"Boss! This is a misunderstanding! I absolutely have no intention of replacing you!" Chen San pleaded in terror. His loyal subordinates were also trembling with fear. When they were brought to the meeting hall and saw the unharmed Luo Sangu, everyone knew they were finished!

Chen San hurriedly begged for mercy. He knew that such a power grab in a pirate group was absolutely unacceptable. If successful, he could control the pirate group's strength, but if he failed, there was only one path to death. Although Luo Sangu was a woman, after being the boss for several years, she had already developed a heart of iron.

Luo Sangu coldly looked at Chen San and his subordinates. To her, Chen San was just a subordinate! She was not unaware of his thoughts. As long as Chen San did not go too far, she would not interfere. After all, Chen San's prestige among the pirates on Feiyu Island was second only to hers. In many situations, she also needed Chen San's support. However, now that Chen San wanted to seize control of Feiyu Island, this was something she absolutely could not accept. Even more unforgivable was that Chen San wanted to harm Luo Yuhu, which made Luo Sangu want to tear him apart. Therefore, she was completely unmoved by Chen San's pleas for mercy!

"Uncle Zhao, how should we punish someone who tries to seize power and harm his brothers?" Luo Sangu asked coldly.

"Boss, according to the island's rules, for such ungrateful scoundrels, we should cut off their heads to set an example!" Zhao Yi replied.

Luo Sangu nodded and then looked at everyone, "Does anyone have any objections?"

Everyone shook their heads, supporting Luo Sangu's decision. Even those who had good relations with Chen San did not dare to plead for him at this moment, for fear of getting themselves into trouble!

"Luo Yuhua, you slut! Just for a pretty boy, you want to kill me? I, Chen San, have worked hard for Feiyu Island for so many years, risking my life countless times, and this is the result! Do you not fear that this will chill the hearts of the many brothers on the island?" Chen San shouted. He was determined to fight, knowing that if he did not, he was dead for sure! He knew Luo Sangu's character well and understood her love for her brother Luo Yuhu. Anyone who wanted to harm Luo Yuhu was asking for death!

"Chen San, you are spouting nonsense! You tried to seize power while the boss was away and wanted to kill Yuhu. This is entirely your own fault!" Luo Sangu scolded coldly.

"Hmph! I did this for the sake of Feiyu Island! You listened to that pretty boy and went to your death. I couldn't just watch Feiyu Island decline!" Chen San argued.

However, Chen San's words resonated with a large portion of the pirates on Feiyu Island. After all, Long Yufei had only joined Feiyu Island recently. Although he had made great contributions in this operation, his experience was still too shallow. Suddenly becoming the second-in-command of Feiyu Island would make many people jealous! It also inevitably made people think they were eliminating rivals!

"Boss, I think we should do this! Chen San led a rebellion, regardless of his reasons, this is undeniable! This is something Feiyu Island cannot accept! Considering Chen San's many years of hard work, we can spare his life, but he must be punished! We should expel Chen San and his subordinates from Feiyu Island, and they are never allowed to return!" Long Yufei suggested. Chen San had always been hostile towards him, and keeping him on Feiyu Island would only cause trouble. Expelling them would be much simpler. As for the risk of leaving a tiger to cause trouble later, Long Yufei was not too concerned. In the vast South China Sea, pirate groups were numerous, and Chen San and his subordinates were only a dozen people. Whether they could survive in the dangerous South China Sea was a big question. Even if they survived, the possibility of them seeking revenge in the future was virtually non-existent! Additionally, according to Long Yufei's development plan, once successful, Chen San would not pose any threat to him!

Luo Sangu frowned. Although she was not a cruel person, her years as a leader had taught her the importance of eliminating potential threats. Chen San clearly harbored resentment against her and the entire Feiyu Island. If they were not all eliminated, it could leave a future problem! However, Luo Sangu trusted Long Yufei very much. Since he had made this suggestion, she did not intend to oppose it!

"Alright, let's do it as Mr. Long suggested!" Luo Sangu said.

No one objected, not even Chen San. He knew that being able to escape with his life was already a stroke of luck. If he continued to argue, he might lose his life. That would be too much of a loss! As for revenge, he would think about it later. His primary concern was how to survive after leaving Feiyu Island!

Chen San and his subordinates, a total of more than ten people, were thrown onto a small boat. They were told that they could never return to Feiyu Island, or they would be killed! Chen San and his group left with resentment, and Feiyu Island returned to peace.

"Mr. Long, I have thought about it for a long time. Perhaps, your suggestion is correct! Being a pirate is not a long-term solution!" On the dock of Feiyu Island, with the sea breeze blowing, Luo Sangu said softly. She had deliberated on Long Yufei's proposal for a long time. Although she was still somewhat shocked, she had come to agree with it! The life of a pirate was indeed becoming increasingly difficult. If they could change their path, it might be for the better!

"Boss, if you can think this way, that's great! I have also refined this plan. I believe we have a high chance of success!" Long Yufei said excitedly.

"Alright! Let's first discuss this with Uncle Zhao, Uncle Li, and Brother Niu to gain their support!" Luo Sangu said.

"Alright, Boss!" Long Yufei nodded, satisfied that Luo Sangu agreed with him!

That night, Long Yufei, Luo Sangu, Zhao Yi, Li Decheng, and Niu Meng met in the meeting hall of Feiyu Island. These five were the main leaders of Feiyu Island. Zhao Yi and Li Decheng were veterans of the island, while Niu Meng, like the former Chen San, was a fierce pirate who often led the charge in operations!

Luo Sangu briefly introduced Long Yufei's plan to Zhao Yi and the others, which left them stunned.

"What? Not be pirates anymore? Boss, if we're not pirates, what can we be?" Niu Meng shouted first. He was in his forties and had been a pirate for over twenty years. He had long considered piracy his lifelong career. The sudden suggestion to change paths was hard for him to accept!

Zhao Yi and Li Decheng also frowned. They had not expected Long Yufei and Luo Sangu to propose such a plan, which was completely beyond their expectations. However, Zhao Yi secretly agreed with it. When Long Yufei presented the design for the new rifle, he already knew that Long Yufei was not an ordinary person!

"Boss, Feiyu Island is our base. We can't just give it up! Leaving Feiyu Island for an unfamiliar place is a huge risk!" Li Decheng also said. Perhaps due to his age, he no longer had the same enthusiasm as in his youth!

"Uncle Li, although it's risky, if we succeed, the many brothers and their families on the island can live a good life! Everyone knows that the living conditions in the South China Sea are becoming increasingly difficult. With Western countries increasing their invasion of the South China Sea, if we continue to live on the sea, we will face even greater dangers! In this operation, we barely survived an encounter with a British Navy sixth-class cruiser, almost being completely wiped out! And that was just the weakest type of British Navy warship. If it had been a larger warship, we would have had no chance of survival!" Long Yufei explained.

"The British are strong, but we are not weak either! Their guns and cannons are powerful, but my steel sword has also seen blood! If it comes to it, I'll just risk my life. In twenty years, I'll still be a good man!" Niu Meng said nonchalantly. His twenty years as a pirate had made him accustomed to life and death. Many of his fellow pirates had already died, and his survival was a stroke of luck.

"Brother Niu, being a pirate is fine for you. But can you bear to see your son and grandson become pirates too? They might be killed by the foreigners one day!" Long Yufei said.

Niu Meng fell silent. Although he was a rough man, he loved his son deeply. If possible, he did not want his son to follow in his footsteps!

"Sigh, if there were other ways, who would want to be a pirate?" Li Decheng also sighed!

"Mr. Long, if we agree to your plan, can you guarantee its success? There are over a thousand people on Feiyu Island, mostly the elderly, women, and children. We cannot take risks!" Zhao Yi said.

"Uncle Zhao, I cannot guarantee success, but I believe we have a high chance of success! Even in the worst case, our situation won't be much worse than it is now!" Long Yufei said solemnly.

"Alright, I'll support you!" Zhao Yi said.

After Zhao Yi nodded, Li Decheng and Niu Meng, although still having some doubts, no longer opposed the plan!
