After getting into a traffic accident, the protagonist is transported to another world. However, they possess no cheat abilities; their physical abilities are below average, and their magical abilities are on par with a toddler's. After about a month in this world, they wake up in a hospital bed, paralyzed and unable to feel anything. They realize the month in the other world may have been a dream. In despair, they unleash their only acquired skill, fire magic, burning down the hospital room. Upon regaining consciousness, they find themselves back in the other world. They discover they can travel between worlds and use magic in both. In Japan, where no one can use magic, the air is saturated with magical energy, allowing for constant MP regeneration. Despite being paralyzed, they have unlimited magic. They begin training to regain their mobility by focusing on recovery magic.
