secretary of the department printed out the report sheet and talked with Lu Ci beside him praising Xu Li.

Lu Ci’s smile spread and he nodded in agreement: “Yes, I haven’t worked this hard in the previous year, this little junior sister will definitely be great in the future.”

There was no psychological pressure to praise his girlfriend and he even wanted to step on it. The secretaries next to him all laughed, “You guys in Master Li’s class are too self-conscious. Are you going to kill other students in the same batch? Hahaha!”

The man leaned over with a gossip face and asked him in a low voice: “Xiao Lu, tell me the truth, Xiao Xu and you… are in a different type of relationship right~”

Lu Ci held himself back from laughing, this person was really sour.

Lu Ci’s tone was still the same but the secretary just heard a little show off from it but he didn’t have any evidence…

In the end, he could only hammer Lu Ci’s shoulder and said angrily: “Next week, there will be a team building, we will go out to climb mountains, drink tea, have dinner in the evening, bring your little girlfriend. Except for those who is at work, everyone else will go.”

Lu Ci replied: “Okay, definitely.”

He was in a good mood recently, Xu Li was so eccentric that she even had the motivation to go to work with him.

His previous point of view was that falling in love would take away part of his energy and he would inevitably be inattentive in doing things and he had no desire to try at all.

However, after being with Xu Li, the efficiency of doing things had not decreased. When they were together, the efficiency would even increase when the two of them studied together.

Lu Ci said before that if he had met Xu Li earlier, they might have been together a long time ago. This was not a joke. The two people who were so compatible would get together sooner or later without those accidents.

When Xu Li went to the outpatient clinic to deliver the report and came back, she saw Lu Ci holding a thermos mug in the tea room and thinking while he still had a drowned smile and his little heart jumped twice for joy.

Maybe the doctors around were all doing their own thing so she went to Lu Ci’s side, poked his waistline with her fingers and lowered her head to pour water.

“What are you doing? You look like you are in love?”

Lu Ci leaned on her again and asked her, “Would you like to look in the mirror and see whose face looks more like in love?”

“You look so happy to see your boyfriend as if there are a few big characters written on your face: My boyfriend is so handsome!”

Xu Li glanced twice at the people in the outer office, no one noticed them, so she clenched her fist and hit Lu Ci’s stomach: “Yikes! Is this something you can say?”
