Chapter 18 Cat Heaven

Huo Yu thought about it, feeling that her kitty cat small brain wasn’t enough, had a headache, and decided to go to sleep.

In the evening, Lin Shuwei had to look after Lin Shuxiao didn’t come back, asked Liu Yiyi to help watch Huo Yu, as she continued to guard Lin Shuxiao.

Huo Zhen left after Lin Shuxiao’s surgery, and on his way out, he was very careful to advise the inpatient staff to make reservations for Lin Shuwei’s sister.

Lin Shuwei was grateful to Huo Zhen, not expecting Huo Yu’s brother to be such a gentle and elegant person.

At night after Liu Yiyi fell asleep, Huo Yu woke up after a nap, looked at Lin Shuwei’s happiness value, and endured the pain of spending 20 points to get her phone out of the system space to check.

The phone she took out wasn’t going to put it back in.

The system would only put things into the system space for free when she changed into a cat, and if it was actively asked to put it, it would need 20 points every time regardless of the size of the thing.

Only 20 points, but it could be exchanged for 20 hours of human transforming time!

Huo Yu didn’t transform into a human, transform into a human would need to wear clothes, the payment is too much, she could hid the phone in her nest, with flesh pad claw to type.

Xiang Xiaoli’s efficiency is good, she found a few houses and sent the details to Huo Yu.

Huo Yu clicked to look at them.

There were bare houses for sale, and there were also homes for sale at okay prices.

But they were all too much trouble to renovate, and there was no telling how long it would take.

One of them was a cat-themed cafe to be sold, and the place was rather large, equivalent to a small condo, with a small courtyard.

There are different cat-themed rooms, cat climbing frames, all kinds of small toys, many of which were readily available.

It was more expensive, and if it wasn’t profit oriented, it would be a bit of a waste to use such place to adopt stray cats.

Huo Yu has some private money, which was given by his family since she was a child, it is still possible to buy that, but then there is a need to hire people, provide cat food, give medical treatment to sick cats, etc., which will require more expenses.

”My bragging out should never fail to materialize. Otherwise, I’ll be hunted by those cats again.” Huo Yu thought about the fact that money was a trivial matter.

Huo Yu simply chose this place that could be used directly, let Xiang Xiaoli buy it, set the price and time, and she would then go over and pay for the transfer.

It was better to put the money away, or pick up the tight things to do.

Or else when she became kitten, a few fierce cats looking for her, made her her feel scared.

After Huo Yu made her choice to make a few requests, she thought about it, and then asked Xiang Xiaoli to add a business, this place can, not only adopt it would stray cats, but also care for cats, can be called a cat heaven.

’Xiaoli could be nice and make arrangements so Lin Shuwei’s cat could be cared in it when she was busy, so I would be kinda on my own turf!’

’This plan was simply perfect.’

After Huo Yu’s own plan was sent to Xiang Xiaoli, Huo Yu sent another text message to Huo Zhen, asking him to arrange Lin Shuwei’s work, pay more attention to Lin Shuxiao’s situation, and hire the best nurses to take care of Lin Shuxiao.

In order to make her brother “understand” her importance, she specially said that Lin Shuwei has a lot of merits, “She will become the pillar of Tianyu Company in the future” and “She will make a lot of money for the company” to get assure him.

’If Huo Zhen did more, it will make Lin Shuwei felt moved, if they were together, Lin Shuwei would be her sister-in-law, right?’

’Its ok.’

After accepting this idea, Huo Yu weakened some of her previous prejudices against Lin Shuwei.

After finishing, Huo Yu continued to complete her fan tasks for the day, posting Lin Shuwei-related posts, sending private messages to Lin Shuwei to praise, and so on.

After becoming skilled, Huo Yu felt like she had thickened her skin a lot.

She learned a lot of rainbow farts from the internet.

She opened her mouth and said silly praises.

When she was done, Huo Yu muted her phone and hid it under the catbed and went back to sleep.

In the hospital, Lin Shuxiao woke up at 6am.

As she saw Lin Shuwei, Lin Shuxiao’s tears fell silently.

Lin Shuwei felt the movement, woke up, saw Lin Shuxiao, the two close people hugged and patted her gently.

”XiaoXiao, don’t do anything stupid in the future. If anything happens to you, I’ll be in pain for the rest of my life and won’t be happy, do you understand? Now that the surgery is done, the doctor says you’ll recover if you just get well. There’s still so much you want to do, and I want you to help me with so many more things we want to do! You need to recover. Trust me, and don’t read all that nonsense on the internet. Do you know that?” Lin Shuwei said to Lin Shuxiao.

”Sister, I’m sorry, I won’t do it again!” Lin Shuxiao choked out.

Lin Shuwei was more upset than happy to know that her surgery had been done, and she didn’t know what price her sister had paid in exchange for it.

However, at this point in time, she didn’t want to make Lin Shuwei feel bad anymore.

After calming Lin Shuwei for a while and eating as the doctor had requested, they spoke for a while and Huo Zhen came.

Huo Yu’s thousands of instructions to Huo Zhen to be good to Lin Shuwei’s sister, although he was a little puzzled, but what his sister said, he, as a brother, no matter how busy he was, he still made some time to come see.

Without Huo Yu’s advice, in fact, Huo Zhen also had a little bit of desire to see what happened with that girl from before after she was saved by the surgery.

”XiaoXiao, this is the CEO of the company I’m in, Huo Zhen, and he also arranged your surgery this time. He’s our great benefactor.” Lin Shuwei introduced Huo Zhen.

Lin Shuxiao thanked Huo Zhen, she was looking at Huo Zhen, but her heart was complicated, she remembered that this person was also the one who had pulled herself back from death before.

‘There were rumors that Lin Shuwei had some sort of deal with the upper echelons, was it Huo Zhen?’

Lin Shuxiao had just finished her surgery and was weak and listless, so she took her medicine and closed her eyes to rest.

After Lin Shuwei sent Huo Zhen away, she instructed the caregiver to take a ride back to her place of residence to shower and change clothes.

When Huo Yu woke up, she felt the familiar scent, she was being held in someone’s arms and they were kissing her forehead, rubbing her cheeks, and the fur under her neck and behind her back being gently smoothed.

”Ding, Lin Shuwei is hugging the host, happiness value +20.”

Before Huo Yu even opened her eyes to see who was there, she heard 006’s broadcast, ‘Lin Shuwei had returned from the hospital!’

”Miss Lin, are you going to be filming today?” Liu Yiyi asked.

”Well. I’ve already taken a break a day yesterday, so it can’t be delayed today. The scenes were all set up, I’ll finish the rest of my scenes first.” Lin Shuwei said softly.

Huo Zhen had helped her so much, the crew still had a lot of people waiting for her, and had already made Huo Zhen spend funds to hire the best doctors to treat Lin Shuxiao, Lin Shuwei couldn’t let the crew consume anything more for her, shooting the scenes, earning more money for Tianyu Company, and returning Huo Zhen’s favor was what Lin Shuwei had to do at the moment.

Lin Shuxiao has woken up, her body is a little weak, but in all aspects, her data are trending in a good direction, Lin Shuwei talked to Lin Shuxiao for a long time, and Lin Shuxiao’s mood stabilized.

The VIP high-grade ward where Lin Shuxiao lives is closely monitored, and the doctors and nurses were equipped with the best hospital care, Lin Shuwei has to be eased to work as soon as possible.

Lin Shuwei hugged Huo Yu, went to pack her things, packed Huo Yu and went out with Liu Yiyi.

”Shuwei, how is your sister’s condition?” Lin Shuwei went out and ran into Pei Jingfei, who looked very concerned.

Yesterday Pei Jingfei ran into Liu Yiyi knew about Lin Shuxiao’s surgery, and today she saw Lin Shuwei and gave her a fake greeting.

Huo Yu got annoyed at seeing Pei Jingfei and meowed a few times, wanting Lin Shuwei to leave immediately.

”The situation is improving. Thanks for your concern. I have to go to work, bye.”Lin Shuwei reassured Huo Yu, spoke to Pei Jingfei, waved her hand, and opened the door to leave with the others.

Pei Jingfei clenched her fists after Lin Shuwei left.

Did her message to Lin Shuxiao caused her to get scheduled for an early surgery?

Did Cheng Haoxuan arrange this? These two became one level closer in the end because of Lin Shuxiao!

Pei Jingfei looked a bit bad because of her speculations, and after staring at her thoughts, she picked up her phone and edited a few more messages.

Lin Shuwei hurriedly left, naturally unaware of Pei Jingfei’s actions.

Over the next few days, Huo Yu urged Xiang Xiaoli to hurry up and get the cat heaven constructed.

The original cat-themed cafe was slightly renovated and divided into two parts, one to take in stray cats and the other to put in fostered cats.

After recruiting a few more staff and buying some food, the cat heaven was officially finished.

This cat heaven will adopt stray cats, there is a special feeding station for stray cats outside the small shed, at any time it will replenish the cat food, water, and small dried fish and other food, this is the realization of the promise with civet cat.

But the dragon li cat, this social cat has personality, it will only come to eat something, and didn’t enter the cat heaveb to live, only came a few times, it continues to wander unrestrained in the outside.

Huo Yu didn’t care about it, it could do whatever it wanted.

Huo Yu asked Xiaoli to send a special pamphlet of the cat heaven cat care business promotion to Liu Yiyi. Tianyu artist’s pets could be hosted for free for ten days before opening. Liu Yiyi told Lin Shuwei, so Lin Shuwei brought Huo Yu to see cat heaven.

Lin Shuwei is going to a deserted island survival show, and going there requires a mission, so it’s impossible to bring a cat. It’s for ten days, so it’s not good for Liu Yiyi to take the cat with her all the time.

Lin Shuwei went to check out the cat heaven, the conditions were good, very clean and the place was big.

The cared cats each had a separate small room with all kinds of equipment and a special person to look after them.

When Huo Yu got there, she acted as if she was particularly fond of it, crawling around on the cat climbing frame, not wanting to leave at all.

”Do you really want to stay here?”Lin Shuwei stroked Huo Yu’s back and asked.

Huo Yu tilted her head and meowed a few times, hugging the stuffed dried fish, struggling to head to her room to go to the pile of toys.

Huo Yu actually didn’t like stuffed toys at all, but she acted like she did in order to stay here.

”Well, you’re having fun here. Sorry, I’ve been too busy lately. I’ll come back to see you as soon as I’m done.”Lin Shuwei released Huo Yu and whispered softly, Huo Yu had climbed into the toy pile to play.

”Ding, Lin Shuwei sees that the host doesn’t want her, happiness value -20.”

Huo Yu was playing with a small ball when she heard the broadcast of 006.

”Forget it. Minus 20, I’m fine with losing 20.”Huo Yu continued to “immerse” herself in the toys.

”Ding, Lin Shuwei thinks the host doesn’t love her, happiness value -50.”

As she heard 006’s report, Huo Yu froze in her tracks.

”What the hell! Who loves you?!”Huo Yu blew up, her heart was very awkward, with a toy in the mouth, she crawled over to Lin Shuwei, put the toy in Lin Shuwei’s hand, meowed a few times, meaning to ask Lin Shuwei to play.

”Little one, you are willing to play with ne, ah? I’m sorry I haven’t even bought you any small toys, but when I come back this time, I’ll buy you lots of small toys. We’ll go to the toy store and I’ll let you choose for yourself.”Lin Shuwei touched Huo Yu and smiled.

”Ding, the host gave Lin Shuwei toys, happiness value +20.”

When Huo Yu heard 006’s broadcast, she went and gripped a few more toys, then rubbed against Lin Shuwei and played for a while before making the happiness value that had fallen down rise back up.

Lin Shuwei didn’t have much time, and seeing that the situation was fine, she decided to put Huo Yu in, did the paperwork and left.

Once Lin Shuwei left, Huo Yu rolled over in her cat house and was finally free for a few days.

Lin Shuwei’s side had already finished filming her own scenes, and she was about to go on a desert island survival show, during which she would need medical exams, safety classes, exercise and other prep.

Huo Yu’s plan was to parachute into the deserted island survival show, and she didn’t bother to do those preparations.

If Lin Shuwei had anything against her, she would go and set things right, and if it was smooth, she would treat it as going for fun, and it would be nice to park her own cruise ship with everything, near the deserted island.

”That young cared cat looks so pretty, I wish she was my child.”

”When she grows up for sure, I’ll make her my wife!”

”Hey, Kitten, what’s your name?”

As Huo Yu was figuring it out, she heard some young children’s voices and turned to look outside the glass door, where a few cats were squatting on one side looking over at her.

”These shameless cats!”Huo Yu took a few steps back and shrank into the cat house.

There were some cats in the original cafe, and alongside with the cafe they were given to the people who bought the condo.

The new stray cats that were taken in were temporarily quarantined in another area and not with these domestic cats until they were sure they were physically okay.

”Ah, she’s shy! So cute!”

”I want to lick her fur so bad!”

”She’s such a cutie!”

A few cats continued to discuss Huo Yu, Huo Yu shrank in the cat nest, ignoring them.

In the cat nest, she took out her phone from the system space and quickly sent a few messages to Xiaoli.

Xiang Xiaoli rushed to the cat heaven, got Huo Yu out of the cat nest, and carried her to an upstairs room, which was a single room specially prepared for Huo Yu, and all the things that Huo Yu prepared were also prepared for Huo Yu by Xiang Xiaoli.

Xiang Xiaoli didn’t understand why Huo Yu asked her to put Lin Shuwei’s cat in the room upstairs that was specially prepared for Huo Yu.

But Huo Yu ordered her to do so, so she did.

When no one was in the room, Huo Yu transform ed into a human, took a shower, didn’t take anything from the system space, and directly took the clothes that were prepared inside to change into.

After a soothing shower, Huo Yu decided to go out and satisfy her stomach before getting a beauty treatment, then played crazily for a few days before going to a deserted island with Lin Shuwei.

”Ding, Lin Shuwei is locked in the toilet, happiness value -30,” Huo Yu heard 006’s report as soon as she left the cat heaven on her heels.

”…Who the hell is so lacking in virtue!” Huo Yu paused, angered, the happiness value she had saved up was not easy to get, Lin Shuwei had only just left and the happiness value had dropped so much.

Whoever is making fun of Lin Shuwei is making fun of her!

Huo Yu drove the car that Xiaoli left for her and immediately went to the training base of the Wild Island Survival Program where Lin Shuwei is.
