Starting from when he left the Water Gate, Yewuji walked towards the Land of Rivers while practicing, and it has been about half a month since the Water Gate left. By now, Yewuji has been in the Naruto world for a month. In this month, Yewuji's progress has been astonishing. Although his strength is not significant among all the ninja in the world, compared to his own past, Yewuji feels that if he were to return to Earth now, he would definitely be considered a superman.

In these past half a month, Yewuji has been able to walk up trees from the ground to about five meters high. He can also walk on water, although he can only do it for less than a minute before falling in.

To others, this performance is very poor. Even Naruto, who has poor chakra control, could walk from the base of a tree to the treetop in just one day. Trees in the Naruto world are generally over ten meters tall, and the higher up you go, the stricter the chakra control requirements become. The higher you go, the less weight the tree can bear. At the treetop, there are only leaves and very thin branches, so you need to control your chakra strictly under your feet and use chakra to reduce your weight, or the treetop won't be able to support you.

Yewuji discovered all of this gradually over the past few days. At first, he practiced at the base of the tree. Later, he tried to take a shortcut by jumping directly to the tree and climbing to near the treetop, then using his feet to stick to the tree. However, it turned out to be a completely different concept from the base. Fortunately, Yewuji's reaction was good, and he didn't get hurt when he fell.

Yewuji is alone and cannot afford to take risky, investment-like training. Naruto and Sasuke can train so hard because Kakashi is there to take care of them. Even without care, considering their backgrounds—one with the Nine-Tails and the other from the prestigious Uchiha clan—both have unknown techniques to enhance their physical abilities.

Yewuji has nothing. Walking alone in the wilderness, if he gets injured, he might as well wait to die slowly.

However, compared to his past, Yewuji can now jump three to four meters high and walk on water. In his previous life on Earth, this would be considered the pinnacle of lightness in martial arts, if not leaving no trace on snow, at least walking on water.

This also shows that the martial arts in this world are superior to those in the martial arts world of his previous life. In his previous life on Earth, even in such difficult conditions, people still persisted in practicing martial arts that were not very useful and could only strengthen the body.

Therefore, when Yewuji discovered he could jump three to four meters high and jump from one tree to another, he was extremely happy. This could be considered flying over walls and walking on roofs.

Unfortunately, Yewuji got too excited, thinking he could now fly over walls and walk on roofs, and he kept jumping around in the forest. This jumping could also be considered practice, and Yewuji knew he shouldn't deviate from the path, so he kept circling. However, when he saw a large white rabbit, he thought about the dry rations he had been eating and the non-toxic fruits he had been picking in the forest. His appetite came up, and he wanted to catch the rabbit and roast it for a change.

Moreover, Yewuji now believed he had made significant progress and that catching a rabbit wouldn't be a problem. After all, rabbits on Earth have been caught by people before.

Unfortunately, Yewuji completely forgot that he was in the Naruto world. He chased the rabbit until it was dark and still couldn't catch it. When he came to his senses, he was deep in the forest, and the rabbit had disappeared from his sight.

Yewuji wandered in the forest for about a week before he saw a road from the top of a mountain. However, comparing it to the map Water Gate gave him, he couldn't find anything similar.

At this point, Yewuji realized he was completely lost. Unlike on Earth, where there are GPS devices, if an ordinary person gets lost in the forest in this world, they are basically waiting to die. Not only would it take a long time to get out, but the various wild animals in the forest are not something an ordinary person can handle.

Yewuji was quite lucky and managed to get out, though his clothes were almost in tatters from the wild animals in the forest. Most of them ended up in his stomach, but they also left many scars on his body, especially on his right shoulder, which was scratched by a bird of prey. Although Yewuji left a mark on the bird's claws, his right shoulder was still injured. Unfortunately, the dry rations Water Gate gave him were lost during the struggle with the bird. Fortunately, the bird seemed to think Yewuji was not easy to deal with and stopped attacking him.

Since then, Yewuji has been walking cautiously. Fortunately, he didn't encounter any powerful wild animals and managed to get out of the forest.

Yewuji now had no idea where he was. To find out, his only hope was to go to a place with people. So, he walked towards the road. It took him about half a day to reach the road.

Standing in the middle of the road, Yewuji looked both ways, unsure which direction to go. He didn't know which direction was closer to a village or town.

Finally, Yewuji decided to leave it to fate. He took a silver coin from his pocket and tossed it into the air. He was facing one direction, and if the coin landed heads up, he would go in that direction. If it landed tails up, he would go the other way.

Fortunately, Yewuji had always been very careful with money in his previous life, as he was an orphan and every penny he had was earned by himself. He often counted his money to see how much he had, what he could buy, or when he could save enough for what he wanted.

To be honest, Yewuji had never lost money until he was twenty. In this world, he still hadn't changed this habit. Water Gate gave him nearly 30,000 ryō, and Yewuji had counted the smaller coins several times. The currency in the Naruto world is similar to Earth's, with both paper money and coins. However, the value of the coins is much higher, and the paper money is mostly large denominations, with the smallest being 5,000 ryō. The most commonly used currency is the coin, which is equivalent to the Chinese currency in Yewuji's previous life. The coins here are silver coins. The money Water Gate gave him was actually left by the Three Sages, as Water Gate, though powerful, wouldn't carry so much money on him.

Yewuji, however, was not familiar with the currency in the Naruto world and, out of habit, thought in terms of Japanese yen, not realizing that the amount of money he had was actually quite significant. If someone knew how much money Yewuji had, they might be surprised.

Fortunately, the silver coin landed heads up, so Yewuji didn't have to turn around. Picking up the coin, he started walking forward, continuing to practice as he went. By now, Yewuji had successfully mastered the Three Body Techniques, which include the Clone Jutsu, Substitution Jutsu, and Transformation Jutsu.

The Clone Jutsu creates an illusionary clone, not a solid clone like the Shadow Clone Jutsu, which can attack and use jutsu and tools. The Clone Jutsu creates a clone that looks solid but has no attack power and disappears into smoke when touched. Although it is a low-level jutsu, if used well, it can be as powerful as an A-rank jutsu, depending on how it is used.

The Substitution Jutsu instantly swaps the user with an animal or plant to avoid attacks. Yewuji has been studying this jutsu the most. It can be used not only to avoid attacks but also to attack. Kakashi is very familiar with this jutsu and often uses it to appear behind his target. Yewuji, who fears death, has practiced this jutsu the most. However, he found a problem: using inanimate objects like plants is easy, but using animals is difficult. When he tried to use animals in the forest, he never succeeded. However, he remembered that when Kakashi first met Zabuza, he used a snow rabbit, which he said was trained by ninjas for the Substitution Jutsu. Yewuji thought that to use animals for the Substitution Jutsu, they must be specially trained, though he couldn't prove it. He tried many types of animals but never succeeded, while using branches, stones, and tables was easy.

The Transformation Jutsu allows the user to transform into other things, most commonly other people, for infiltration, gathering information, or escaping. When used well, it is very powerful, but if the difference in level is too great, it can be detected.

The Three Body Techniques are basic jutsu, but all powerful ninjas can use them proficiently. The effectiveness of these jutsu depends on the user. For a Kage-level ninja, they are S-rank jutsu, but for a genin, they are low-level jutsu.

There is another jutsu that some people in Yewuji's previous life considered part of the Three Body Techniques: the Body Flicker Technique.

However, Yewuji later learned from Water Gate that the Body Flicker Technique has no unified standard and is not a specific jutsu. Any jutsu that allows instant movement is called a Body Flicker Technique. This can be divided into two categories: one is using physical techniques to move at high speed, and the other is using space-time jutsu to teleport from one place to another.

In other words, there is no specific training method for the Body Flicker Technique. It depends on the user. Many ninjas do not know this technique, or they can only use it against lower-level opponents but not against higher-level ones. This is why some ninjas can escape in battle while others cannot.

As for which of the two Body Flicker Techniques is superior, it depends on the user.
