"What do we do? It's all zombies outside!"

Tony勉强地走到了门口,Michelle焦急地朝他问道。

At this moment, the four of them had locked themselves in the nightclub's main hall, just like how Edward had imprisoned those people. The front door was being pounded by the zombies, making a loud noise. Aya and Yumiko, frightened, hugged each other, not knowing what to do.

Albe and the others had already escaped from Wonderland, and they were powerless to help Michelle and her group, who were trapped here.

In the face of the terrifying zombie horde, anything was fragile. All they could do was run for their lives.

Tony was still a bit weak in his limbs and could hardly help at all. The weapons had been taken by the others, so the four of them could only rely on the machete in Michelle's hand.

Tony frowned, carefully digesting the situation. What do we do? What do we do!?

Although the wooden door of the hall was much sturdier than the glass door, no one knew how long it could hold. If the zombies didn't disperse, the situation would become even more dangerous!

The zombies outside would attract more of their kind, and it was only a matter of time before the front door was broken down.

They couldn't stay here any longer!

"Let's go! Up to the second floor!" Tony took the machete from Michelle and led the three girls to the internal stairs of the hall.

As mentioned before, the main hall of Wonderland had internal stairs. When Lily and the others were locked in the hall, these stairs were locked by Edward's gang. Later, Richard's men easily opened all the locks.

The fat man Li was so happy that he kept praising the soldiers for being very reliable. After that, the stairs were never locked again, just in case they needed an escape route.

The front door was now blocked, and the noise outside made it clear that this was no joke. So Tony decided to go to the second floor to see if there was any hope of escape.

They were about to reach the second floor, and Tony signaled the girls behind him to be quiet. Tony cautiously peeked out, looking at the second-floor hall.

Their luck was good. Most of the zombies had chased out of the nightclub and joined the horde outside. The remaining zombies were guarding the entrance of the first-floor hall, so the second floor was clean, with no zombies at all.

Tony quietly walked to the broken window that the Thompson brothers had smashed and looked outside.

"Damn, is this a mass gathering or what!" Tony cursed in frustration.

It seemed impossible to escape through the window; they would be devoured without a trace. The four of them had to continue tiptoeing to the stairs.

The front hall had no zombies, indicating that all the zombies in the nightclub were concentrated at the entrance. However, they couldn't escape through the front door, and the back door was nailed shut from both sides. They were trapped in Wonderland!

Seeing the open nightclub door, Albe and the others must have escaped. They didn't know if they were dead or alive, but they hoped they hadn't been swallowed by the horde.

Michelle said helplessly, "I think we can only go to the third floor."

Tony nodded, signaling the others to continue moving quietly. The third floor was also peaceful, with no zombies. The four of them quickly hid in the room where Thompson had been hiding.

After locking the door, Tony had time to look around the room. When dealing with Thompson, Tony was still sleeping on the first floor, so this was his first time here. The study had no windows, and the room wasn't very large, but it was big enough for the four of them.

This room was probably the manager's resting room, with a bed, a table, chairs, and two large bookshelves. The bookshelves were filled with various books, and it was unclear whether the nightclub manager was a real book lover or just using them for show.

"Are you okay?" Aya asked, concerned, seeing Tony's pale face.

"I'm fine, don't worry!" Tony replied, putting on a brave face, and then, along with the others, moved a bookshelf to block the only exit.

"By the way, where are the others?"

Tony had been lying in the hall and couldn't see the front hall's situation. In the rush to escape, Michelle and the others didn't have the chance to tell him.

"I'm not sure. When the zombies rushed into the front hall, I rushed back to the main hall and locked the door. But I saw the nightclub door was open, so Albe and the others must have escaped," Michelle said, sitting in a chair and pointing to the bed. "You'd better lie down and rest."

"In this situation, I have to protect you three girls; there's no time to rest," Tony shook his head, refusing Michelle's offer.

"Tony," Michelle said, taking the machete from Tony's hand.

Tony, afraid of hurting Michelle, could only let her take the machete.

"Since you know we need to rely on you now, you'd better lie down," Michelle walked to the door and sat against the bookshelf. "I'll keep watch tonight, and tomorrow we'll rely on you, Tony."

Tony indeed felt a bit weak, and seeing Michelle's determined eyes, he nodded and lay down on the bed.

The two Japanese girls also sat on the floor nearby, and the room fell silent.

Time passed quickly, and it was already evening. Tony had slept the entire afternoon, and the three girls had found books they liked and spent the afternoon reading to pass the time.

The sound of the zombie horde still came from outside the nightclub. It was unclear if the horde was still circling the city. If so, Tony and the others might not be able to escape Wonderland for a while.

At this moment, Tony's stomach growled. He sat up, a bit embarrassed, as he was really hungry after lying down all day.

"I'll go find some food," Tony said, standing up and walking toward the bookshelf.

"No, I checked earlier. The zombies in the nightclub and on the street haven't dispersed, so we can't get any food," Michelle stopped Tony.

"Alright, I wish I had brought those backpacks up earlier," Tony sat back on the bed, helpless. Although he was a food lover, he didn't want to risk his life. It didn't matter if he died, but who would take care of these three girls? Well, well, if I'm hungry, I'll just be hungry!

The backpacks Tony mentioned were the supplies Li and the others had gathered over the past few days, enough to last them for many days. Unfortunately, the backpacks were left in the main hall.

"Tony, this is for you," Yumiko took out two Snickers bars from her pocket and handed them to Tony, whose stomach was still growling.

"How can I eat your food? You haven't eaten either. I'm a big guy, I can handle hunger better than you," Tony quickly waved his hands to refuse.

Yumiko placed the two Snickers bars on the bed and turned to sit next to Aya.

"Yumiko, your Snickers..."

"Those are your Snickers."
