"Jin, wake up, wake up..." After an unknown amount of time in deep sleep, Han Jin faintly heard someone calling him.

"Who's calling me?! Didn't I just die in the fire?" Han Jin opened his eyes in confusion and saw a girl with a delicate appearance and long hair standing in front of him.

When the girl saw Han Jin open his eyes, she couldn't help but take a step back in fright. Han Jin's eyes were bloodshot, and his gaze was filled with anger and resentment.

This was the rage and grudge that had crossed the boundary of life and death.

Han Jin was also taken aback by the sight of the girl. He seemed to recognize her, but he couldn't remember her name.

Seeing Han Jin staring at her continuously, the girl couldn't help but extend her delicate hand and wave it in front of his eyes. Her fingers were slender, white, and very beautiful.

"Jin, what's wrong with you? Why are you looking at me like that?" the girl asked, blinking her big eyes. Her voice was clear and pleasant.

Han Jin was stunned by her voice because the girl was speaking Cantonese, not the Mandarin he was familiar with.

He had just died in the fire, but now he was standing here, and a girl speaking Cantonese had suddenly appeared beside him. Moreover, from her expression, it was clear that she knew him.

All of this left Han Jin in a state of confusion.

"What's wrong with me? Was I just dreaming? If it was a dream, then who am I now?" Han Jin frowned and thought carefully.

At this moment, countless scenes flashed through his mind. Like a fast-forwarding movie, the experiences of a person from birth to seventeen years old flooded into Han Jin's mind.

"Ah!!!"

Han Jin couldn't help but scream, clutching his head and squatting down in pain.

His appearance frightened the girl.

"Jin, Jin, don't scare me! What's wrong with you?"

The girl, at a loss, shouted, almost on the verge of tears.

Han Jin, however, was in a state of extreme shock. He had already guessed his current situation.

Yes, Han Jin had traveled through time!

After dying in the fire, for some reason, his soul had crossed time and space, traveling back thirty years to possess the body of a young man with the same name.

This Han Jin was born in Hong Kong in 1966 and grew up in an orphanage. After graduating from high school, he was admitted to the TVB Acting Training Class.

Unlike the talented but ugly Han Jin, this Han Jin was "a golden exterior with a rotten core."

Although he was admitted to the TVB Acting Training Class due to his handsome appearance, he had no talent in acting, singing, or dancing.

After nearly half a year of training, the other students in the class had made significant progress, but he had not improved at all.

As a result, a few days ago, he was called to the office of the principal, Liu Fanggang, who scolded him and told him that if he did not achieve good results in the mid-year exam, he would be expelled from the TVB Acting Training Class.

Although Liu Fanggang had issued an ultimatum, he still valued Han Jin and specially assigned the class beauty, Zeng Qian, to tutor him, hoping to help him pass the exam.

The girl he intuitively felt he would recognize was Zeng Qian, the class beauty, known as the "embodiment of beauty."

Although Han Jin was not particularly talented in his studies, he was a very hardworking boy. He trained tirelessly, but unfortunately, he fainted from overwork.

At the same time, the Han Jin from the other timeline had also died in a fire while seeking revenge on the company, and his soul had mysteriously traveled back thirty years, coming back to life.

"Perhaps you and I both had the desire to become famous, so the heavens have fulfilled our wishes." After understanding the situation, Han Jin silently said to the other version of himself, "Don't worry, I will carry on your legacy and fulfill our shared dreams."

"Jin, Jin, are you okay?" Zeng Qian, seeing Han Jin squatting there like a stone statue, asked with increasing tension.

Han Jin had almost fainted due to the sudden influx of the other Han Jin's memories, which his brain could not handle.

Now that he had processed these memories, although he still had a headache, it was not as unbearable as before.

He knew that Zeng Qian was a classmate and a good friend of Han Jin, so he smiled and shook his head, "I'm fine, I'm fine. I just got up too quickly and felt a bit dizzy. I'm fine now."

"Oh, that's just low blood pressure. Don't worry about it," Zeng Qian, from a family of doctors, explained. She patted her chest and took a deep breath, "You really scared me just now. Are you okay now?"

"Sorry, I didn't mean to." Han Jin waved his hand, "I'm fine now."

"It's okay, we're all friends, no need to worry about it." Zeng Qian smiled and waved her hand, "By the way, Jin, I see bloodshot eyes and a pale face. How long has it been since you last had a good meal and rest?"

Han Jin felt a warm feeling in his heart when she asked this. It seemed like a long time since anyone had asked him this.

Previously, when he worked at Hai Xing Records, although he was the unsung hero who single-handedly supported the entire company, no one was willing to approach him due to his disfigurement from a fire in his youth, let alone show him any care.

Therefore, Zeng Qian's words of concern deeply moved Han Jin.

"Probably two or three days," he thought for a moment and scratched his head in response.

Zeng Qian's face showed surprise, then she said, "No wonder you look so bad. Come on, let's go get some food, and then you can go back to the dorm and get some rest. We can practice again in the evening."

Han Jin nodded. He wasn't too worried about the upcoming exam. When it came to singing and dancing, he was confident he could outperform anyone.

Hai Xing Records could become the largest record company in the Chinese music industry, and Jey could become a young king of the Chinese music industry, all thanks to his support behind the scenes.

The two of them left the practice room and immediately encountered three people walking towards them.

The leader was a slightly handsome young man who, upon seeing Zeng Qian, lit up and smiled, "Maggi, I said I'd meet you here. Come, let me take you for a drive."

"Brother Li, you and Maggi really have a connection. You just mentioned her, and here she is," one of the others said in a sycophantic tone.

Han Jin knew this slightly handsome young man was named Xiao Xueli, also a classmate. Because his family had some money, he was rather arrogant. The two people following him were Chen Wei and Du Yan, his lackeys.

"I don't have time. Move aside, I need to go have a meal with Jin," Zeng Qian said sternly, rolling her eyes at Xiao Xueli.

Although Zeng Qian came from a good family, she had no airs and got along well with her classmates. She particularly disliked Xiao Xueli's bullying, so she never showed him any kindness.

"Maggi, are you serious? You're refusing me for this waste of space?" Xiao Xueli pointed at Han Jin and said disdainfully.

Han Jin was instantly furious. He was a genius with a strong will, and his skills were his greatest pride. Now, being called a waste of space was extremely infuriating.

"What did you say? Say it again if you dare!" Han Jin glared at Xiao Xueli, his eyes filled with anger.

Xiao Xueli was taken aback; he hadn't expected Han Jin to speak to him like that.

The previous Han Jin, being an orphan, was rather shy and introverted. Even when bullied, he would only endure it silently. Now, however, he was like a bomb, ready to explode at the slightest provocation, which surprised Xiao Xueli.

"What, are you going to hit me?" Xiao Xueli regained his composure and asked arrogantly. With his two lackeys, he felt he had the upper hand.

"Brother Li, Han Jin has practiced Hong Quan. If it comes to a fight, the three of us might not be a match for him," Du Yan whispered to Xiao Xueli.

Seeing Han Jin getting angry, Zeng Qian quickly tried to calm him down, "Xiao Xueli, we're all classmates, so watch your mouth. Jin, don't get angry. Let's ignore him. Come, let's go eat." She then dragged Han Jin out of the TVB building.

Han Jin knew Zeng Qian was trying to help, so he didn't make a fuss and followed her out.

Xiao Xueli, seeing Zeng Qian and Han Jin leave together, couldn't help but glare in jealousy. Thinking about how he had been intimidated by Han Jin, he felt a wave of humiliation.

"This scumbag, daring to talk back to me and even trying to steal my girl. If I don't ruin him, I won't be a Xiao," Xiao Xueli gritted his teeth and shouted.

"Brother Li, do you really need to get your hands dirty? We can handle him," Chen Wei laughed, "The singing and dancing exams are tomorrow or the day after. We can use some tricks to get him expelled from the training class. Then, he won't be able to compete with you."

"Good, let's do it." Xiao Xueli nodded, imagining Han Jin being expelled from the training class and himself monopolizing Zeng Qian, and couldn't help but laugh out loud.
