Is this a system? Are you sure it's not the interface of a knockoff game?

Faced with the functional interface that flashed before him, Chen Fei always felt it resembled the main interface of some knockoff mobile game. The form of this system was truly beyond his imagination. These images were like a virtual screen before his eyes, visible whether his eyes were open or closed.

Chen Fei simply closed his eyes, making it easier for him to study this End-World Dominator System. After a brief moment, he had a basic understanding of the operations, which could be described as a brainless, idiot-proof mobile game. The only difference was that this game completely freed his hands, relying entirely on voice commands and mental control.

Chen Fei silently thought about exiting, and the system interface disappeared from his view. With a single thought, the interface reappeared before his eyes. After studying the basic operations, Chen Fei still couldn't understand the significance of such a system.

So, Chen Fei began to study the functions he had activated. The first tab was the character attribute panel. Chen Fei had always felt it was just a knockoff game, so he hadn't opened it. Now, after studying the basic operations, he needed to familiarize himself with these functions.

Even though he could control the operations with his thoughts, Chen Fei still muttered to himself:

"Mo Mo, open the character attribute panel."

As soon as he spoke, the icon before him opened, filling his entire field of vision.

The content of the character attribute panel was very simple. In the top left corner was a character portrait. Chen Fei took a closer look and couldn't help but laugh and cry at the same time. Who else could that big-headed dolt be but him!

It wasn't a photo but a three-dimensional image. Chen Fei tried to open his mouth, and the character in the portrait did the same. It seemed this thing was synchronized with his real self!

Below the portrait was a standard attribute panel, just like in any game.

Host Name: Chen Fei

Level: LV1

Strength: 0.7

Constitution: 0.7

Spirit: 1.1

Agility: 1.0

Evolution Level: 0

Remaining Attribute Points: 1

A few simple lines left Chen Fei utterly confused...

"Is this just a game interface? Damn! I've been tricked! What kind of End-World Dominator System is this? It's just a game implanted in my head! Is it for entertainment in the apocalypse?"

Chen Fei felt a thousand sheep galloping through his heart, trampling his vast, endless grassland into ruins.

After a moment, Chen Fei calmed down and looked at the character attribute panel with a furrowed brow. To confirm if he had been tricked, he asked directly:

"Mo Mo, introduce the character attribute panel to me."

System: The character attribute panel is an evaluation of the host's various physical attributes. The reference is the average value of 100,000 men aged 20-30 on Earth, with a value of 1.

Chen Fei nodded in understanding, but his lips began to twitch involuntarily...

According to the system, the average value for each attribute is 1. Why were his strength and constitution only 0.7?

In other words, his strength and constitution were below the average for a normal man!

Damn! Does it have to be so realistic...

This harsh reality dealt Chen Fei a small blow. The average value was 1.0, but his strength and constitution were only 0.7, a significant gap. However, he was relieved that his spirit and agility were at the average, with his spirit even exceeding it.

Behind the attribute values, Chen Fei saw a small plus sign, just like in games.

The evolution level section left Chen Fei confused. If taken literally, it meant he would evolve in the future. Chen Fei thought about it and realized it was possible, but he would have to wait and see.

What Chen Fei cared most about was the 1 remaining attribute point at the bottom. Even without the system's explanation, Chen Fei understood that he had one point to allocate among the four attributes: strength, constitution, spirit, and agility. Each attribute had an average value of 1, so adding one point to any attribute would significantly enhance it beyond the average.

Putting aside the question of whether it was real or not, Chen Fei felt he needed to carefully consider where to allocate the point.

After understanding the character attribute panel, Chen Fei issued a command to exit it and continued browsing the other functions: Level 1 Zombie Radar, Level 1 Storage Space, Level 1 Manufacturing Function, and Level 1 Camp.

Chen Fei clicked on each function to get some explanations from the system. After reviewing all the functions, he sat on the bed, staring blankly, as if he had been severely impacted.

"Ha ha ha......... I'm about to take off!"

After being in a daze for five minutes, Chen Fei suddenly burst into a manic laugh, his joy evident.

After understanding the four functions, Chen Fei was certain that this system was not a game but a cheat for his survival in the apocalypse!

The first function, the Zombie Radar, allowed him to sense all zombies within a 100-meter radius. When activated, a 3D map appeared in Chen Fei's mind, with a green dot representing him and red dots representing zombies. The map was circular, with the green dot in the center and red dots surrounding it. The Zombie Radar also counted the number of zombies within its range. Currently, there were 1,183 zombies within 100 meters of Chen Fei. This number made his scalp tingle. According to the Zombie Radar, there was a large cluster of zombies about 50 meters to the southeast, where the red dots were almost merged. There were also about 30 zombies within 10 meters of him, likely in the stairwell. This function was crucial for escaping, allowing Chen Fei to avoid areas with many zombies and greatly increasing his chances of survival.

The only downside was that the Zombie Radar displayed a flat image, not precisely matching the surrounding terrain. If it could match the terrain, it would show the exact number of zombies on each floor, significantly enhancing safety. However, even as it was, Chen Fei was satisfied. In the wild, this display was sufficient, and a 100-meter radius meant a 200-meter diameter, allowing Chen Fei to navigate without being like a headless fly.

The function Chen Fei liked the most was the Storage Space. This Level 1 Storage Space was a 3x5 meter room with a height of 4 meters, capable of storing everything except living things. The most amazing feature was that time was frozen inside the Storage Space.

When Chen Fei heard the system's introduction of this feature, he almost shouted in excitement. He understood the implications: even food with a one-day shelf life would not spoil in the Storage Space. This turned limited resources into unlimited ones. For example, he could now store large amounts of fresh and frozen meat, which he couldn't do before because of storage issues. With the Storage Space, he no longer had to worry about this problem.

Although the Storage Space was only 15 square meters, it was 4 meters high, allowing him to stack items efficiently. Chen Fei tried transferring some daily necessities and drinking water from his room into the Storage Space. It was as simple as touching the items and moving them with his mind, just like a personal backpack in a game.

After exiting the Storage Space function, Chen Fei curiously looked at the Manufacturing Function.

Current Manufacturing Level: 1

Items that can be manufactured: Protective wooden fence, requiring various types of wood. A 9-square-meter material storage space is included.

The manufacturing page left Chen Fei confused again. Was the system designed by a game company? And the item to be manufactured was a wooden fence, which was ridiculous!

What also shocked Chen Fei was the Level 1 Camp. It looked like a small wooden house with a few wooden fences around it. Chen Fei tried to summon the small wooden house, but the system prompted that the environment was restricted.

Chen Fei thought about it and decided to ignore the camp and manufacturing functions for now, as they seemed to have little practical value.

Putting aside these two functions, the Zombie Radar and Storage Space were godlike for survival in the apocalypse. However, they seemed to have no relation to enhancing combat power!

Chen Fei felt a sense of frustration. He had hoped the system would help him strengthen his abilities to rescue Mu Meiqing more smoothly, but now it seemed he could only rely on himself.
