"Hey boss, give me some advice~" Kurokuchi Onna placed both hands on the table, looking at the busy Kuroki Ryuji with a bored expression.

"But I really don't know how to give you advice..." Kuroki Ryuji sighed inwardly as he watched the pork cutlet sizzling in the hot oil, unsure of how to respond to Kurokuchi Onna's question.

"Sigh, but I really want to know why that guy still won't give in!" Kurokuchi Onna idly spun the seasoning bottle on the table, her face pouting in frustration.

"Um... Actually, I think... worrying about how to bully someone, I really can't continue this conversation." Kuroki Ryuji's mouth twitched; what a bizarre and strange question.

"But I have no other choice, I am Kurokuchi Onna, Kurokuchi Onna! I've made countless children cry, and now I'm being mocked by this guy. Should I... should I just stab him with my scissors!" Kurokuchi Onna angrily pounded the table, causing the seasoning bottles to fly up, which made Kuroki Ryuji very worried.

He wasn't worried that Kurokuchi Onna would be hit by the bottles—after all, for such an eerie existence, being hit by a bottle wouldn't cause any problems. What worried Kuroki Ryuji was whether his seasoning bottles would break.

Fortunately, the bottles flew up a short distance but landed safely back on the table.

"I think if you really use your scissors on him, the Onmyoji Association won't let you off." Kuroki Ryuji glanced at Kurokuchi Onna, behind her beautiful figure was a large pair of scissors with rust spots.

"If it weren't for that damned association... hmpf." Kurokuchi Onna snorted, then propped her chin up, her face showing a lovesick expression, which looked particularly creepy.

Kuroki Ryuji picked up the pork cutlet, placed it on the cutting board, made a few cuts with the knife, then placed it on the steaming rice, and finally poured hot curry over it, completing a dish of curry pork cutlet rice.

Kurokuchi Onna, who didn't have an alias, or rather, had abandoned her original name, always introduced herself as Kurokuchi Onna.

However, what Kuroki Ryuji found even stranger was that Kurokuchi Onna had fallen in love with an ordinary person, and even a college student, which once made Kuroki Ryuji doubt whether the Japan he had traveled to was normal.

But...

"Miss Kurokuchi Onna, here is your curry pork cutlet rice." Kuroki Ryuji glanced at Kurokuchi Onna, who was daydreaming again.

"Eh? Okay, boss, thank you~ I'll dig in!" Kurokuchi Onna picked up her chopsticks and started eating her curry pork cutlet rice in large bites.

Kuroki Ryuji watched Kurokuchi Onna and had to admit that she actually ate very elegantly, very elegantly. However, because of her mouth, no matter how elegantly she ate, it would always look like her mouth was very large.

Moreover, the bright red meat and sharp teeth detracted from her beauty. Kuroki Ryuji thought that if the boy Kurokuchi Onna was targeting saw this scene, he would probably be scared stiff.

"Do you actually like him?" Kuroki Ryuji suddenly asked.

"Ah, cough, cough... I... I don't!" Seeing Kurokuchi Onna's flustered and panicked expression, Kuroki Ryuji rolled his eyes inwardly, finding it quite amusing.

You are an urban legend, why are you blushing over something like this? And even choking? That doesn't fit your character, does it?

Kuroki Ryuji shook his head. This wasn't the first time he had asked this question, but Kurokuchi Onna's reaction was always so unique.

"Who likes him! I am Kurokuchi Onna! I wouldn't like such a worthless ordinary person!" Kurokuchi Onna widened her eyes and stared straight at Kuroki Ryuji.

"Sure, sure, sure." Kuroki Ryuji nodded.

But looking at Kurokuchi Onna's blushing face, Kuroki Ryuji felt that her words lacked credibility and instead highlighted the small thoughts hidden in her heart.

Although everyone could see through this.

But Miss Kurokuchi Onna refused to admit it.

Watching Miss Kurokuchi Onna eating her curry pork cutlet rice in large bites, Kuroki Ryuji glanced at his phone; it was almost time to close. However, before closing, Kuroki Ryuji still needed to do some preparatory work.

Kuroki Ryuji had gradually gotten used to the food settings in Tokyo after traveling there.

For example, the concept of "best by" dates.

Unlike the general expiration dates, the "best by" date refers to the period during which the food tastes the best and is widely recognized. However, because of the emphasis on this, many foods nearing their "best by" dates are often sold at a discount. When Kuroki Ryuji first arrived, he thought these were about to spoil.

But now Kuroki Ryuji was used to it, and he had his own way of handling foods nearing their "best by" dates.

"Boss, are you making bento again?" Kurokuchi Onna wiped her mouth, looking very satisfied, as she had finished eating.

"Yep, these foods are going to pass their 'best by' dates the day after tomorrow." Kuroki Ryuji nodded and made a few cuts on the pork cutlet in front of him.

"Hehe, you're such a kind person, boss. I'll leave the payment on the table." Kurokuchi Onna's eyes squinted in a smile, and she took out a brown object from her small bag and placed it on the table.

"Okay, see you next time. I'm about to close." Kuroki Ryuji nodded and glanced at the table, seeing the same object as usual.

"Same as always~" After saying this, Kurokuchi Onna walked out in her high heels.

Kuroki Ryuji wiped his hands, walked to the door, and turned off the lights to prevent any more customers from coming in, which would be very troublesome.

"Time to work." Kuroki Ryuji collected the plates from Kurokuchi Onna's table, then picked up the brown candle she had left and put it in his pocket.

Kuroki Ryuji opened the small pot he had been simmering since 6 PM and tasted a spoonful of the soup.

"Still the same." The soup was a bit sweet, but it needed something more.

Then Kuroki Ryuji lit the candle Kurokuchi Onna had given him, placed it above the small pot, and the entire candle instantly melted, falling into the pot.

"Um... It should be ready by tomorrow." Kuroki Ryuji nodded in satisfaction, then locked the door and turned off the lights.

"Hope my package arrives tomorrow." Kuroki Ryuji stretched and walked upstairs to rest.
