Chapter 2: Man Dies for Wealth, Birds Die for Food

When one places oneself in the position of food or wealth, the mind becomes very calm.

After all, since it's already food, it just depends on who eats it.

Compared to the wolf pack, Yun Chuan felt that feeding the tiger was actually a good choice.

At least, the tiger's mouth is big, with a chance to swallow him whole.

Unfortunately, although the tiger is powerful, it still seems somewhat overwhelmed when facing the large wolf pack's encirclement.

Yun Chuan clearly saw that the bodies of the wild buffalo on the outskirts had already been dragged away by some wolves.

A blue wolf viciously bit the tiger's back, and the tiger roared and rolled on the ground. When it stood up again, the wolf still hadn't let go. Just as the tiger was about to shake off the wolf, two more blue wolves pounced on it, one biting the tiger's shoulder blade and the other biting its tail.

The tiger stood up on its hind legs, its claw-like paws hooking a wolf and forcibly pulling it off. Then, Yun Chuan saw the tiger's large mouth actually bite the wolf's head and crush it.

At that moment, the tiger's tail swung horizontally, smashing the wolf that had been biting its tail to the ground. Another paw had already hooked the wolf that had been biting its back and wouldn't let go.

Holding the wolf firmly with its paw, the tiger tore the wolf's scalp with a forceful rip, and half of the wolf's skin was actually torn off.

The tiger opened its blood-stained mouth and roared, and the惨叫声 of the skinned wolf made the wolf pack retreat continuously.

Yun Chuan sighed, covering the little buffalo's eyes with his hand. This was the only thing he could do for it as their king.

At this point, the fight should stop. Either the tiger would run away, or the wolf pack would run away.

However, seeing the wolf pack closing in again, Yun Chuan felt that the possibility of him becoming wolf dung was greater.

Sure enough, the injured tiger finally retreated. It glanced at Yun Chuan, who was less than ten meters away, with a look of reluctance, and then ran toward a gap the wolf pack had deliberately left.

The wolf pack chased the tiger...

Yun Chuan had no hope of being saved. Having worked in the wild for years, he knew what wolves' attitude toward food was.

There was no way they would give up on this plump piece of food.

Just as he felt tired and was about to rest his head on the little buffalo's head, the little buffalo suddenly stood up and ran again.

A blue wolf agilely leaped over Yun Chuan's head to chase the little buffalo.

Yun Chuan could do nothing. Fortunately, a wild strawberry in the grass had ripened, and he immediately picked it and put it in his mouth, enjoying the last sweet gift from the world.

"Thump, thump, thump, howl, howl, howl..."

A strange sound came from not far away. Yun Chuan immediately stretched his neck to look around, but unfortunately, his neck was too short, and the grass was too tall, so he couldn't see anything.

However, the wolf pack seemed to have forgotten his existence, each stretching their necks to howl at the sky.

Soon, through the grass leaves, he saw a group of people, naked from the waist up, with fur belts around their waists, holding bamboo spears and wooden clubs, rushing from all directions.

Yun Chuan only saw a pair of large feet passing over his head and many male or female genitalia.

Looking down at his own small penis, Yun Chuan confirmed that these people were his kind.

He didn't have time to wonder why his kind looked so unkempt; he immediately thought about his situation.

In his infant state, he couldn't survive alone in the wild.

After experiencing an indescribable and bizarre event, Yun Chuan felt he had no choice in who would raise him.

But the human infant form was the most endearing, and he felt that as long as these people weren't heartless, they would take him in.

So, Yun Chuan lay on the ground, waving his hands and feet, making "ya ya" sounds to attract their attention. Unfortunately, those people seemed more interested in the beef on the ground and ignored him.

The wolf pack ran away.

Just as Yun Chuan was happy about his luck, he saw another murder.

A person who had just picked up a dead wolf was hit on the head by someone behind him, and then he fell to the ground like a sack.

Immediately, Yun Chuan saw more murders. A woman who had just been enticing a man by touching her chest stabbed the man in the neck with a bone spike. Two partners who had just chased away a wolf together, one threw the other to the ground and strangled him, while the other hit the guy's head with a rock.

Yun Chuan saw a person open his mouth and bite through the other's throat, gulping down the blood. He also saw a man stab a woman in the stomach with a spear, pinning her to the ground until she died.

Yun Chuan closed his eyes in pain.

He understood why the tiger fought the wolf pack and why the wolf pack resisted the tiger.

But these human-like creatures were killing each other!

A group of people were finally driven away, and the remaining group raised bamboo spears and stone axes, cheering loudly.

The little buffalo's escape attempt failed, and it was tied up and carried away. The beef and wolf carcasses were loaded onto their backs. A bearded man, passing by Yun Chuan, picked him up by the leg, sniffed him, and treated him no differently from the beef.

This was not a kind tribe!

Yun Chuan looked at the sky in despair, hoping that the heavens would return his lost flesh and blood.

It was unfair for the heavens to crush a strong Yun Chuan and then give him a baby's body!

At that moment, Yun Chuan wished the tiger would come back, or at least the wolves.

Compared to being eaten by humans, Yun Chuan preferred to be eaten by a tiger or a wolf.

Yun Chuan howled to the sky for the first time, but his howl turned into a meaningless baby's cry.

The man holding him, with a large and impressive penis, had no patience. He shook Yun Chuan a few times and tied his feet with a vine, hanging him on his waist.

Being held upside down, the world he saw was also upside down. The sky was a vast green meadow, and the earth had turned into a leaden gray sky.

Since he wasn't immediately roasted and eaten, Yun Chuan stopped crying and even studied the thigh closest to his body.

It was a very muscular thigh, more muscular than any thigh Yun Chuan had ever seen. Not only was it muscular, but it was like a sculpture, with beautiful and smooth muscle lines. Every time it moved, the muscles changed smoothly like a fine machine.

The thigh hair was light black, indicating that the hair on the rest of his body was also this color.

Through the black leg hair, Yun Chuan roughly concluded that he and this thigh were from the same race.

This might seem trivial, but for Yun Chuan, it was a big deal.

It was a matter of whether he could parasitize in this group of people.

"Rumble, rumble" — a huge elephant appeared on the horizon, flapping its large ears as if to charge at the group. After a brief discussion, the group clearly changed direction, and the elephant disappeared on the horizon.

Yun Chuan was somewhat disappointed.

A few gray wolves appeared on the horizon, looking reluctant. The group shouted and charged at the wolf pack, and the wolves ran away.

Yun Chuan was somewhat disappointed.

When they passed a hill, a huge, colorful tiger jumped into the crowd from a high place. Yun Chuan saw the tiger's huge claws crush a person's head, and the crowd quickly ran, abandoning their companions, leaving a piece of beef, and shaking his vision.

Yun Chuan was extremely disappointed!

A venomous snake with white stripes hid in the grass, staring at Yun Chuan with ill intent. He could even see the snake's tongue and feel its cold body.

Just as he thought he was about to die, a large hand caught the snake by the neck, shook it a few times, and the snake opened its mouth involuntarily. With another forceful squeeze, the snake went limp and was casually hung on the man's waist.

The snake's head kept hitting Yun Chuan's cheek. To avoid being bitten by the snake's fangs, he reached out with his small hand to grab the swaying snake head.

He carefully avoided the fangs with a trace of clear venom and caught the snake's head, not wanting the fangs to pierce his tender skin.

What bad intentions could a child have?

He just wanted to protect himself, but accidentally let the snake's fangs touch the thigh.

The fangs hooked the thigh, and although the snake was dead, it closed its mouth forcefully, injecting a large amount of venom into the thigh.

Yun Chuan was stunned and hurriedly let go of the snake...

This snake didn't look like a good one, with yellow stripes on its body, white ring patterns, and sharp fangs, all proving it was a venomous snake.

The owner of the thigh noticed this, and like picking a bean pod, he pulled the snake off the thigh, leaving the venomous fangs with the venom glands in the thigh.

He then removed the venom glands and casually discarded them, continuing on his way.

Yun Chuan kept an eye on the changes in the thigh. After about ten minutes, the thigh began to swell, but the owner continued to walk quickly, seemingly unaffected by the venom.

The leg persisted in walking for four hours. As the sun was about to set, the originally swollen leg slowly returned to normal.

From Yun Chuan's judgment, the venom would be gone by the next morning.

In the distance, a bonfire appeared, burning brightly and clearly visible on the mountain slope.
