Pushing open the door, he finally returned to the present world. Qifeng took a deep breath of the cold winter air of the modern capital, which still carried a faint smell of car exhaust, and felt a slight boost in his spirits.

"Finally, I'm back," Qifeng shook his head, patted his face to wake up, and muttered to himself, "Why am I so exhausted this time? How long have I been gone? My head is a mess."

He returned to the luxurious three-story "studio" of the Su family girl. When she opened the door and saw Qifeng's weary face, she was startled, "You look so pale, Qifeng. Are you okay?"

Qifeng waved his hand, took off his shoes, and entered, collapsing onto the living room sofa, unwilling to move. "Don't even ask, I'm exhausted. Can you get me a cup of coffee?"

The Su girl went to the kitchen and soon returned with a cup of strong black coffee, handing it to him. "You must be exhausted, running around all day. Actually, you could have just written down the prescription and I could have sent someone to get the herbs..."

Qifeng sat up, took the coffee, and shook his head. "How can I just show the family secret recipe to anyone? Besides, only an expert can tell if the herbs are good enough. Sending someone else wouldn't work."

The Su girl nodded in agreement. "So, did you manage to gather all the herbs?"

"Gather all of them? You must be kidding." Qifeng shook his head, took a sip, and almost spat it out. "What the heck is this? It's so bitter!"

"Double espresso, you really don't appreciate it." The Su girl pouted. "Not just any coffee machine can make this."

Qifeng waved his hands, made a face, and handed the cup back. "Alright, alright. I can't keep up with your highbrow tastes. Please, add some milk and three teaspoons of sugar. Don't look at me like that; the highest level of coffee I can appreciate in my life is probably Starbucks."

The Su girl shook her head and went back to the kitchen to make a new cup, which she then handed to Qifeng.

With milk and sugar, it was much more palatable. Qifeng gulped down a big mouthful, not really caring about the heat. "Mm, not bad, quite fragrant. Hey, where were we?"

"The herbs, did you gather them all?"

"Oh, right, not just gathered. I've already made the medicine!" Qifeng said, rummaging through his pockets. He pulled out a packet of snow lotus seeds, a lingzhi mushroom, and a box of purple jade beauty cream.

The Su girl picked up the lingzhi mushroom and examined it closely. "This is just a lingzhi mushroom, right? Did you make this too?"

Qifeng wanted to slap himself. Today was just a mess. The lingzhi mushroom and snow lotus seeds weren't ready-made, but if he said they were natural, it would be hard to explain where such a good lingzhi came from. He had to make do with the mistake. "Yes, it looks like a regular lingzhi, but I processed it with a secret recipe. Its effects are far superior to a regular lingzhi."

"Ah..." The Su girl nodded, somewhat understanding. "You must have worked hard to get all this done in one day."

"One day? Oh, I feel like I've been busy for a couple of weeks!" Qifeng complained. "Your family's Yan Yufeng's leg is so precious! I bet I've risked my life to treat it."

The Su girl was used to Qifeng's exaggerations and filtered out the parts she didn't understand. "Mm-hm! I know you worked hard! I'll never forget your kindness!"

Qifeng nodded, finished his coffee, and lay back on the sofa. "You're a good friend. I won't have wasted my efforts. Let me rest a bit, and then call Yan Yufeng to take his medicine."

Seeing how exhausted Qifeng was, the Su girl asked curiously, "Didn't you have the Nine-Flower Jade Dew Pills with you? Didn't you take one?"

"Ah?" Qifeng sat up from the sofa, slapping his thigh. "Right! How could I forget?!"

The Su girl rolled her eyes and ignored him, going to call Yan Yufeng.

Qifeng straightened up, didn't bother to look for the Nine-Flower Jade Dew Pills in his inventory, and opened the small packet of snow lotus seeds on the table. There were exactly twelve seeds inside. He grabbed two and popped them into his mouth like candy. He felt the lotus seeds enter his stomach, generating a stream of cool water that flowed through his body, from the top of his head to the soles of his feet, refreshing his entire body.

"Wow... so powerful..." Qifeng exhaled a breath of cool air, which turned into a white mist in the warm room. "No wonder it's from a fantasy world. I feel much better now."

At that moment, the Su girl wheeled Yan Yufeng over. Seeing Qifeng looking fully recovered, she shook her head and sighed, "You forgot to take your own medicine. I wonder if it's a good idea to entrust Yan's leg to you."

"Cough, cough!" Qifeng blushed. In the chaos, he had forgotten everything. He tried to defend himself, "It's normal. As the saying goes, a doctor cannot treat himself. Besides, a flower girl doesn't wear bamboo leaves, and a silk-clad person isn't a silkworm farmer. These are common phenomena, cough, cough, not worth being surprised about."

Yan Yufeng picked up the lingzhi mushroom from the coffee table, puzzled. "Eating this will help? We have one much bigger than this at home, used as a potted plant."

"Ha!" Qifeng sneered. "Your potted plant is just that. Does size matter?"

Both the Su girl and Yan Yufeng had experienced the effects of Qifeng's family's herbal remedies. The Nine-Flower Jade Dew Pills were one thing, but even the black ointment was very effective. In just one day, Yan Yufeng's knee had noticeably reduced in swelling.

Qifeng also examined Yan Yufeng's leg and said, "I asked around. With your leg in this condition, if you only use the ointment, it will take about half a month to recover. But if you take these herbs internally as well, you should be fully healed in a week."

Yan Yufeng, who was not good at expressing emotions, showed his excitement through his qi and blood flow. He really wanted to win the competition.

Fine. I'll help you achieve your wish.

Qifeng handed the snow lotus seeds, lingzhi mushroom, and purple jade beauty cream to Yan Yufeng. "These are all great tonics. Taking them will definitely speed up your recovery and get you back on the field for the next match!"

Yan Yufeng took them without saying much, just two simple words: "Thank you!"

That was enough. Between friends, there's no need for more words. Qifeng stood up, waved his hand gracefully, and was about to leave.

"Hey! Wait! Are you going to be a hands-off boss again?" The Su girl suddenly interrupted Qifeng's attempt to look cool, pulling him back. "You haven't even told us how to take these medicines, how much to take each time, how many times a day, before or after meals, and whether to take them with warm water or some other medicine. How can you just leave like this?"

The Su girl's rapid-fire questions left Qifeng stunned. Damn! He had gone to seek advice from Dr. Han, but a bunch of other things had distracted him. He had used up a lot of brain cells to settle everything and finally escaped, only to forget to ask the most important part! Was he just looking for trouble?

The Su girl saw Qifeng's dazed expression and couldn't help but wave her hand in front of his face. "Hey? How much should we take? Speak up!"

"Uh... this..." Qifeng felt a bit guilty. "Why don't you try it first? It shouldn't be fatal in general."
