On his way to work, Fang Yan felt someone was following him.

Suddenly turning around, he saw Jiang Qin, dressed in a blue school uniform, standing not far away, glaring at him angrily. Her cheeks were puffed up, looking as if she had been greatly wronged.

"Cheater," Jiang Qin scolded angrily.

"How am I a cheater?" Fang Yan turned and walked away.

Thump, thump, thump—

Jiang Qin quickly caught up, following closely behind Fang Yan, and said, "Aren't you a cheater? You clearly promised not to tutor me—"

"I did promise," Fang Yan defended himself. "But later, when your mother asked for your opinion, you readily agreed. I thought that after a short time of getting to know me, you found out that I am a knowledgeable and upright teacher and changed your mind. Which female student wouldn't want a handsome, easy-to-get-along-with tutor? I wouldn't be surprised if you were charmed by my charisma."

"Ha ha ha—" Jiang Qin laughed until she was out of breath. "Teacher Fang Yan, how can you be so shameless? I don't know if you are knowledgeable and upright, but I do know that your face is thicker than a city wall. How can you say such shameless things so easily?"

Fang Yan stood at the bus stop and said to the young girl with rosy cheeks and a thin neck tinged with a light pink, "The most important thing for a teacher is consistency in words and actions. I can't pretend to be humble and cover up the truth; that would be deceiving the students and insulting their intelligence."

Bus No. 19 arrived, and Fang Yan waved to Jiang Qin, quickly rushing toward the door.

He felt as light as a swallow, and the other people trying to board the bus were no match for him.

Don't ruin my righteousness, I will rely on the sky and the dragon.

I wish for a blend of emotions, let me have a beginning and an end—

Just as he was halfway there, people from all directions surged over and surrounded him.

Trapped in the middle, he couldn't move forward or backward, looking extremely embarrassed.

"Ma'am, I'm a Tai Chi expert," Fang Yan patted a middle-aged woman who was pushing hard and stepping on his shoes with her high heels, and said, "It's very dangerous."

"I can do the castrating kick too, do you believe I can kick you?" The woman turned around and said arrogantly.

"Ah—"

The woman stepped on Fang Yan's foot and leaped onto the bus door.

Seeing Fang Yan standing there and screaming, Jiang Qin, with her schoolbag on her back, laughed until tears streamed down her face.

Finally getting on the bus, Fang Yan stood far away from the woman who knew the castrating kick.

Who could quickly board a bus during the morning rush hour without being a highly experienced expert? Fang Yan's few Tai Chi moves were not enough.

Someone patted his shoulder, and Fang Yan turned to see Jiang Qin's flawless, delicate face right behind him.

"How did you get on?"

"I'm going to school. Do you think only you can take Bus No. 19?"

"Oh." Fang Yan responded and turned back.

Jiang Qin poked Fang Yan's back with her finger and said with a smile, "Teacher Fang, are you really a Tai Chi expert?"

"Of course not," Fang Yan nodded seriously. "I didn't have the chance today. I'll show you next time."

Thus, Jiang Qin laughed even harder.

"This person is crazy," Fang Yan thought after staring at Jiang Qin for a few minutes.

"Teacher Fang, don't be so funny, okay? You should know—laughing to death also requires compensation," Jiang Qin said, panting.

"I'm not being funny," Fang Yan said, dissatisfied. He was a descendant of the Fang family's Tai Chi, and such a serious fact, how could it be funny?

"What you said is very funny, okay—" Jiang Qin laughed again. She really liked to laugh.

Fang Yan fell silent, not wanting to talk to this ignorant little kid.

"Hey? Are you angry?" Jiang Qin stood behind Fang Yan, who was taller than her, so she had to tiptoe to speak, otherwise, it would look like a little girl talking to a young man's back.

"No." Fang Yan faced the window, looking at the morning scenery of Huacheng outside the bus.

"Hmph, you're just being petty," Jiang Qin said.

"..."

"Are you really a teacher?"

"Really."

"Are you really a Chinese teacher at Zhuque High School?"

"Really."

"I don't believe it."

"Whatever."

"Prove it to me."

"No."

"Cheater."

"What did I cheat you about?"

"Cheating that you're a teacher at Zhuque High School—"

"I really am."

"Cheater."

The bus was crowded, and everyone had only a tiny bit of standing space. Fang Yan and Jiang Qin were very close, and to talk to Fang Yan, Jiang Qin almost pressed her chest against his back.

However, the girl was still quite reserved, using her hands to prop herself against Fang Yan's back, trying to create a small gap between them.

"Ah—" Jiang Qin suddenly cried out, and her body pressed heavily against Fang Yan.

Fang Yan quickly straightened his back, catching the girl's leaning body.

Only after Jiang Qin stood up straight did Fang Yan turn to look at her.

"What happened?" Fang Yan asked.

"He pushed me," Jiang Qin pointed to a middle-aged man in a black suit behind her.

"Who pushed you?" The man adjusted his glasses, speaking in a very rude manner. "The bus jolted, and I accidentally pressed against you."

"Why did you get so close? Why did you stand so close?" Jiang Qin, not a coward, accused the middle-aged man.

"The bus is so small, where can I stand? Afraid of being crowded? If you're afraid, take a taxi."

"You—" Jiang Qin was at a loss for words, and she had no better way to counter such a tall, shameless man.

Fang Yan looked the middle-aged man up and down and said to Jiang Qin, "I'll handle it."

He pulled Jiang Qin to the front and stood in her place, his body separating Jiang Qin from the middle-aged man.

Fang Yan turned to look at the middle-aged man with glasses, who looked refined, and said, "How do you feel?"

"What?" The man's face was full of disgust, very dissatisfied with Fang Yan's 'seat change' behavior.

"I saw everything."

"Saw what? I don't know what you're talking about." The man's eyes darted around, quickly defending himself.

"No need to be so nervous—"

"I'm not nervous, I didn't do anything." The middle-aged man didn't like Fang Yan's gaze. His eyes were clear, but when slightly narrowed, they gave a sharp, piercing feeling. He also didn't like his smile, which seemed to know everything but say nothing.

"Idiot," Fang Yan cursed. "I didn't ask you anything, but you're busy saying you didn't do anything—don't you know this is called trying to cover up?"

"Psychopath," the man cursed and prepared to leave.

"Your zipper isn't up," Fang Yan called out.
