At the time, after the doctor examined Wang Peng, he said that Wang Peng had fainted due to excessive fatigue. This made everyone breathe a sigh of relief. However, including Wang Peng himself, no one paid too much attention to it. After all, excessive fatigue was not a serious illness; a good rest for one or two days would be fine.

Everyone thought this way. After waking up, Wang Peng rested for two days. During these two days, he did not go to the excavation site to work, only resting in his room. After two days, he returned to work. However, during work, Wang Peng fainted again at the excavation site. Afterward, the doctor still said it was due to excessive fatigue.

The situation gradually became a bit abnormal. Wang Peng would often faint suddenly, even though he seemed to have plenty of energy and should not have fainted due to excessive fatigue. This happened several times, and each time the doctor said it was due to excessive fatigue.

Because Wang Peng had fainted so many times, his colleagues began to worry. They thought the Egyptian doctors might not be competent and suggested that Wang Peng return to New York to see a major hospital for a full-body check-up to see if there was any problem.

Wang Peng followed his colleagues' advice and flew back to New York. He went to the hospital for a full-body check-up. When the results came out, there was nothing wrong with his body; he was very healthy. If there was a problem, it was still fatigue. After hearing that Wang Peng would often faint suddenly, but seeing no issues with his body, the doctor suggested that Wang Peng not work and rest at home for a while. The doctor even prescribed some sleep aids.

This made Wang Peng feel quite helpless. In his previous life in China, it seemed that working while sick was encouraged, as could be seen from elementary school essays, where teachers would come to class despite being ill, demonstrating dedication. However, in the West, this spirit was not encouraged. If you were sick, you should rest at home until you recovered before returning to work. This was for the sake of both yourself and others. What if your illness spread to others? Even if it was not contagious, others would worry about you and be unable to work properly.

So, Wang Peng returned to his home in New York and did not go back to Egypt. However, Wang Peng had a secret that he had not told anyone, not his colleagues, not the doctors, and not his family.

This secret was something Wang Peng discovered after his first fainting episode, and it became clearer with each subsequent episode.

"Ah~ Since I have nothing else to do, going back to school might not be a bad choice. It can pass the time. All the new anime and movies I've seen before, and I don't know what to do with my days." Wang Peng looked at the letter in his hand, sighed deeply, and then placed it on the table.

Saying this, Wang Peng returned to his study and looked at the scattered papers on the floor, scratching his head in frustration. These papers were sent by his colleagues in Egypt, containing the latest information on the excavation project they were working on. His colleagues were worried that Wang Peng would be bored, so they sent the materials to keep him occupied.

Wang Peng looked at the scattered materials on the floor, waved his hand, and then turned to the bedroom to pack his luggage for school.

After Wang Peng waved his hand, the scattered papers on the floor seemed to be affected by a force, floating up from the ground and gently landing on the desk, neatly stacked together.

That's right, this was Wang Peng's secret. After fainting at the excavation site in Egypt, when he woke up, Wang Peng felt some strange changes in his body, with some inexplicable sensations.

Usually, Wang Peng felt normal and had no strange sensations. However, occasionally, at the excavation site or even sitting on a busy street, a strange feeling would suddenly arise in his heart, and he would faint immediately.

However, as the number of fainting episodes increased, Wang Peng gradually developed some resistance and could withstand this strange feeling. He could also explore what was causing it.

The mysterious force he discovered while exploring his body was called telekinesis. Yes, Wang Peng was now a person with superpowers.

Wang Peng felt that this power had appeared when he fainted that day. However, the changes in his body since that day were not limited to just this telekinetic ability. There might be a bigger secret beneath it.

Of course, when Wang Peng first discovered he had telekinetic powers, he was overjoyed, thinking it was a golden finger he had been waiting for seventeen years. However, as he explored more and learned more, he realized he had been overthinking it.

"Alright, let's just do this. First, rent a place, then see what I need and buy it. I should not faint again after last night." Wang Peng packed everything he could think of into a full suitcase, thinking to himself.

Over the months, through exploration and training, and with the feeling that "as the seal is lifted, the things to know will gradually be known," Wang Peng believed that he would not faint again.

"Should I take this or not?" After packing his luggage and changing clothes, Wang Peng returned to his study and looked at a stack of archaeological materials on the desk, holding them in his hand and hesitating.

"Forget it, I won't take it. I don't want to think about work anymore. I'll enjoy campus life." After much hesitation, Wang Peng put the archaeological materials back on the desk, turned, and walked out of the study, picking up his suitcase and leaving the house.

The archaeological materials left on the desk had a photo on top. The photo showed a pattern on the wall of a tomb. Above the pattern, there was a very strange design, a long 'S' shape with a small horizontal bar in the concave hook above and two small horizontal bars in the concave hook below.

"Hey, taxi!" Wang Peng walked out of his residence, feeling the noisy voices of people on the street. The street was bustling with people. Wang Peng walked to the side of the street and waved to hail a taxi.

Soon, a yellow taxi stopped in front of Wang Peng. Wang Peng put his suitcase in the trunk, opened the door, and sat in the passenger seat. The driver asked, "Where to, my friend?"

"Please take me to the airport." Wang Peng answered casually. Then, he noticed the accent was a bit strange and turned to see that the driver was an Indian uncle, easily recognizable by his skin color and facial features. Wang Peng had worked in India before and recognized him immediately.

"Are you planning to go out?" The Indian uncle was very talkative, as most taxi drivers are. They often chat with passengers to pass the time. After a short while, the Indian uncle asked casually.

"Hmm? Oh, I'm planning to go to school." Wang Peng was supporting his chin, looking out the window at the scenery. He was a bit surprised by the Indian uncle's question but nodded in response.

"Going to school? You don't look very old, are you going to high school?" The Indian uncle turned to look at Wang Peng and asked. Wang Peng nodded in response.

Since the drive to the airport was quite long and the traffic was congested with many red lights, Wang Peng and the Indian uncle driver started chatting. The more they talked, the more Wang Peng felt that the Indian uncle was not ordinary and seemed to be well-educated, unlike a typical taxi driver.

"Do you know, humans are a very narcissistic species. We live in this tiny corner, on this small and pitiful planet, but in fact, we are not at the forefront of evolution." The Indian uncle, seeing the red light, stopped the car and watched the crowds of people passing by, said.

"Is there a species on this planet that has evolved further than humans? What kind of creature is at the forefront of evolution?" Wang Peng asked curiously.

"Ha ha, you know cockroaches, right? Cockroaches are the creatures at the forefront of evolution. They can survive for months without food, live for weeks without a head, resist radiation, and are not afraid of fire or cold. If God created himself based on the image in his mind, God must be a cockroach." The Indian uncle joked.

"Ha ha, Uncle, your idea is quite interesting." Wang Peng couldn't help but laugh.

"Some people say that humans only use one-tenth of their brain capacity. The other nine-tenths need to be developed and used to fulfill God's original intention in creating us." The Indian uncle laughed again and then asked Wang Peng.

"I've heard that. The human brain is vast, but humans only use a small part of it. The rest is unusable and is called the 'God's禁区' (forbidden zone)." Wang Peng nodded in agreement.

"That's right, but I believe the day to use that part has come. The Human Genome Project has found that a small part of the human genetic code is growing and rapidly mutating, leading to abilities like teleportation, anti-gravity floating, and tissue regeneration."

"Is this already beyond the realm of human possibility? Has humanity reached a new threshold of evolution? Are we finally standing at the threshold of developing our potential?" The Indian uncle became more and more excited as he spoke, looking like a mad scientist.
