Standing in front of Xia Tian, the police officer was none other than the female police officer Lin Bingbing. She was slightly taken aback when she saw Xia Tian, as he had helped her complete a task last night, and now they had unexpectedly met again in such a place.

"Captain Xu, what you're doing is against the rules," Lin Bingbing finally couldn't hold back. She didn't understand what was wrong with Captain Xu today.

"I will take full responsibility," Captain Xu waved his hand, and the police officers behind him surrounded everyone.

"Fine, we'll go with you. I want to see how you'll handle this in the end," Zeng Rou led the group out, which consisted of about a dozen people. Xia Tian didn't say anything and followed them out.

As they walked down to the ground floor, Captain Xu, looking nervous, made a phone call: "I did everything as you said. Release my wife and daughter quickly."

"Don't worry. Have them get into the large vehicle, and the five elders of the Zeng family into the smaller one," a sinister voice came from the other end of the phone.

"When will you finally let my daughter and wife go?" Captain Xu said angrily.

"As soon as you get them into the vehicles, I'll release your daughter and wife immediately."

Captain Xu hung up the phone and followed the group down. Four police cars were waiting downstairs, including a large one for transporting prisoners. Everyone was stunned when they saw the large police car.

Could Captain Xu have known beforehand that so many people would be taken away, so he brought the large vehicle?

"You five, get into that car. The rest of you, get into the large vehicle," Captain Xu pointed to the large vehicle.

"Captain Xu, we are just going with you to assist in the investigation. Why do we have to get into a prisoner transport vehicle? If your police station doesn't have a car, we have our own," Zeng Rou said, looking at the prisoner transport vehicle. If they got into it, it would cause a huge stir, and even the stock market would be affected.

So they absolutely couldn't get into that vehicle.

"Get into the car quickly, or I'll shoot," Captain Xu took out his gun and pointed it at Zeng Rou and the others.

"Go ahead and shoot if you can. We will never get into that vehicle," Zeng Rou glared at Captain Xu angrily.

"Do you think I won't shoot?" Captain Xu shouted loudly.

"Try it if you dare," a sinister and terrifying voice came from behind Captain Xu. It was Xia Tian. He had followed them down not because he really wanted to go back to the police station, but to see what Captain Xu was up to. Now he understood: there was a timed bomb under the prisoner transport vehicle. If Zeng Rou got into the vehicle, the bomb would explode in a few minutes, killing everyone inside.

"Where did you come from, punk?" Captain Xu pointed his gun at Xia Tian.

"I advise you to put the gun down quickly," Xia Tian said coldly.

"What if I don't?"

Xia Tian slapped Captain Xu across the face, and the gun was nowhere to be found.

"What are you doing? This is assault on a police officer," Lin Bingbing frowned. Although she didn't like Xia Tian, she didn't want to see him arrested, as he had helped her before.

"Everyone, step back," Xia Tian said, looking at Zeng Rou and the other board members.

Hearing Xia Tian's words, the few people, though unsure of his intentions, followed his instructions and stepped back. After all, Xia Tian's actions in the meeting room had made them afraid to resist.

"Xia Tian, do you know what you're doing?" Lin Bingbing frowned.

"There's a bomb in the car," Xia Tian said calmly.

"What? You mean there's a bomb in the car!" Lin Bingbing looked at Xia Tian in surprise.

Xia Tian walked directly to the car, then felt around the fuel tank area with his hands. A bomb appeared in his hands, and it was still counting down, with only three minutes left.

"Everyone, step back," Lin Bingbing shouted urgently.

"This..." Captain Xu was completely stunned. He finally understood what the person wanted. He had thought the person just wanted him to bring Zeng Rou and the others to the police station.
