Chapter 2

Beauty, this was the first impression of summer. Summer was a person who disliked women wearing too much makeup, but the woman in front of him had used very little, yet it perfectly accentuated her beauty. After leaving the hospital, Summer directly hailed a taxi and headed to his cousin's place. Now that he was injured, he couldn't stay at his part-time job location, so he had to return to his cousin's house.

These were the words his father said when he gave him the necklace, and he also told him not to wear it unless in a special situation, to take good care of the last thing his mother left behind.
