Summer walked with Lin Bingbing towards the casino that Old Xu had mentioned.

This so-called casino was actually just an ordinary basement, with a few people sitting and chatting at the entrance.

"What are you here for?" one of them stood up as he saw Summer about to enter.

"I was introduced by Old Xu," Summer said.

"Who is she?" the man looked at Lin Bingbing beside Summer.

"Of course, she's my girlfriend," Summer extended his left hand and directly pulled Lin Bingbing into his arms. Lin Bingbing was about to resist but remembered the task for the day, so she gave up her plan. However, she still pinched Summer hard.

What it means to be in pain yet happy, Summer was experiencing it now.

After entering the basement, it looked like a warehouse. Continuing forward, they opened an iron door. As they opened the door, they heard the noise inside, and the place was filled with a smoky and stuffy atmosphere.

"Did you bring money?" Summer looked at Lin Bingbing.

"What are you going to do?" Lin Bingbing looked at Summer warily.

"Use it."

"No way, this isn't public money; it's my private money," Lin Bingbing shook her head and said.

"Don't worry, if I lose, it's on me. If I win, we split it fifty-fifty," Summer smiled slightly.

"Deal," Lin Bingbing took out the last two thousand yuan from her wallet.

Taking Lin Bingbing's hand, Summer walked to a nearby table. This table was for dice gambling, where you guess big or small or the exact number. If you only guess big or small, you lose if it's a triple.

This is the most common and simplest way to play.

After the dealer shook the dice, everyone placed their bets.

"Do you like big or small?" Summer looked at Lin Bingbing.

"I don't understand this," Lin Bingbing shook her head.

"Are you going to bet or not?" the dealer said impatiently.

"Of course, my wife said to bet on small, so I'll bet on small," Summer threw the money on the small side.

"Open, 1-2-4, five points, small."

"Did we win?" Lin Bingbing looked at the money in Summer's hand in surprise.

"Let's go, I'll take you to play something else," Summer pulled Lin Bingbing to another table.

"We're not here to play," Lin Bingbing said in a low voice.

"To find someone, just listen to me," Summer smiled slightly and went to a poker table. This game was a bit more difficult, you could bet on the banker or the player, or you could be the player yourself and bet on whether the banker or the player would win.

"Look at that guy, he looks so unlucky, sweating all over, and his legs are shaking. He's definitely a loser. We should bet against him and win steadily," Summer explained to Lin Bingbing.

"You sound like you really believe in that," Lin Bingbing didn't believe in superstition.

There weren't many women in the casino. In this small casino, there were no high-class ladies or special services. The women here were all brought in by others, and their common feature was that they were definitely not married to the person who brought them in.

A normal person wouldn't bring their wife to a casino unless they were kicked in the head by a donkey.

After scanning the cards with his X-ray vision, Summer smiled slightly. This guy's luck was indeed at its worst.

"He's the player, so we'll bet on the banker winning," Summer placed all four thousand yuan on the banker.

"Want to keep some?" Lin Bingbing looked at Summer worriedly. If they lost, the money would be gone.

The cards were quickly dealt, and just as Summer had seen, the banker won.

Four thousand turned into eight thousand.

The man opposite them was sweating profusely.

They continued to bet.

Eight thousand turned into sixteen thousand,

sixteen thousand turned into thirty-two thousand.

At this point, the man opposite Summer couldn't sit still anymore because he had lost all his money.

Seeing him walk out, Summer followed him.

"Damn, I didn't win a single hand. What am I going to do? The money was borrowed from a loan shark. If I can't pay it back..." Lai San felt a chill. The money he borrowed was all from loan sharks. He had planned to win it back, but now it was all gone.

Loan sharks require monthly payments. Where would he get the money?

The more he thought about it, the more depressed he became. He took out a cigarette but found he had no lighter.

"Don't have a lighter? I have one."

"Thanks," Lai San looked up at the person, recognizing him as the one who had been winning all along.

"I heard you know a lot of information, right?" This person was Summer.

"Who are you?" Lai San looked at Summer warily.

"I want to know about someone. If you can tell me, this money is yours," Summer held out thirty thousand yuan, which he had just won. When he entered the casino, he had scanned the entire place with his eyes to find someone who looked like they knew everything.

He had then locked onto this person.

"Alright, who is it?" Lai San snatched the money from Summer.

"Don't lie to me, or I won't let you off. I can give you thirty thousand, and I can also spend thirty thousand to have someone deal with you," Summer put on a thug's demeanor. He knew these people were most afraid of the police.

"I, Lai San, am known as the all-knowing in this area. Just tell me who it is, and I guarantee the accuracy of the information," Lai San patted his chest, assuring him. Hearing Summer's words, he knew Summer wasn't a cop, so he wasn't afraid.

"Huo Ya Zi Wang Gang."

"Huo Ya Zi?" Lai San was slightly taken aback when he heard the name: "You're not a cop, are you?"

"Have you ever seen an eighteen-year-old cop? Are you kicked in the head by a donkey!" Summer said with a bit of a thug's attitude.

Lai San sized up Summer and nodded. No matter how he looked at him, Summer didn't seem like a cop: "Huo Ya Zi used to be a small-time thug. Three years ago, he seemed to have met some big boss, and since then, he's been different. He's very generous and always seems to have a lot of money."

"Do you know where he is now?" Summer asked.

"I don't know where he lives, but I know he goes to Huo Rizi KTV every Sunday night. There's a hostess there who is his old flame. Only I know this," Lai San said in a low voice.

"Sunday, alright, the money is yours. If your information is true, you can spend it as you like," Summer said, then pulled Lin Bingbing away.

After leaving the casino, Lin Bingbing couldn't hold back any longer and changed back into her own clothes.

"You really have a way," Lin Bingbing praised.

"Then can you kiss me?" Summer leaned his face forward.

"The job isn't finished yet, and you're already asking for credit. No way," Lin Bingbing took a step back.

"You're right. Alright, I'll take you to Huo Rizi KTV on Sunday night," Summer looked at Lin Bingbing expectantly.
