The next day, the [Saitama Training Plan] was launched.

Saitama got up early, preparing to start with a ten-kilometer run.

"Yaze, get up quickly. Didn't you say you were interested in my [Training Plan] and wanted to join me?"

Yaze rubbed his sleepy eyes. He did promise Saitama yesterday that he would accompany him in training.

In the end, Yaze still had hope. He planned to train with Saitama, just in case something miraculous happened.

Maybe if he trained with Saitama for three years, he could also break his own "limiter." The previous failure must have been because Saitama wasn't there.

But now the situation is different. Maybe influenced by Saitama's "main character aura," he could succeed too.

And even if the exercise wasn't intense, Yaze still needed to train, whether or not he accompanied Saitama.

Time passed quickly...

After Saitama followed his training plan for about a year and a half,

"Ah————————!"

Yaze was woken up from his sleep by a high-decibel scream, which was filled with surprise, disbelief, and deep resentment.

Fortunately, the surrounding residents had all moved away, or someone would have complained again.

"What are you shouting for in broad daylight? Did you forget the supermarket's discount sale again?"

Yaze, dissatisfied, covered his head with the blanket. He had stayed up late playing games with Saitama last night. This early morning shouting was unbearable.

"Saitama! Saitama! Saitama! I'm really bald!"

Saitama ran to Yaze's bed at supersonic speed, grabbed his shoulders, and started shaking him wildly.

"Tell me, do you have the power of prophecy? Did you know I would go bald one day?"

Yaze, shaken awake by Saitama, finally started to come to his senses.

Looking at the shiny bald head right in front of him, Yaze finally understood. It seemed that today, while Saitama was washing up in front of the mirror, he suddenly realized that his hair had all fallen out.

"Finally bald, bald is good!"

Yaze touched Saitama's bald head. He had been waiting for this day for a long time.

Saitama's baldness proved that he had become stronger, and his body's "limiter" had finally been broken. From now on, he would be the [Monster Hunter] Saitama.

"Saitama, you bastard! You actually say I look good bald. I've always suspected that you were jealous of my handsome appearance. Every time we went running, you were always upset that the girls along the way were throwing flirtatious glances at me."

"But I never thought you would go after my hair. I really misjudged you."

Yaze was speechless at Saitama's narcissism. Every time they went running, the girls were looking at him, not Saitama.

"Are you kidding me? With my looks, why would I be jealous of you and go after your hair?"

Concerning his own dignity, Yaze naturally didn't back down and started arguing with Saitama.

"Then explain what's going on? Why am I bald?"

Saitama, who had known Yaze for a long time, naturally knew his good friend wasn't that kind of person. Pointing to his bald head, he asked with tears in his eyes.

"It's simple, you got stronger, so you went bald."

Yaze said it as if it were a matter of course. In fact, it was true. Without going bald, would Saitama still be the One-Punch Man?

"Is the price of getting stronger so painful?"

Saitama, who received the explanation, turned gray, squatting in the corner in a state of despair, unable to recover from the heavy blow.

"The world is so unfair. Why did we train together, but only I went bald..."

Yaze had planned to comfort Saitama, but after getting closer and hearing his muttering, he threw a pillow at Saitama's bald head.

This guy was too ungrateful. Using a dispensable head of hair to exchange for unmatched strength, in Yaze's view, was a great deal. Yet this guy still looked so dissatisfied.

"You're still depressed? What about me? I've been training with you for so long, but why can you now one-shot me, while I've only improved a little in stamina and nothing else!"

If given a choice, Yaze would definitely trade his hair for Saitama's strength without hesitation.

Looking good is useless if you're dead.

"Saitama, why don't you shave your head like me? Maybe then you'll become as strong as me."

The dejected Saitama suddenly turned around, looking at Yaze's thick, dark green hair. A wave of jealousy rose from behind Saitama.

"Get lost! Don't even think about tricking me into being bald. Even if I go bald like you, I won't get stronger."

Saitama's sinister intentions were clear to Yaze. Saitama was afraid that, with his already inferior looks, now that he was bald, his attractiveness would drop below average.

In the future, when they went out together, all the girls would be attracted to Yaze, and Saitama would only be a sidekick.

"Don't say that. How do you know it won't work unless you try?"

Saitama, not giving up, took out a pair of scissors and tried to cut Yaze's hair.

Yaze naturally resisted, but Saitama's current strength completely overpowered him. In terms of speed and strength, Yaze was no match for Saitama.

"If you dare touch my hair, I'll take back my living expenses."

Faced with Saitama's forceful approach, Yaze had to use his ultimate move.

Money, after all, was Saitama's second weakness. When Yaze threatened with "money," Saitama had no choice but to give up.

There was no helping it; Yaze had money, and money was power, which was always practical.

"Don't be so depressed. Some girls like bald heads. I can introduce a few to you next time."

Seeing Saitama squat in the corner, drawing circles, Yaze had to comfort him.

Although he had money, Saitama was a valuable ally. Maintaining a good relationship was essential.

Time passed quickly. Another year and a half had passed since Saitama went bald, making it three years since he started training.

When Saitama felt he had temporarily reached a bottleneck and couldn't get any stronger, he stopped training.

During this time, Yaze occasionally received missions from the [Hero System] and, while defeating monsters, obtained "card draw opportunities."

But it seemed that after drawing the [Swift Swordsman], Yaze had exhausted his luck. Subsequent draws yielded nothing of value.

Not even a mediocre character card, just a series of useless item cards.

At one point, even "Yasumi's Bread" appeared, which was so toxic that it almost killed the [World's Strongest Man] Saitama...
