Chapter 1

Originally, it was said that the book would be released at the end of August, and I feel very apologetic for keeping everyone waiting. However, the new story was finally released on the third day of September. I sincerely hope that everyone will like this simple yet extraordinary heartwarming and loving story that I have written with great dedication!

The synopsis is a tribute to and inspired by the works of Chen Ci, whom I greatly admire, such as "Hui Mao." Therefore, you might notice a similar structure in the synopsis.

This book has a special flavor, and I believe you will discover it as you read the story. However, I can tell you that, at its core, it is still just an ordinary urban life story. There are no fantastical abilities or flying immortals; it is simply about ordinary people and ordinary stories.

As you may have seen in my previous work, "The Artistic Life of a Milk Dad," I enjoy using unique settings to tell everyday stories. This book, "Yang Xiaoluo's Adoptive Milk Dad," is no different. It will have a unique setting, but this is only to enrich and enhance the story, not to have a significant impact on the world or others. After all, it remains a heartwarming daily life story.

From my previous book, I have a clearer understanding of my shortcomings. In this book, I will pay more attention to the main storyline to avoid making the story seem like a mere chronicle. I will also better control the pacing of the story. In short, I have spent a lot of time carefully outlining the story, and I will build on the foundation of a daily life story to show the progress of the entire narrative.

Now, back to this story:

Yang Xiaoluo's abandonment was unfortunate, and it was something she could not resist. Fortunately, she met Yang Yan, a father who was willing to give her love and care. Also, because of Yang Yan, she was able to grow up healthy and happy, and she received the concern and affection of many of Yang Yan's friends and relatives.
