### Chapter 99: The Little Sprite's Party

It is said that certain kind-hearted people or those with special charm can receive help from sprites. Although these beautiful legends originate from fairy tales, many people with childhood dreams are willing to believe they are true.

After dinner, Sophina lay on the sofa and dozed off for a while. Before ten o'clock, someone came to call her. There was still a lot of work to be done at the academy, and some things couldn't be avoided just because she didn't want to do them. She wasn't just a teacher at Kulandtin. The events of the previous night indeed needed to be handled, and she didn't want the academy to suspect the injured Bing Zhiye. She was an old hand at such matters and already had a plan in mind.

The teacher's dormitory was better than the students', a one-bedroom apartment decorated beautifully. In one corner of the living room was a small white wooden house with a 'goblin' sign on the tiny door. This was a very exquisite wooden house that Sophina had specially bought, about ten square meters in size. The goblin's home should be a luxurious suite, much better than the teacher's dormitory.

Hearing a knock on the door, the small goblin opened it, wearing a towel and with its hair full of shampoo.

Sophina pinched its little face and said, "Take good care of him, okay?"

The goblin let out a 'gak' and nodded happily, perhaps because its current treatment was much better than before.

Sophina went to the bedroom to check on the sleeping Bing Zhiye before reluctantly leaving. Bing Zhiye's condition had improved a lot; at least he had stopped coughing up blood.

After taking a bath, the goblin did a few somersaults on the soft red carpet. All the light crystal lamps in the room were on, and the white light was much better than the dark and rainy night outside. It came to Bing Zhiye's bedside and carefully guarded this boy who was so well cared for.

Although it was raining, the strict boss insisted on keeping the store open until ten o'clock at night. Today, Blanch was on night duty at the store. Although they operated magic arrays, the store wasn't just about elemental crystals.

Blanch locked the store door and sat on a soft bed, constantly complaining. She had already gone outside the academy to investigate and found that the teachers at Kulandtin were indeed investigating the incident closely. She hadn't seen Bing Zhiye at the agreed location. She knew that nothing had been stolen from the Great Blue Crystal Tower, so she was worried about this matter.

'Beverly' wasn't a particularly special organization; it was just another profit-seeking institution. There were many such organizations on the continent, but they were more professional and mysterious. They dealt with anything that could be exchanged for money, whether it was information or items. This was precisely what troubled Blanch.

Blanch was an 'Informant' in the organization, responsible for gathering information. Currently, the Moon Magic Empire was on the brink of war with Saint Bicaya, and the information here could fetch a very high price. She had a dual identity here: on the surface, she was a citizen of the Moon Magic Empire; in reality, she was employed by Saint Bicaya to collect war intelligence for 'Beverly.' This was her main task. However, she had been coerced into initiating an unauthorized action, and the organization's rules were strict. If there was no gain and she was exposed, the consequences would be severe. Therefore, she was extremely anxious about this matter.

'Knock, knock, knock, knock'—the heavy knocking on the door startled Blanch from her troubled thoughts. When she opened the door, it was her superior in the information-gathering network: "Why are you here?"

'Beverly' had a rule that only single-line contact with one's superior was allowed, and members of the 'Informant' group were not to interact with each other.

The person looked around, saw no one, and didn't enter the room, saying, "I'm just here to tell you that the Chief will be coming to Thebes soon."

"Twelve Chiefs!" Blanch was startled, worried that they were coming to hold her accountable: "Why is he coming?"

The person said, "I don't know. I'm just here to tell you this. Try not to cause any trouble recently."

"When?"

The person laughed, "You're an 'old hand.' Don't you know the rules? Also, about the unauthorized action you initiated yesterday..."

"Boss! This matter will take some time to resolve. Please help me, cover for me," Blanch pleaded.

The person laughed coldly, "I don't even know the purpose of your action. How can I cover for you? I've delivered my message, I'm leaving."

"Wait! Boss, come in, I have something to tell you." Blanch forcibly pulled the person into the store, closed the door, and undid her buttons: "I think... I think you take good care of your subordinates and will help me, right?" Her clothes slid to the ground one by one.

The person let out a lecherous laugh.

Above the door, someone suddenly removed their invisibility spell and quickly ran into a narrow alley between the houses. They stopped at a three-way intersection, and soon another person arrived. This person was Sophina.

At around one o'clock in the middle of the night, Bing Zhiye finally woke up from his coma, slowly opening his eyes and looking around: "Where am I?"

The goblin, seeing him awake, clapped its hands in joy and jumped around on the bed.

Bing Zhiye shook his drowsy head and looked at the little creature in front of him, but there were two, three of them.

At some point, two more little creatures had appeared in the room. They were standing by the door, hesitating to approach. The goblin waved to them, and they finally came over.

The other two creatures weren't goblins but belonged to the same category of magical beasts. Bing Zhiye recognized them: one was a Puck, and the other was Robin Goodfellow.

The two little creatures were initially a bit shy, but they were mischievous sprites and soon started playing with the goblin. They rolled on the ground, tore up paper, ate food, and Puck played a small instrument while the goblin sang in a strange voice. Robin Goodfellow, with hair longer than his body, danced in various forms and made faces at Bing Zhiye, as if celebrating his awakening.

Bing Zhiye was amused by their strange antics and found himself in the middle of a party right after waking up. A cool breeze blew through, making him feel even colder, as the bedroom window was still open.

The goblin angrily 'gak'ed at them, as if scolding them. Robin Goodfellow stuck out his tongue at the goblin and went to close the window, which they had just climbed through. The sliding window seemed stuck, and it took a lot of effort to pull it down. They had to call for the stronger Puck to help close it.

The goblin laughed mischievously, mocking the taller Robin Goodfellow. Robin Goodfellow didn't retort but suddenly transformed into a small lion and pounced on the goblin, scaring it into running around the room.

Bing Zhiye, just recovering from his injuries, wanted to laugh to lift his spirits but couldn't laugh too hard, as it would hurt. He had already guessed that this was Sophina's teacher's dormitory because the robe he was wearing was the one they had custom-made together, with a heart pierced by an arrow and their names on it.

The three little creatures, after playing in the living room, brought in six plates of sweet and delicious pastries and milk, seemingly for Bing Zhiye.

Before seeing the food, he hadn't felt hungry, but now his mouth watered. Bing Zhiye hadn't eaten all day and naturally wanted to eat. He used wind elements to lift himself up and sit better, then took the food they offered and started eating.

The goblins watched him eat the cake with envious eyes. Although they had brought the food, they wanted to eat it too.

Seeing that there was still a lot left on the plate on his lap, Bing Zhiye made a gesture inviting them to eat.

The three little creatures were indeed happy and didn't bother with forks or spoons, grabbing the food with their hands. Good things are better shared.

After eating, they started a band performance, wrestling, dancing, and transforming, having a great time.

Around four o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on the window. The three little creatures opened the window, and more than a dozen goblins and their ilk jumped in. They chattered among themselves and then left, leaving the three little creatures looking back at Bing Zhiye with reluctance, as if they were about to leave with their companions.

Bing Zhiye knew they wanted to leave and didn't try to keep them. Sprites have their own nature, and forcing them would only bring unhappiness. So, even though their time together was short, happiness was the most important. He smiled and waved at them, saying, "Goodbye."

The three little creatures also waved happily, each picking a small toy to take with them. They liked these small gifts. After closing the window, they waved at Bing Zhiye one last time before leaving.

The room returned to silence. Having eaten and played, Bing Zhiye was still injured. He gently lay back in the bed and continued to rest...
