01 Kidnapped

Bai Zhi had been restless lately.

Her brother, Bai Jun, was getting married, but her future sister-in-law didn’t seem to like her very much.

She and her brother reunited a year ago. “She’s doing fine. She’s only two months into her pregnancy, there isn’t much she has to worry about yet. Though she’s just a bit more wilful these days.” Bai Jun’s voice sounded a little distant.

A few hard knocks suddenly came from the door.

“What’s wrong, is someone knocking on your door? Who is it?”

“Yeah. Maybe it’s the courier…I’ll hang up for now. You can come see me when you’re free, brother, it’s fine.” While saying that, Bai Zhi got up from the sofa to open the door.

“Aw, I haven’t even arrived and you’re already tossing me out? Alright, I’ll stop blabbering. Go get your package.”

“Bye-bye big brother, see you on the weekend.”

With a smile, Bai Zhi put down the phone and went to open the door.

There were two tall men dressed in casual clothes standing outside, and they seemed to have even burlier bodies than the average joe.

“Hello, are you Miss Bai Zhi?” One of the fairer-skinned men wearing thin-framed glasses and had a refined face looked down on his phone before raising his head to ask her.

“Yes?” Bai Zhi met the mysterious gaze beneath those lenses and felt a little uneasy.

The other man with the darker complexion and the duckbill hat grinned, showing his white teeth. He said, “Very good. You are under arrest.”

A pair of silver cuffs were put over her hands. The two men held her from left and right and took her down the stairs, instantly wrapping her up with their oppressive masculinity.

“Who…Who are you people?” Bai Zhi tried to struggle, but it was useless because both her hands were cuffed.

“The police.”

“Where…Where’s your badge? And…arrest warrant?”

The two looked at each other and laughed.

A cold and hard object was propped up against her back through her thin shirt. The man in the glasses brought his lips close to her ear, and that burning breath coupled with his cold tone caused her body to shudder. “You ask too many questions.”

“Get in the car.” The man with the darker skin carried her by the waist, took out the phone in the pocket, and threw it in the trash. When she felt his gun propped up against her waist, Bai Zhi’s body went cold, and she was forced to follow them.

They weren’t policemen at all…She had been kidnapped.

Bai Zhi was tossed by the darker man into the back seat of their man. Her mind was dizzy, but she still tried her best to keep her cool.

“Who…Who on earth are you? Who sent you? I don’t have anything, it’s no use even if you kidnap me…”

“Know anything about Yongze Private Prison?” The darker man watched her uneasy face on the rearview mirror from the driver’s seat. He explained to her kindly, “You’ve messed with the wrong person.”

A tall figure came over and slammed the door shut, and the tinted windows instantly covered the inside of the car with darkness. It was that bespectacled man.

“Who says you had nothing?” The man smiled to her, his eyes narrowing. Those deep eyes beneath those lenses felt strongly penetrating, passing through her clasped hands, to her full chest underneath her shirt, the fair and delicate skin of her face, and her faintly trembling pink lips.

The bespectacled man laughed. “It’s fine, I can just go over. However…that’s only for today.” He sat over next to her and lifted her up onto his lap.

“What are you doing? Let me go!” Bai Zhi struggled with all her strength, but it was hopeless because of her cuffed hands. The bespectacled man caught her swinging arms and slowly, carefully, stroked them before raising them up to her head. With a clink, both her hands and the cuffs were fixed to the handlebar above. She could only stay in this posture with her hands above her head with fear and anxiety.

“I told you, we have to check if you have any prohibited items on you.” The man watched as she struggled in vain, and put on a smile. “Some people just won’t learn, and they’ll hide some things they shouldn’t be bringing within their bodies. It is my duty to make sure they don’t.”

A pair of big hands slowly unbuttoned her shirt, and her fair and delicate skin was exposed little by little.

The cold air in the car caused her to shiver, and countless possibilities popped up in her head. “No…Don’t do this…Don’t touch me…What on earth do you want from me? You can call my brother, he’ll give you whatever you want…Don’t touch me, please…” Her voice was already shaking with fear.
