The girl was smiling and saying something to Fang Yu. Lin Moyan couldn’t see Fang Yu’s face so he didn’t know what kind of expression he had on his face now, whether he was smiling gently or another emotion.

Suddenly, the girl saw him at the back and raised her head, smiling brightly. It looked like she was smiling at Fang Yu but her smile was intentionally directed to Lin Moyan. Then, the girl stood on tiptoes and leaned forward, supporting herself on Fang Yu’s sturdy forearms and tried to kiss him.

Lin Moyan stared at Fang Yu with widened eyes. However, Fang Yu’s next actions relieved him. Fang Yu quickly took a step back and raised his hand to shake off the girl’s hand on his arm. He said something loudly before turning and leaving.

Lin Moyan saw that Fang Yu was walking towards him. The moment he had turned around, he saw Lin Moyan standing there, staring at the both of them. Now he was running towards him.

However, Lin Moyan did not want Fang Yu to catch him so he turned on his heel and fled. He ran towards the school entrance and deliberately ignored Fang Yu’s shouts. His heart was beating fast and he was gasping for breath as he tried to avoid Fang Yu. By the time he reached the school gate, Fang Yu was already catching up to him. He bent over and panted as he stretched out a hand to open the taxi door. He quickly got in and asked the driver to start driving. The entire time, he never looked back and ignored the person who was chasing him.

The driver stared at the out of breath Lin Moyan and his curiosity was aroused. He coughed and asked, “Young man, what are you guys doing?”

After sprinting all the way to the school gate, Lin Moyan’s throat was parched and he wasn’t in the mood to respond to the driver’s question so he pretended to be asleep.
