought of you."

Jeong Soo-jung lowered her head slightly, picked up her spoon, and gently stirred the ice cream, lost in thought. Gao Yang didn’t say anything, just quietly watching her.

After a while, Jeong Soo-jung said softly, "Oppa, are you very rich?"

"Huh?" Gao Yang was taken aback, not expecting her to ask this, and then smiled, "Yes, I have quite a bit."

"Since you are so rich, there must be many girls around you. Why did you fall in love with me at first sight?" Jeong Soo-jung bit her lip and asked softly. This was a very important question!

Gao Yang leaned forward, resting his hands on the table and said seriously, "I understand what you mean. But what I want is a sincere relationship!" Looking into the girl’s eyes, he continued, "On this planet, right now, I only have this feeling for you!"

Jeong Soo-jung looked up at Gao Yang’s eyes, her gaze filled with determination. The two of them just stared at each other silently.

"Rumble..." Gao Yang’s stomach suddenly growled. "Pfft!" The quiet atmosphere was broken, and Jeong Soo-jung burst out laughing.

Gao Yang scratched his head, a bit embarrassed, as his body couldn’t handle hunger, and it was already past seven, time for dinner.

He waved to the waiter, picked up the menu, and ordered spaghetti, bacon, and a vegetable salad. "Oppa, are you saying you like spaghetti because I like it?" Jeong Soo-jung smiled and looked at him with bright eyes.

"Yes, whatever you like, I like." Gao Yang said seriously.

Jeong Soo-jung wrinkled her nose, lifted her eyelids, and glanced at him, muttering, "You must have said this to many girls."

Gao Yang’s expression stiffened, and a face from his past, with whom he had shared many years, flashed in his mind. He then shook his head, looked at Jeong Soo-jung, and smiled, "I’ve only said it to you."

"Hmph." Jeong Soo-jung pouted, not believing him.

The waiter brought the food, and the two of them began to enjoy their rich dinner.

Han Hyun-jik was a social life reporter for the Korea United News Agency. This afternoon, while out on assignment, he unexpectedly discovered the Jeong sisters arguing on the street, with a man standing nearby! He was so excited it felt like he had taken drugs! "Finally, I’ve got a front-page story."

He followed them in his car to a café in Myeongdong. With his extensive experience, Han Hyun-jik didn’t go inside, knowing that places frequented by celebrities were strictly monitored by the media. He was waiting for an opportunity when, unexpectedly, the Jeong sisters and the man sat at a window seat on the second floor! Han Hyun-jik was overjoyed, feeling that today was his lucky day. He picked up his camera and started taking pictures like a madman.

After being discovered, the elated Han Hyun-jik even waved goodbye to them. "See you on the front page tomorrow." He drove back to the office at high speed, rushed into the editor’s office, and boasted to his editor. The editor smiled, waited for him to finish, pushed his glasses up, and said softly, "Give me the camera and the film."

"Huh?" Han Hyun-jik, who was still excited, was taken aback. The editor repeated himself, his tone now more stern. Realizing what was happening, Han Hyun-jik quickly placed the camera and film on the editor’s desk.

"Let’s pretend today’s events never happened. You have tomorrow off to rest." The editor stood up, patted Han Hyun-jik on the shoulder, and said softly, "For your own good."

Han Hyun-jik felt a chill, and as a seasoned journalist, he immediately understood the editor’s meaning. He bowed and thanked him before leaving the office, thinking, "That man is not an ordinary person."

If it were just the president of ** Company asking for help, the Korea United News Agency might not have so readily agreed to cover up the incident. However, on his way, Jin Yongnam called Park Jeong-yeong, the director in charge of the oil project for the SK Group, asking for his assistance.

Park, who had high hopes for the oil supply contract with Gao Yang, immediately agreed and called the president of the Korea United News Agency directly. The Korea United News Agency, not being one of the three major newspapers, could not refuse the SK Group’s request.

In the restaurant, the two of them were really hungry and ate quickly. Gao Yang didn’t pretend to be elegant or gentlemanly, not caring about his image at all.

As for Jeong Soo-jung, her personality was cold on the outside but warm on the inside. She was shy around strangers but liked to show her lively and cheerful side to those close to her.

They quickly finished their meal like a whirlwind, and the two of them sat quietly, sipping cool fruit juice, feeling a refreshing coolness throughout their bodies, making them not want to move at all.
