This is the second casual talk.
I have surpassed 100 favorites.
Thank you!
In preparation for the next chapter, I have made some changes to the chapter and subheadings.
Sophia Wis is a young elf.
She has just spent exactly a hundred years in the Elven Forest and has finally reached physical adulthood.
There was a reason why such a young Sophia deliberately ventured out into the secular world.
Until now, she only knew the life in the Elven Forest.
Meeting Alphonse broadened Sophia's world.
However, Sophia realizes that there is still a long way to go in terms of knowledge.
She has only come to understand that the world is vast.
She must travel with Alphonse to various places, centered around the five major countries, to learn about the world.
Sophia's large emerald eyes sparkled at everything she saw from under her hood.
Crossing borders and arriving at the guild branch, she took her eyes off the information board just inside the entrance and looked at the counter.
Sophia vaguely noticed the man sitting at the guild counter.
In other guilds, it seemed that women usually sat there.
After Alphonse finished arranging their lodging and entered, Sophia forgot about the man.
The next time they met was after completing a goblin extermination request.
His name was Noah, and he did not seem surprised to learn that Sophia was an elf.
She had only recently realized that the face of an elf appears very beautiful to humans.
She had been wearing a hood as recommended by others, but she finally understood that it was better not to confuse the surroundings.
However, Sophia thought it was rude not to show her face when greeting someone.
When she lowered her hood, her light golden hair spilled out.
Noah did not change his expression at all when he saw Sophia's face.
His natural demeanor intrigued Sophia.
Noah mentioned that he knew a half-elf. She had a hunch about who it might be, but was that the only reason for her interest?
While Alphonse and Noah were talking after the appraisal, Sophia was vaguely watching them, but before she knew it, the surroundings had become noisy.
Two adventurers were saying unreasonable things to Noah and his team.
She was about to speak up but was stopped by Alphonse.
It was their problem.
Sophia held back. Noah's work was meticulous and error-free.
That was why Noah was so confident. Even Sophia, who was unfamiliar with human affairs, understood that it was wrong for a third party to intervene.
A faint magical pulse emanated from Noah when he was grabbed by the chest.
A small shock of light made the man who had grabbed Noah retreat.
At that moment, Sophia sensed a power other than magic. Something was circling around Noah.
It seemed like just the wind to Alphonse, but Sophia's summoner blood told her it was different.
With her talent as a summoner and her racial traits, she had a good affinity with fairies, especially those of the wood, and could control and fight alongside them.
This felt similar to the aura when she summoned them.
Sophia felt her interest in Noah growing even more.
