Chapter 72

Blue Phoenix spent two days playing in Stone City, then left with Hao Meng's 'appointment letter.' She had the authority to represent Blue Charm Technology in negotiations with the subcontracting companies. Although the first batch of subcontracted smartphones and wristbands only numbered ten thousand, Blue Charm Technology was definitely planning a big move, with an expected annual minimum sales volume of no less than one million units!

A person's reputation is like a tree's shadow; Blue Charm Technology was no longer an obscure company!

Chen Yuqing rented the twelfth floor of the Longying Building in Stone City, a thousand square meters of office space, giving Blue Charm Technology its official office address in Stone City! She also hired two or thirty employees from the job market, no longer just a lone commander, but everything was still in the early stages, and there was some chaos.

"When will the professional manager recommended by the headhunting company arrive?" Hao Meng scratched his head and asked his assistant. Gu Yan was the secretary Chen Yuqing hired for Hao Meng from the job market, a graduate of the management department of Tsinghua University, and Chen Yuqing's senior, aged twenty-four, a local of Stone City.

"The other party said they will definitely come for the interview today!" Gu Yan looked at her record sheet and said, somewhat nervously. These days, everyone in Blue Charm Technology was extremely busy.

Just hired, they were all drafted to work overtime, buy office supplies, direct the renovation company's workers, and ignore the reporters who came to interview the company. Yes, they were completely ignored, as Hao Meng had ordered that all these reporters were trying to dig up the inside story of Blue Charm Technology.

"Alright, when the time comes, you and President Chen will meet." Hao Meng tidied up his things and prepared to leave.

"Me?" Gu Yan was startled, stomping her foot and said anxiously, "The other party once held the position of executive vice president in an internet listed company. According to the headhunting company, several internet companies are very interested in him. Is it appropriate for me to handle this?"

Hao Meng smiled and looked at her, asking, "What's inappropriate? You are my secretary and assistant, and in certain situations, you can fully represent me. What's wrong, afraid you can't handle the pressure? According to President Chen, you were the student council president before, right? Be confident, and in the future, I might even give you more responsibilities!" He walked over to her, patted Comrade Gu's shoulder, and turned to walk out with a smile!

Gu Yan's face turned red, and for some reason, her heart was pounding. Her boss was younger than she was, right?

Leaving the office, Chen Yuqing was wearing a red safety helmet, directing the cleaning company's staff to clean the roof and arrange the office desks, which had just been installed overnight.

Turning around, she looked at Hao Meng with a frown and asked, "Where are you going?"

"Whatever, you can take care of things here. I have some matters to handle outside." Hao Meng laughed awkwardly.

Chen Yuqing stared at him and said, "Didn't you say that the headhunting company's recommended department managers would come for interviews today?"

Hao Meng scratched his head and smiled, "Isn't there you and Gu Yan? You can handle it. Those who are willing to stay in Blue Charm Technology, we welcome with open arms. Those who don't want to stay, well, a forced melon isn't sweet, no need to force it!"

Liu Zhi happened to walk into the company and was taken aback by Hao Meng's words. Just a moment ago, he felt a bit proud, thinking he would negotiate terms with Blue Charm Technology, play a bit of hard to get before joining, and even consider whether he could get some original shares of Blue Charm Technology. After all, he was a talent and would be part of the senior management in Blue Charm Technology, so these conditions shouldn't be too much to ask, right?

But listening to the young man in front of him, it seemed that Blue Charm Technology was very confident. A forced melon isn't sweet? Was this directed at him?

"Hello, I am Liu Zhi, introduced through the Eagle Headhunting Network." Liu Zhi walked directly toward Hao Meng and Chen Yuqing, introducing himself with a confident smile. His presence was imposing and gave off a sense of authority.

Hao Meng turned to look at him, sizing him up. The other party was not much older, thirty-three years old, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, and had previously held positions such as executive vice president and human resources manager in a well-known internet listed company in China, with rich company management experience.

"Hello, I am Hao Meng, founder and current chairman of Blue Charm Technology. This is the current CEO of Blue Charm Technology. You have arrived just in time. We have already reviewed your background, and it is very impressive. Are you interested in joining Blue Charm Technology?" Hao Meng smiled and shook hands with him.

"I am interested!" Liu Zhi nodded with a smile. He had already done a lot of research on Blue Charm Technology before coming and was indeed very interested. "However, I hope..."

Hao Meng didn't let him finish, interrupting with a smile, "If you are interested, welcome to join Blue Charm Technology. Your position will be the human resources manager, with a base annual salary of 300,000 yuan, and dividends to be calculated later. As you can see, the company is just starting and is very busy. First, help President Chen organize the office and get into your role, and immediately improve the company. I have some matters to attend to, so I need to leave right away!"

Without waiting for a response, he smiled, patted the other party's shoulder, and turned to walk out!

Hao Meng didn't seem to have much presence, but he gave off a very cool vibe. All the words Liu Zhi had prepared for a long time were stuck in his mind.

Chen Yuqing smiled bitterly and shook hands with Liu Zhi, saying, "He is always in a hurry. Don't mind him, Mr. Liu. Let me introduce myself, Chen Yuqing!"

"Liu Zhi!" Liu Zhi smiled bitterly and shook hands with her. Chen Yuqing's beauty and charm instantly caught his attention!

Chen Yuqing turned around, clapped her hands, and called everyone over, saying with a smile, "This is our newly appointed human resources manager, Mr. Liu. Everyone, welcome him!"

...

"My dear, what did you call me out for? Don't you know the company is almost going crazy right now?" Hao Meng often came to a cold drink shop with Xu Meng during his middle school days. He found Xu Meng, who was wearing big sunglasses and a cool outfit, and asked with a bitter smile. If it weren't for the call from the beautiful Xu, how could he have left the company?

Xu Meng was now very popular, having topped the national campus beauty chart this year, earning the nickname 'National Campus Beauty,' with over eight million followers on Weibo. The travel documentary 'Campus Beauty Tour' produced by Hao Meng had over eighty million views.

"I'm not happy!" Xu Meng pouted and poked the milkshake in her cup with a straw, saying angrily.

"Ah?" Hao Meng was taken aback and asked with a bitter smile, "Who made my dear angry? Tell me, and I'll go and split him in two!"

"You made me angry, go and split yourself!" Xu Meng pouted and said.

Hao Meng laughed awkwardly and scratched his head, saying, "I can't really split myself. How did I make you angry?"
