When Yu Suyi heard Su Zhe's response, she couldn't help but be stunned; the answer was too surprising. She had learned about An Xuan's condition from Yu Xuanhao, knowing that An Xuan had a relatively severe case of leukemia and that Su Zhe had arranged for her to be discharged from the hospital to be treated at home.

Moreover, Yu Xuanhao guessed that it was very likely that Su Zhe himself had personally treated An Xuan. Leukemia is a disease that takes a long time to cure, and it had only been half a month since An Xuan was discharged from the hospital. Now, An Xuan was completely cured and could even go to school. This result was too astonishing.

"Su Zhe, are you really sure she's better? Have you taken her for a thorough check-up?" Yu Suyi asked anxiously.

Su Zhe raised an eyebrow and looked at Yu Suyi without answering. He suddenly regretted telling her about this, as it might cause him trouble.

"Can I ask you for a favor? Whatever conditions you want, I will try my best to meet them," Yu Suyi said with a pleading look, her request sincere.

"Tell me what the favor is first. If I can really help, I will definitely do so," Su Zhe said. He had already guessed the general idea from Yu Suyi's sudden change of topic, which was definitely related to him curing An Xuan.

"Can you go and save my cousin? You can ask for anything."

"I don't know how to treat illnesses, but I can take a look. I can't guarantee if I can help," Su Zhe did not refuse. If there was a possibility, he could lend a hand. The fact that Yu Suyi had found him indicated that the patient's condition was very serious. He couldn't help everyone, but if he encountered a situation, he should step in when necessary.

"Alright, let's go now." As soon as Su Zhe agreed, Yu Suyi hurriedly walked over, grabbed Su Zhe's hand, and dragged him along.

Su Zhe was dragged by Yu Suyi all the way to her car. Yu Suyi then realized and quickly let go of Su Zhe's hand.

Yu Suyi's face turned as red as an apple. She had been too anxious earlier and hadn't thought about it, but now, in the quiet, she felt embarrassed.

The whole way, Yu Suyi didn't say a word, driving quietly.

At first, Su Zhe thought Yu Suyi would drive him to the hospital. However, she directly took him to the famous villa area in Yan Yun City, Huahua Shengkai.

The car gradually entered the shaded path of the residential area, and only then did Yu Suyi slow down. The surroundings were filled with blooming flowers and lush trees, and not far away was a grove of bamboo, which was very green and pleasant. No wonder it was a place where the rich of Yan Yun City gathered.

Su Zhe noticed that the villas here mostly looked the same, with only the front yards differing. Yu Suyi stopped in front of one villa, and the two of them got out of the car. Yu Suyi took out her phone and made a call.

Soon, a middle-aged woman dressed as a maid came to open the door and led them inside.

The interior of the villa was elegantly and intricately decorated, yet comfortable. The entrance hall and foyer extended north and south, the living room had low windows and a hexagonal bay window, and the dining room connected north and south, blending the indoor and outdoor scenery. It maintained a unique artistic style that combined ancient elegance, simplicity, and opulence.

They stopped in front of a room, the door of which was not closed. It seemed the owner had deliberately left it open, knowing Yu Suyi was coming.

The room was mainly decorated in a cute pink theme, very simple. It was clear that the owner was a girl.

On the bed lay a person who looked very weak, probably around the same age as Yu Suyi, about twenty years old. Her large eyes were full of warmth, though she always looked at people with a faint expression, there was an indescribable clarity, and a faint smile hung on her lips. However, her face was very pale, evoking a slight sense of pity.

When Su Zhe saw her, he was also surprised. It was such a coincidence; the patient on the bed was the girl who had fainted on the road and was saved by him. It seemed they had a special connection.

"This is my cousin Ling Ruoxue, and this is my friend Su Zhe. You two should get to know each other; I'll go call Auntie," Yu Suyi introduced them briefly and then went outside to make a call.

A maid brought two cups of tea, handed one to Su Zhe, and then left. The room was left with only Su Zhe and Ling Ruoxue.

"I feel like I know you. Have we met before?" Ling Ruoxue broke the silence, her voice very weak.

"Is that so?" Su Zhe was noncommittal, not planning to mention the previous incident.

After that, neither of them spoke. Ling Ruoxue just quietly looked at Su Zhe, as if trying to recall where they had met.

Yu Suyi came in and broke the awkward silence, saying, "I just called Auntie, and she happens to be back right now."

As she finished speaking, a woman and a man walked into the room. The woman was around forty, and her facial features resembled Ling Ruoxue's, so she was likely Ling Ruoxue's mother. The man was about twenty-five, with an extraordinary appearance and a gentle demeanor, making people feel good.

Ling's mother first went to check on Ling Ruoxue and then smiled, saying, "Suyi, are you here to chat with Xiaoxue today?"

Although Ling's mother was smiling, a deep worry could be seen in her eyes, clearly due to Ling Ruoxue's illness.

It seemed that Yu Suyi had not yet told Ling's mother about bringing Su Zhe to treat Ling Ruoxue. However, just as Yu Suyi was about to mention it,

Ling's mother said, "Suyi, you need to wait a moment. I asked Mr. Yuezheng Lin to treat Xiaoxue today. This Mr. Lin is the one who saved Xiaoxue before."

"It was my oversight. I didn't think it through and left in a hurry without continuing to treat Miss Ling," Yuezheng Lin said, looking regretful, which made people believe him.

Yu Suyi stared at Yuezheng Lin for a long time without speaking. She knew that the Ling family had been using all their resources to find the person who saved Ling Ruoxue, and it seemed that only he had the hope of completely curing her. Moreover, Yu Suyi noticed that Ling Ruoxue, who had never shown interest in anyone, seemed to have developed a special feeling for this mysterious person, perhaps even romantic feelings.

Yu Suyi was also curious about this person, wanting to see who could make the indifferent Ling Ruoxue so infatuated. Now, he looked quite handsome and elegant. However, Yu Suyi still thought Su Zhe was more attractive, giving off a neighborly big brother vibe. She hadn't realized that she was unconsciously comparing Su Zhe to Yuezheng Lin.

Ling Ruoxue also looked at Yuezheng Lin. Was this the person she had been eagerly waiting for in her heart?

Upon learning that Yuezheng Lin was the one who had saved her that day, Ling Ruoxue felt a deep disappointment, as if her expectations had been shattered. Was it because he didn't match her ideal image? Ling Ruoxue didn't know.
