Recently, I've been checking the rankings a lot, and seeing my work there makes me incredibly happy...!

In the morning, I woke up naturally.

It might have been the first time in a while that I woke up without an alarm.

"I slept longer than I thought..."

Considering the time I went to bed yesterday, I must have slept for quite a long time.

Then, I felt something odd and lifted the blanket.

"Wow, I'm drenched in sweat. I should take a bath."

Since my throat was parched, I drank some water before taking a bath.

"Phew, I feel refreshed."

After getting out of the bath, I finished getting ready for school and made a simple breakfast.

Today, I made a sandwich with bacon and a fried egg on toast.

I wanted to enjoy the fluffy texture of the bread, so I only lightly toasted it. I placed the cooked bacon on the toasted bread and topped it with a fried egg, sprinkled some salt and pepper, and it was done.

It's simple but delicious, and it doesn't take long to make, which is why I often eat this.

It's easier to eat with a fork and knife.

After finishing my meal quickly, I like to spend the time until the bus arrives watching TV or using my phone. I often just stare at my phone or TV.

It's strange how these few minutes of leisure make me feel so happy.

Then, as usual, I opened Piyotter and noticed an unusual number of notifications.

"Huh? Did something happen?"

Confused, I opened Piyotter.

The notifications were not for my daily account but for the Vtuber account of Shirohime Yuka.

"Probably reactions to the video..."

When I checked the notification list, there were hundreds of follow notifications.

"Whoa!"

I had heard that even corporate Vtubers don't gather so many people at once, so I didn't expect this many people to follow so quickly.

I think the growth was due to the effect of Yurisensei's art style.

The promotional effect was excellent.

I need to upload a video soon!

I also received messages of support, so I decided to reply to all of them.

But as the number increases, it might become impossible to respond to everyone. I feel a bit sad thinking that I might only be able to do this at the beginning.

I want to respond to as many people as possible who support me.

While replying, I realized it was time to go to school.

I headed to the bus stop and got on the bus heading to school. Today, I went to school as usual.

The bus ride only takes about 20 minutes, so it doesn't take much time.

When I arrived at school, I entered the classroom and exchanged greetings with Yusho and the other girls in the class.

Since it became known that I'm a Vtuber, I feel like I'm getting along better with the girls, which is not a mistake.

I take my classes seriously and take notes on important points.

I don't want to spend too much time reviewing, so I try to remember things during class.

When lunchtime came, Yusho and I decided to eat in the cafeteria, so we headed there.

"By the way, Yuki, didn't you start a channel yesterday?"

"Yeah! I started it and then fell asleep right away..."

"Yuki has always gone to bed early..."

"I can't stay awake if I'm tired, you know?"

I got a look of exasperation, but there's nothing I can do about being tired.

"You don't seem to grow much, though..."

I accidentally spoke in broken sentences, but that's a forbidden phrase for me.

"Sorry, sorry."

"Well, I've always thought I won't grow much more..."

"Looking at Yuki's parents, it's understandable. In a way, you've inherited the one thing you least want to as a man..."

"My dad looks young for his age, and my mom is beautiful, you know?"

"Why did I inherit everything from my dad's height and my mom's hair quality, skin, and facial features?!"

"My height is ruining everything."

"Wherever I go, I get treated like a kid, and sometimes even like a girl!"

"Is there any benefit to that?"

"Well... I guess there's no weird feeling when I go to eat sweets..."

"You're practically a girl."

"I'm a guy!"

"I know, I know."

Yusho repeated this with a laugh.

"We're here, Yuki."

"Ugh..."

"Don't pout, Yuki. What are you going to eat?"

"I don't know, it's been a while since I ate in the cafeteria."

"Usually, you bring your own lunch, right?"

"I went to bed too early yesterday."

"I just thought of this, but what about making a video of you making lunch?"

"Huh? Isn't that a bit too niche?"

"If you say 'big brother' or 'big sister, please enjoy' at the end, it could be quite impactful."

"Hmm, well, maybe trying different things is a good idea?"

"Do you have the equipment for it?"

"My smartphone has good video quality, so it shouldn't be a problem."

"Then why don't you try it? Your lunches always look delicious, and there might be a demand for it."

"Maybe I'll try it once in a while."

"If your first real post is that kind of video, everyone will be surprised."

"Hmm, you're right."

"Ah, it's our turn. I feel like having a beef bowl today, so I'll get the beef bowl set."

"Then I'll get the fried chicken bowl set."

We took our meal tickets and went to the cafeteria lady.

"Please."

"Sure, one beef bowl set and one fried chicken bowl set. They'll be ready soon, so please wait."

"Okay."

Both meals were ready in about a minute. The school cafeteria is impressive; even with some pre-made dishes, the speed is incredible.

"Let's sit over there."

"Okay."

The fried chicken bowl had a sweet and savory sauce that went perfectly with the rice. The set included a mini salad and miso soup, so the nutritional balance was good.

After about 10 minutes, both of our sets were empty.

"Thank you for the meal."

"Let's go back to the classroom."

"Sure."

After lunch, the classes were so boring that I almost fell asleep, which is no surprise.
