Before long, Rin had finished bandaging Obito's wound and infused it with chakra to stimulate healing, which would allow it to recover in a short time.

"Teacher Minato, should we continue to lie in wait or...?" Tetsu asked.

The mission headquarters had assigned them was to form a four-man team led by Minato to enter the territory of Daisho Yoshizan in advance for reconnaissance.

In simple terms, they were a scout team.

But there was one difference.

This team was not only responsible for gathering intelligence but also for eliminating the enemy's hidden agents.

If the territory of Daisho Yoshizan, controlled by Iwagakure, were compared to a chest, then Minato's team was a sharp blade of Konoha.

At the beginning, Minato led Tetsu and the other two to ambush here, waiting for the enemy's sensor team to enter the trap and then eliminate them.

The four-man team from Iwagakure was the first wave.

However, this place had just experienced a battle, and the residual chakra fluctuations would not disappear in a short time. If they continued to wait here, the effect would be minimal.

When Minato heard Tetsu's question, he immediately squatted down and drew a few lines on the ground with a branch, saying, "This place is no longer suitable for lying in wait. We need to continue moving forward."

Tetsu, Obito, and Rin all leaned in to look.

"This is the heart of Daisho Yoshizan, our target for this mission. The main force is following us closely from behind, so we must reach our destination before the main force arrives at the border, which is where we are now."

"During our journey, we need to effectively eliminate the enemy's sensor intelligence teams. Only then will our surprise attack achieve the desired effect. Otherwise... with our current forces, even if we defeat Iwagakure, the cost will be significant..."

At this point, Minato looked up and said, "Daisho Yoshizan is not far ahead. If everything goes as planned, we should arrive by dawn the day after tomorrow."

Tetsu nodded thoughtfully.

Their current location was not far from the foot of Daisho Yoshizan, only about twenty kilometers away. If there were no enemies along the way, they could reach their destination today.

But that was impossible.

Iwagakure had deployed many sensor-type ninja teams around Daisho Yoshizan, both to survey the terrain for future attacks on Konoha and to prevent sudden attacks by Konoha.

If they were to travel through and eliminate the enemy's intelligence agents, it would not be an easy task.

Twenty kilometers would take some time.

"Let's clean up and get ready to move out!" Minato said.

"Yes!" Tetsu and the others responded solemnly.

Then, Tetsu, Obito, and Rin began to clean up the battlefield, trying to make the chaotic scene look as normal as possible.

"Teacher Minato, we're ready." Tetsu put his kunai back into his waist pouch and walked to Minato, saying.

Minato nodded, about to set off.

Suddenly, he frowned and whispered, "Someone's coming! Be on guard!"

Tetsu and the others were startled. They had not sensed anyone approaching, but Minato's reaction did not seem fake.

Obito suspected that Minato might have misheard.

However, Tetsu did not think so. With Minato's strength, it was normal for him to detect abnormalities before they did.

A moment later, Tetsu also sensed the chakra of someone other than the four of them.

Obito and Rin still did not sense anything.

Tetsu did not hesitate, his figure flickering as he moved to the edge of the area, his expression serious as he looked in the direction of the unknown chakra.

At this point, Minato and Tetsu were already prepared for battle. Rin quickly adjusted her state, and Obito was the last to get ready.

When the four-man team was all set for battle, the unknown chakra from a distance gradually approached.

A moment later, everyone was stunned.

"Kakashi?!"

Obito was the first to call out.

A masked silver-haired teenager appeared in front of Minato: "Teacher Minato, I'm reporting in."

"Kakashi?" Minato frowned, "What are you doing here? Didn't I say you don't have a combat mission?"

"Teacher, my injury is not serious." Kakashi raised his right arm, wrapped in bandages, and waved it in front of Minato.

Tetsu couldn't help but twitch his lips.

Not serious? You're just saying that to get into battle, right?

You haven't even taken off the bandages!

Minato looked at Kakashi's determined eyes and sighed, "Return to the team."

Since he was already here, how could he send him back?

Moreover, with Kakashi, the mission could be completed faster without delaying the opportunity.

"Yes!" Kakashi stood up straight, excitedly responding.

Tetsu thought to himself, this is only possible under Minato's command.

If it were anyone else, they might not even give him a reprimand. Disobeying orders during wartime and acting on one's own, bypassing the main force to infiltrate the enemy's territory, would result in at least a month of confinement.

If it weren't wartime, he might even lose his ninja status and be expelled.

Kakashi's move was truly Kakashi-like.

Even if the enemy used a transformation jutsu to disguise themselves as Kakashi, they wouldn't act so recklessly.

"Alright, let's move out." Minato waved his hand and leaped forward, heading towards Daisho Yoshizan.

They had already wasted a lot of time and needed to speed up.

Tetsu glanced at Kakashi and the others, said nothing, and immediately followed Minato.

The next night.

Minato's team of five had arrived at the foot of Daisho Yoshizan and were resting and resupplying by a small river. Although the night wind was cold, they did not start a fire.

Tetsu leaned against a large rock by the river, swallowing soldier pills with difficulty, looking at Daisho Yoshizan not far away, his thoughts swirling.

In the past few days, they had encountered several dozen enemies, mostly sensor-type ninja teams. In actual combat, they were more troublesome than pure combat-type ninjas.

However, under Minato's leadership, Tetsu and Kakashi worked together seamlessly, eliminating the enemies without any pressure.

In contrast, Obito and Rin were not very useful... well, Rin was still somewhat useful.

Kakashi fought recklessly, taking many injuries in the battles, and it was only thanks to Rin's healing that he could quickly recover his combat ability.

As for Obito...

He talked incessantly all day, his mouth skills were poor, and he was both weak and talkative. Tetsu really wanted to slap him into a darkened state.
