Chapter 13 - Going Back to the Company

“Who just asked me if I want to eat him?” Cen Muqi pretended to be serious as he went over to gently press Ji Naitang down on the sofa. Then he took out the lollipop in his mouth and gave him a deep French kiss, which made Ji Naitang feel soft and dizzy.

Just as they were going to continue doing something, Aunt Su came back. They could only temporarily stop their “pre-dinner dessert.” But Ji Naitang’s injuries weren’t healed yet, so Cen Muqi wouldn’t really do anything.

“I’m going back to work tomorrow.”

Ji Naitang didn’t arrive at the company for long before he was called to Yao Yuanjing’s office. Everyone in the Operations Department was waiting to watch a good show.

“Don’t come looking for me all the time. Avoid suspicion.”

In the CEO’s office, Ji Naitang looked leisurely as he leaned on the sofa. After drinking some tea, he didn’t forget to reprimand Yao Yuanjing. Yao Yuanjing, who was sitting behind his desk, wanted to laugh in anger.

“Naitang’er, can’t you be more polite to me when you speak? Don’t you know that the walls have ears?”

Ji Naitang glanced at him. “You have so many little lovers coming in and out of this office. If the sound insulation is that poor, something would have happened already. Okay. I don’t have time to speak nonsense with you. Hurry and say what you want to say.”

“You’re a different person in front of Cen Muqi, right?!” Yao Yuanjing hated iron for not being steel. “I really can’t figure out what is so good about that guy to make you so obsessed about him and can’t forget about him in twelve years. Ji Naitang stood up and wanted to leave. Yao Yuanjing quickly shouted, “Okay, okay. Let’s talk business. Did you get what I wanted you to get?”

“I just got into his house. I don’t have the qualification to enter his study yet.”

Although Cen Muqi wasn’t there during the daytime, there was still a housekeeper there. So, it was still very difficult for Ji Naitang to enter Cen Muqi’s study and get something during the day. To this point, Yao Yuanjing didn’t reprimand him.

“Then what are you going to do next?”

Ji Naitang sat back down on the sofa. He slowly removed the wrapper from a lollipop. He popped the lollipop in his mouth and said vaguely, “Dating.”

Yao Yuanjing was so angry that he threw a folder over at him. Ji Naitang caught it and opened it. It was about the cooperation on the resort with Cen Corporation.

“Are you planning to quit after this project is completed to go dating? I’m warning you. You own half of this company. Don’t think that you can just quit. Do you really think that you’re an employee? Naitang’er, you have no conscience!”

Ji Naitang didn’t respond. At this time, Yao Yuanjing’s phone rang. He looked down and sighed reluctantly. He waved his phone at Ji Naitang. “The big psychological expert Yan is calling again. I think it’s strange. You’re his patient, so why doesn’t he call you, but come to bother me instead?!”
