Chapter 7

Stake Pankodas, tall and imposing, was dressed in a crisp uniform of the Pacific Rim United Defense Force Marshal.
Standing outside the treatment room, which was separated by a transparent glass wall, he opened the medicine box he was carrying, took out a pill to treat radiation, placed it at the edge of his thick lips, and swallowed it.
After swallowing the pill, Marshal Stake’s gaze penetrated the glass wall, looking at Hail, who was lying on the metal table, his eyes flashing with a peculiar light.
A meteorite that fell from the sky, a person.
"From the sky...," Marshal Stake muttered to himself, his face slightly darkened.
He could not forget when he ordered his subordinates to rescue Hail from the meteorite crater. Five people could not move him, and the soldiers were drenched in sweat and panting, calling him a monster.
In the end, they had to use a crane to lift him up, and after much effort, they managed to bring him to the treatment room.
A human body weighing over a thousand kilograms was truly terrifying.
Marshal Stake did not stand outside the transparent glass wall for long before Dr. Celine, the medical doctor in charge of the treatment room, approached. She had a delicate face, bright eyes, and a cold, beautiful appearance. She wore a tight sweater that accentuated her perfect figure, a red vintage leather skirt, black stockings that covered her long legs, and a pair of black thick-soled high heels. She was dressed in a white lab coat, a classic yet naturally beautiful outfit that was at the forefront of fashion.
Holding a thick report, Dr. Celine’s cold, beautiful face turned red, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She walked out of the treatment room and came to Marshal Stake’s side, reporting excitedly.
"Marshal Stake, this is truly amazing. It's hard to imagine that a person could weigh 1,700 kilograms, 1.7 tons...," Dr. Celine’s cold, beautiful face turned red with excitement, her heart racing, her eyes glowing.
Krypton’s gravity is ten times that of Earth’s. Although Hail worked at the Institute of Technology, he could fight evenly with Zod, so he couldn’t possibly be a weak, bookish type.
He was tall and weighed 100 kilograms originally. On Earth, his weight would be multiplied by ten, and considering the gravitational coefficient and the increase in body weight, it couldn’t be calculated simply by multiplication.
1,700 kilograms, and the reason for the activation of Kryptonian genes due to sunlight.
Superman Clark Kent, even if he grew up on Earth, wouldn’t weigh just 107 kilograms.
The reason for all this is the bio-magnetic field.
In theory, if Kryptonian cells did not have the regulation of the bio-magnetic field, they would absorb more solar energy, making the body mass and energy denser and heavier.
The bio-magnetic field regulates the body.
Otherwise, with Superman’s body energy, it would form a gravitational field, absorbing everything around it like a star, and eventually collapsing due to the excessive energy, leading to a thermonuclear reaction, exploding into a nebula, or forming a massive star.
Kryptonians can remain in human form and be safe because the bio-magnetic field, which regulates their bodies, is a balance embedded in their genes.
"I know, Dr. Celine. I ordered the crane to lift him in. Tell me something I don’t know," Marshal Stake interrupted Dr. Celine’s excited rambling. Since she was transferred to the Anchorage base, he had never seen this cold, beautiful, and usually quiet medical doctor speak so much.
"And his physical condition, strength, and destructive power, and when he will wake up!" Marshal Stake reminded her.
Marshal Stake found it hard to imagine someone weighing 1,700 kilograms and still being human. This meant that this person had at least 2,000 kilograms of strength. Of course, compared to any mecha, this was insignificant.
But a person of such weight would have a nervous system ten times stronger than an ordinary person.
This meant he could drive a mecha alone, more easily than any other driver, and perhaps even dance a tango.
This meant he could become a mecha hunter pilot, a nightmare for all monsters.
He could become the strongest mecha hunter pilot.
If he was willing, Marshal Stake could invest all the remaining funds to build him a super mecha, driving those monsters back into the sea.
Marshal Stake was preoccupied with the idea of driving the monsters back into the sea, far from imagining that this person, whom he thought could become the strongest mecha hunter pilot, far exceeded his expectations.
"Hmm? Hmm!" Dr. Celine gave Marshal Stake a disdainful look. She knew that Stake was entirely focused on eliminating the monsters, so she stopped talking about information he wasn’t interested in.
"Stake, the person lying inside, his body cannot be cut by a scalpel or penetrated by a bullet. I suspect even a missile might not be able to damage his body. He has a steel-like physique," Dr. Celine’s breathing was heavy as she turned to look at the perfect body inside the glass, her long, white fingers pressing against the glass, her nails turning white, her face flushed.
This was a perfect creation.
Dr. Celine was certain.
"Missiles can’t damage...?" Marshal Stake nodded slightly, not agreeing with Dr. Celine.
A body with a density of 1,700 kilograms, he thought it was normal that a scalpel couldn’t cut it, and bullets might not penetrate it, but if even missiles couldn’t damage it, that was a bit far-fetched.
Marshal Stake could only conclude that Dr. Celine, being a medical doctor, didn’t understand the power of modern weapons.
Dr. Celine’s face was extremely abnormal, her lips curling in a half-smile, her eyes breathing heavily. "Ordinary instruments cannot accurately detect his body’s data."
"I used a magnetic wave spectrometer and made astonishing discoveries."
"His body is changing, evolving into something even more powerful. He is... like... like... yes, like a star, undergoing astonishing changes."
"Unimaginable, cells can move to such an intense degree."
"His body’s magnetic field is astonishing."
Marshal Stake frowned, looking at the enthusiastic Dr. Celine, feeling a headache.
He had only heard rumors that Dr. Celine had a reputation as a pervert. Initially, Marshal Stake was skeptical, but since she arrived at the Anchorage base, Dr. Celine, apart from being condescending in medicine, very cold, and fashionably dressed, had shown no other abnormalities. Now it seemed that she hadn’t reached her perverted trigger point...
Marshal Stake cleared his throat, stopping Dr. Celine’s perverted trigger point, and said, "Dr. Celine, tell me his health status, when he will wake up, and how much strength he has."
Marshal Stake didn’t expect this man from the sky to be kind, but his human appearance gave him a sense of benevolence. However, he needed to know his strength and destructive power to limit his actions upon waking.
He couldn’t let this mysterious man cause chaos in the Anchorage base.
The damage he had already caused was significant. The leg of the dangerous wanderer that he broke off would cost nearly 10 billion dollars to repair and reattach.
"I don’t know. His body is changing, his magnetic field is adapting. Once his body’s magnetic field adapts, he will likely choose to wake up. I believe he is awake, conscious, and might even be able to perceive the outside world and hear us talking," Dr. Celine’s enthusiastic face remained unchanged, her cold, flushed face and smile making her look like she wanted to hug and suffocate someone, merging with them.
Marshal Stake didn’t dare to look at Dr. Celine anymore. She was indeed very abnormal, mentally unstable. The people at Harvard were right; Dr. Celine was likely a pervert.
He wished she would use her perversion to study the monsters, but unfortunately, she was only interested in human bodies.
Marshal Stake turned to look at Hail inside the glass wall, "I hope you are really awake and can have a peaceful conversation when you wake up."
"Stake, regarding his strength data..."
At this point, Dr. Celine pressed her hands against the glass wall, the documents sliding down from her large chest, her fingers pressing white, her face reflected in the glass, her eyes breathing heavily.
"According to the data I detected, he has at least 8,000 tons of strength!"
When Marshal Stake first heard this data, his large, black eyes bulged in shock, and he asked in disbelief, "8,000 kilograms?"
He was about to say 8,000 pounds, which is only about 3.6 tons, which would be too small for a 1,700-kilogram person.
Then he subconsciously said 8,000 kilograms.
He didn’t even care about the relationship between kilograms and pounds anymore.
He was so shocked that his eyes were almost bulging out.
"It’s 8,000 tons! I believe this is just his base strength, like the strength of a casual punch," Dr. Celine pressed against the glass wall, her face close, her eyes fixed on the perfect body, her eyes sparkling with a dreamy look.
At first, she thought she had made a calculation error.
But math doesn’t lie. The meteorite crater had a lot of blood, and she had tested the cells in detail using all the medical instruments available, even instruments for detecting thermonuclear electromagnetic waves and mecha instruments.
After testing and calculating, the theoretical minimum was indeed 8,000 tons of base strength.
When she realized this number, she almost went crazy.
Each discovery about his cells was enough to win a Nobel Prize, but what is a Nobel Prize? How could it compare to this beloved body?
Each of his features broke the boundaries of cellular existence.
This was a perfect man.
This was a perfect being.
This was the beloved son of the universe.
This was an entire civilization.
This was a god!
Dr. Celine, a medical doctor, understood that 8,000 tons of strength was indeed powerful, enough to easily lift an 80-meter-tall mecha.
But the deeper implications of 8,000 tons of strength, the body, and the cells were even more significant.
This man lying on the steel table was a treasure trove, the direction of human evolution, the path forward for humanity, a gem of human civilization, a superman, and a god who could lead humanity!
Marshal Stake stared with his large, bulging eyes, his mouth wide open, his mind almost paralyzed in shock.
If he really had such strength.
What need would he have for a mecha?
He himself would be a mecha.
He alone would be a mecha worth over 100 billion dollars.
Marshal Stake was in a daze for a long time, his mind in chaos, unable to think about how to face such a human mecha.
Until the chief technical advisor, Tendou, found him, "Marshal Stake, all the countries of the Pacific Rim United Defense Force have suddenly called a meeting. Please go to the conference room quickly."
Marshal Stake immediately calmed down, his eyes focusing.
