Three days before Christmas.

It was Thursday.

Just as Heesun recommended, Eunseo took the morning off from work and headed toward the department store. It was a place she rarely visited. She had a part time job here when she was in college, and she hadn’t been here since then.

This department was the biggest in Gangnam. It shined so extravagantly with lights even though it was daytime. The inside of the building was decorated with various Christmas decorations, and the giant tree reached up to the third floor.

All the customers looked so relaxed and happy. It looked like they had no worries in the world.

Eunseo wondered if she looked so carefree to other people too. She suspected that she probably looked stressed to other people. Eunseo didn’t feel like she belonged here at all.

She wanted to buy her gift and leave as quickly as possible. But because it was the Christmas time, there were 20 customers waiting before her to get into the luxury store.

After registering her phone number, Eunseo began roaming around the department store. Hermes store was going to call her when it was her turn.

The whole building was filled with pretty bags, clothes, and shoes. But they were all so expensive. There were so many zeros that Eunseo was never going to be afford anything here.

Then, she saw one particular coat in a store. It was put on a mannequin, and Eunseo couldn’t stop staring at it. It was just the perfect length and it looked so warm. It had a nice slimming outline, and it was white. It looked a little too fancy to be wearing to work every day, but it was such a beautiful coat. Eunseo only wore dark-colored clothes, which might have been why she found this coat so pretty.

Of course, the problem was the price. It was on sale, 30 percent off, but it was still over 1000 dollars. She has been planning on getting a new coat for a long time, and she really wanted to buy it. But in the end, Eunseo turned around.

She was going to be in trouble if she didn’t have enough money left for the bracelet.

After two hours of waiting, it was finally Eunseo’s turn. She walked into the Hermes store and asked, “I’m here to buy a man’s bracelet. I called the customer center and they told me this store has one…”

When Eunseo described the bracelet she saw on the internet, the clerk took her to a different counter.

“Please come this way.”

Eunseo had heard that the luxury brand employees could be very snobby, but this lady was actually very nice.

Eunseo searched for the perfect bracelet all night last night. When she saw it in real life, it looked even better than the photos. It was made of a black leather strap with a neat silver chain. It was simple yet elegant, and Eunseo felt certain it would suit Jihwan well.

“What sizes are there?” asked Eunseo.

“All we have in our store is T5. This fits more men’s wrists. Does your boyfriend have an unusually thick wrist?”

Suddenly, the clerk must have realized that she made a mistake. She quickly added, “Ah, I apologize. I meant whoever this gift is meant for.”

“It’s alright.” Eunseo blushed and shook her head. She must have looked like a woman who was buying a gift for her boyfriend, and she didn’t mind it at all.

The bracelet was placed in a small orange box and wrapped with a fancy brown ribbon. The clerk placed the box in an orange paper bag and handed it to Eunseo.

After paying for it and walking out of the department store, Eunseo felt her heart pounding fast.

She wondered what kind of face Mr. Kwon would make when he saw it. Would he be surprised? Happy?

Eunseo had no idea what a pleasant thing it was to buy a gift for a loved one. She missed her breakfast and lunch too, but she didn’t even feel hungry.

All she could think about was Kwon Jihwan.

Yesterday, it was her very first time experiencing an orgasm. When she had it, she completely lost control over her body. She groaned in a voice she had never heard herself make. Her body twitched like crazy.

When she regained her control, Eunseo became scared. Did she look ugly when she had her orgasm? Did Jihwan think she was being promiscuous?
