"Where am I?" Yun Yi was startled when his eyes blurred and he found himself in a gray, hazy space. He truly had no idea where he had suddenly ended up.

Looking at the space with some hesitation, Yun Yi suddenly thought of the ring that had exhibited strange phenomena earlier. His heart stirred, and he pondered to himself: Could it be that the ring is a treasure, and this space is inside the ring?

This was a peculiar space, with a gray and chaotic upper part. There was no visible light source in the space, yet it was not dark, similar to the light on a cloudy day outside.

The space was not large, about ninety square meters in size. In the center of the space was a small pond, about ten square meters in area.

After taking just a few steps in the space, Yun Yi noticed something unusual about the soil under his feet. He quickly squatted down and grabbed a handful to examine it closely.

The soil in the space was dark brown, and when he squeezed it, it was so fertile that it almost oozed oil.

"Such soil, if used for farming, would yield high-quality crops!" Yun Yi rubbed the dark brown soil in his hands, delighted to see a layer of fine black sticky substance on his hands, knowing it was a sign of highly fertile soil.

Looking at the black sticky substance on his hands, Yun Yi brought his hand to his nose and sniffed lightly. Indeed, a fragrant earthy smell filled his nostrils.

"It seems that I can plant some crops here in the future. Although the area is small, it should be enough to grow vegetables, and they will definitely be pure, natural, and pollution-free green food." Yun Yi gently patted the soil off his hands and strolled towards the small pond to wash his hands.

Approaching the pond, he saw that the water was very shallow, just covering the bottom of the pond. In the center of the pond was a spring, but for some reason, the spring did not seem to be gushing out water.

The water in the pond was very clear. Yun Yi couldn't resist squatting down and dipping his hand into the pond to scoop up some water. Instantly, a cool and refreshing sensation spread through his skin, almost penetrating every pore. Yun Yi, who enjoyed this feeling, couldn't help but bury his face in the water and drink the spring water from the space.

As soon as the water entered his mouth, Yun Yi felt a sweet and refreshing taste. He marveled at the water, thinking it was like the nectar from the heavens.

Feeling satisfied after drinking his fill, Yun Yi casually shook his hands and wandered around the space.

When he reached the edge, Yun Yi looked at the gray and chaotic 'space wall' with its strange mist, swirling and surging, like the early signs of the universe's creation in a movie.

"This thing shouldn't be harmful, right?" After observing the chaotic boundary for a while, Yun Yi felt it shouldn't be harmful. So, he cautiously extended his hand to test what this chaotic boundary was.

"Hey, why is there nothing here, and it's blocked?" When Yun Yi's hand entered the chaotic area, it easily slipped in a bit, but as he tried to push further, he felt a strong resistance, preventing him from going deeper no matter how hard he tried.

"Alright, I'll leave the boundary for later. For now, I should carefully examine the details of this space." Giving up on the futile attempt, Yun Yi turned and walked back to the center of the space.

After wandering around the space for a long time, Yun Yi got used to everything in it. However, as he became familiar with the space, he discovered a new problem: how to get out?

Just as Yun Yi was worrying, his vision blurred, and he found himself back in the girl's room.

It was early morning, and the room was still dark. After coming from the relatively bright space, Yun Yi closed his eyes for a while to adapt to the darkness.

"If I'm not mistaken, the way to enter this space is to think about entering, and to leave, just think about leaving. If that's the case, it's quite convenient." After some thought, Yun Yi had a guess about how to enter and leave the space. To verify his guess, he closed his eyes and thought: enter the space.

"Whoosh!" Yun Yi's vision brightened again, and he looked at the space he had just entered, feeling very excited that his guess was correct.

"Leave!" Closing his eyes again, Yun Yi thought, and his figure reappeared in the room.

"Indeed, I was right. This is a great treasure!" Seeing himself back in the room, Yun Yi's excitement was evident. Having a space that he could enter and leave, and a place where he could grow crops, was truly something to be happy about.

However, although Yun Yi was very excited and eager to test the space for farming, he looked at the dark night outside and decided to put this impractical idea aside for now.

Suppressing his excitement, Yun Yi carefully put the ring away and fell back asleep.

...

When Yun Yi was awakened by the morning birds and had walked around the small village, the farmhouses in the village were already emitting wisps of smoke.

For Yun Yi, waking up early and breathing the fresh air of nature was something he had never experienced before. As a city dweller, nightlife was a regular part of life, and staying up late and having trouble waking up in the morning was a common habit.

While walking around the village, Yun Yi got a general idea of the layout of Qingyun Village.

Qingyun Village was built on the foothills of the northern peak of Qingyun Mountain, on a high ground about two meters above the surrounding area, which protected the village from floods during the rainy season.

Moreover, a clear and transparent stream flowed down from the three peaks of Qingyun Mountain, passing through the north side of the village, circling half of Qingyun Village, and then flowing southwest into a river in a valley two kilometers away.

This terrain and landscape made Yun Yi marvel at the wisdom of the ancestors of Qingyun Village, who had chosen a place that was safe from drought and floods and had a suitable climate all year round.

Qingyun Village was about 300 meters long from north to south and 500 meters wide from east to west. About 160 to 170 households were scattered on this high ground, forming two east-west streets and five irregular north-south streets.

"Big brother, where did you go early this morning? We couldn't find you for breakfast, and I was just about to send Daya to look for you. It's good that you're back." As soon as Yun Yi entered the girl's house, which was surrounded by a fence, he saw Daya's father talking to Daya under a jujube tree in the yard. When Daya's father saw Yun Yi, he walked over with surprise and warmly greeted him, saying, "Come, big brother, your sister-in-law has already prepared breakfast."

"Hehe, I'm troubling you and your sister-in-law." Seeing Daya's father's warm welcome, Yun Yi didn't pretend to refuse, as he could see from the weathered face that he was genuinely inviting him, not like the insincere people in the city.

In the living room, a steaming breakfast was already laid out on the table.

The breakfast was simple: a few steamed buns, a bowl of porridge, a plate of fried peanuts, two dishes of green vegetables, and a few eggs that were clearly from free-range chickens, making up a simple yet abundant breakfast.

"This, our farmer's breakfast, doesn't have the variety and sophistication of city breakfasts. I hope you can still enjoy it, big brother." Seeing Yun Yi's gaze on the table, Daya's father felt that the breakfast might be a bit simple and might not meet the expectations of a guest from a big city.

"Hehe, big brother, you're joking. Such pure, natural, and fresh breakfast is something not everyone can afford in the city. How could I not like it?" Yun Yi smiled and praised the farmer's breakfast.

"Ha ha ha, I told you, big brother would like our farmer's dishes. You said it was poor!" Hearing Yun Yi's sincere praise, Daya's father proudly raised his chin at Daya's mother and said, "I told you, people in the city now prefer pure, natural, and green food, which is exactly what we have from our own fields, without any chemical fertilizers or additives. It's the best in the city."

"Hmph, showing off!" Daya's mother clearly believed Daya's father, but out of pride, she didn't admit it directly. Instead, she warmly invited Yun Yi, "Come, big brother, try our free-range chicken eggs; they are very fragrant. And the salted duck eggs are also very tasty!"

Watching Daya's parents bicker and listening to Daya's mother's warm invitation, and seeing the obedient Daya by his side, Yun Yi felt a strange sensation: perhaps this was true rural life.

...

After finishing breakfast, Yun Yi thought about his plans. If he wanted to live in this small village, he would need a place to live, and it would be best to buy one.

After pondering for a while, Yun Yi sat on a bench in the yard, looked at Daya's father, and said, "Big brother, I wonder if there are any vacant yards in the village. I want to buy one."

"Big brother, you want to buy a small yard?" Daya's father looked at Yun Yi, frowning as he thought about Yun Yi's request.

Seeing Daya's father's expression, Yun Yi didn't rush him, knowing that he was helping him find a suitable one.

The reason Yun Yi thought this way was that this morning, when he walked around the village, he noticed several vacant yards. These yards varied in location, size, and house structure, so their prices would also differ. Given Daya's father's kind nature, he would certainly be helping Yun Yi find a suitable one.

"Um, there are several good yards. I wonder what price you have in mind?" Sure enough, after thinking for a while, Daya's father asked about Yun Yi's ideal price.

"Hehe, as long as the yard is good, the price shouldn't be too outrageous." Yun Yi smiled, having already made up his mind to buy a small yard on the edge of the village. [bookid=2204071, bookname=《Super Logistics Company》]
