George's lips trembled slightly as Gao Yang had already signaled the bodyguards to keep an eye on him. He wanted to call the police, but his shoulder was held down. He felt as if he didn't have the strength to lift his hands, and he couldn't move at all. He wanted to shout loudly, but his mouth opened in tension and no sound came out.
The blonde beauty Natasha, sitting opposite, tightly covered her mouth and dared not speak. The entire restaurant immediately fell silent, an eerie quietness enveloping the place.
Soon, the restaurant manager pushed a cart with 13 servings of caviar out of the kitchen. Gao Yang got up and came to George's side, signaling the manager to bring the caviar over.
Gao Yang picked up a serving of caviar and casually threw it on the table, "Clang!" The sauce and caviar splattered everywhere. "Eat it!" Gao Yang said coldly.
The bodyguards released George's shoulder, and George, trembling all over, shakily picked up the utensils and started eating.
Without arguing or resisting, George knew very well what rich people were like. He understood that he had made the other party unhappy, and now it was time for punishment.
George quickly finished a plate of caviar, and Gao Yang casually picked up another plate from the cart and threw it in front of George, the same "Clang!" sound splattering sauce and caviar even onto George's face!
George, with a pale face, didn't wipe his face and started eating directly. By the time he reached the 8th plate, George couldn't eat any more and started to beg.
Gao Yang turned and left to return to his room to rest. The bodyguard pinched George's chin and said with a cold smile, "Are you going to eat it yourself, or do you want me to feed you?"
...
The next morning, Nazarenko arrived early at the hotel to wait for Gao Yang to wake up. After a simple wash and breakfast in the room, Gao Yang and Nazarenko headed to a military base on the outskirts of Kyiv.
Outside the base, a Ukrainian army major had been waiting for a long time. Seeing Nazarenko's car approach, his eyes lit up, and he turned to signal the guards to let them through.
The car drove smoothly into the military base, and along the way, Gao Yang saw rows of tanks, armored vehicles, military trucks, and armed helicopters. All were Soviet-style equipment, giving a sense of rugged durability.
The car stopped in front of a large warehouse, and after getting out, a bearded general with a major general's rank came forward to greet them.
After a brief exchange, the general said, "All matters will be discussed with Nazarenko; he can make decisions on my behalf." He then left, leaving his deputy behind.
After the general left, the deputy ordered the guards to open the warehouse doors. Nazarenko accompanied Gao Yang inside.
The warehouse was very spacious, with rows of weapon racks and stacked military boxes. The racks were neatly lined with various weapons, the most numerous being the world-renowned AK47.
Gao Yang slowly approached and touched the cold metal of the weapons, the chill making his heart stir.
Nazarenko, with a smile, walked up to Gao Yang and said softly, "Mr. Smith, everything here can be sold. How much do you want?"
Gao Yang's lips curled slightly, and he said with a light laugh, "What's the price?"
Nazarenko wiggled his beard and said, "AK47, 300 units minimum, wholesale price of $550 per unit, plus two boxes of 100-round M43 intermediate cartridges. No haggling!"
Gao Yang was amused, thinking, "You even know about haggling." After touching his chin and thinking for a moment, he said, "I want 10,000 AKs, each with 20 100-round magazines. How much in total?"
Nazarenko's eyes lit up, his breathing quickening. This was a big order. He lowered his head and quickly calculated in his mind.
Gao Yang wasn't in a hurry and slowly walked around the warehouse. The sight of so many weapons gave him a uniquely male, slightly excited feeling.
After a moment, Nazarenko quickly walked up to Gao Yang and said, "Mr. Smith, I'll give you a discount. The total for the guns and bullets is $9.5 million!"
"Really? The bullets are that expensive?" Gao Yang asked, slightly surprised.
Nazarenko smiled and explained, "Mr. Smith, we sell only genuine ammunition from military factories, not the junk from workshops. Given the large quantity you want, this is already a discounted price."
Gao Yang nodded slightly, thinking, "Indeed, war is about money. One trigger pull, and the money is gone."
Gao Yang continued walking and turned around a weapon rack. "Hmm?" He saw the classic design of this weapon and smiled. He had used it many times in games.
Seeing Gao Yang staring intently at the RPG-7, Nazarenko hurriedly introduced it, "Mr. Smith, you should have heard of this weapon. The most widely used single-soldier anti-armor weapon in the world, the RPG! This is the latest model, the RPG-7V2. These are all brand new products! How many do you need?"
Gao Yang nodded slightly and asked, "What's the price?"
Nazarenko quickly replied, "The launch tube plus one anti-armor explosive round costs $650, with a minimum order of 100 units."
Gao Yang turned to look at Nazarenko and said with a smile, "Your prices are higher than elsewhere."
Nazarenko wiggled his beard, a hint of pride in his voice, and said, "Mr. Smith, the goods from other places are cheaper, but most of them are imitations! Or used weapons! What I sell is all brand new from military factories. Look..." Nazarenko pulled off the packaging and wiped his finger, "See, the grease hasn't even been wiped off! My weapons are worth the price! And most importantly, you can't get such a large quantity elsewhere!"
Gao Yang nodded slightly and said softly, "I'll take 300 RPGs and 3,000 anti-armor explosive rounds. Add 10,000 AKs and the bullets. How much in total?"
Nazarenko paused for a moment, a delighted expression on his face. After a quick mental calculation, he said with a smile, "Mr. Smith, the total for all the items you want is $10.3 million. I'll waive the change, so you only need to pay $10 million. These..." Nazarenko spread his hands and looked around, "are all yours!"
"When can you deliver?" Gao Yang asked calmly.
"Anytime! Mr. Smith, do you need me to arrange transportation? Just add 30% to the cost, and I'll ensure your goods are delivered to any location you specify! Of course, prices are higher for North America, Europe, and East Asia." Nazarenko continued to enthusiastically pitch his services.
Gao Yang smiled and said, "No need to trouble you with transportation. Just load all the goods onto the Helena cargo ship at the Kyiv port, and I'll handle the rest." Before arriving in Kyiv, Origin had already arranged a cargo ship, registered to transport wheat!
Nazarenko nodded and didn't say anything more. Having been in the arms trade for so long, he knew that curiosity was a dangerous thing in this line of work!
Gao Yang's purchase was enough to start a small war! Nazarenko didn't ask what Gao Yang intended to do with the weapons or where they would be shipped. For him, doing his business and getting paid were the most important things!
After the deal was done, they left the warehouse. Gao Yang nodded to his assistant standing by the car, and the assistant quickly opened his laptop bag, took out a notebook, and placed it on the hood of the car to operate it.
"Account," Gao Yang asked casually.
Nazarenko took a card from his shirt pocket and handed it to Gao Yang.
Gao Yang walked to the notebook and, following the account provided by Nazarenko, transferred $10 million via online banking! The transaction was processed quickly, and the transfer was completed in a few minutes.
After confirming the receipt of the money, Nazarenko immediately said that he would load all of Gao Yang's goods onto the Helena cargo ship at the Kyiv port by midnight. The transaction was complete!
After leaving the military base, Gao Yang and his group returned to the hotel to rest.
At around 11 PM, a blue light flashed in the cargo hold of the Helena ship docked on the Dnieper River, marking the end of Gao Yang's arms purchase.
After securing the weapons, Gao Yang took a night flight to Africa. Upon arriving in Libreville, he drove to his warehouse.
He instructed the bio-warriors guarding the warehouse to wait outside and entered the empty warehouse alone.
After Origin scanned and confirmed no surveillance, Gao Yang opened the storage space and placed the weapons purchased from Ukraine in the warehouse.
After returning to the hotel and resting for a while, Gao Yang called Carlos. To his slight surprise, Carlos was already in Libreville!
It turned out that after Gao Yang left, Carlos, as the external representative of Chief Nzuba, had quietly infiltrated Libreville to wait for Gao Yang's news.
After leaving the hotel, Gao Yang followed the address Carlos provided and found him at a hidden location, fully wrapped up like a thief.
There was no choice; Carlos was a wanted man in the country, not only for illegal wildlife trafficking but also for being a key member of the anti-government forces! In the government-controlled areas, he was a priority target for arrest! In Libreville, he could only hide and move around secretly.
Gao Yang looked at the comically dressed Carlos and smiled slightly, then directly took him to the warehouse.
Seeing the warehouse filled with boxes of weapons, Carlos pulled off his headscarf, rushed over, and opened a box, taking out an unopened AK and gently caressing it, not minding the grease on his hands. His expression of ecstasy was as if he was caressing his lover!
