Chapter 24 - Quite Handsome

“Oh? How are we unfortunate…… Ah!” The nearest thug hadn’t finished speaking when he was hit in the face by a flying rock. He covered his face and took a few steps back. He then suffered a kick in the stomach and fell back onto the ground.

The time from the flying stone to the kick was too fast, so the rest of the people were dazed. Ji Naitang looked down to make sure that the medicine in his pocket wouldn’t fall out.

He cracked his knuckles and loosened his neck. He said to them, “I’m in a hurry. Why don’t you all attack together?”

The thugs finally came back to their senses. The leader Wu said angrily, “Beat him up for me!”

Everyone rushed towards Ji Naitang. Zhuo Xiaozhuo was free, but he was too shocked right now, so he forgot to run away. He stood there foolishly and watched.

Ji Naitang tilted his head to dodge a punch from the right. Then he raised his hand and grabbed the man’s arm. He twisted hard and he heard a miserable scream. That man’s arm was instantly dislocated.

A man behind him pounced over. Ji Naitang let go and stepped to the left. He grabbed the man’s arm and threw him over his shoulder. He didn’t stop and punched another person rushing over. While the man crouched down as he clutched his face, Ji Naitang braced himself on that man’s shoulder and kicked the man behind him.

Wu saw how easily his five or six subordinates were beaten and he knew that he was in trouble. He knew intuitively that he couldn’t beat the person in front of him, so he picked up an iron bar from the ground and wanted to hit Zhuo Xiaozhuo’s head with it.

“Get out of the way!” Ji Naitang’s somewhat impatient voice woke up the shocked Zhuo Xiaozhuo. Zhuo Xiaozhuo then noticed Wu’s iron bar coming towards him. So, Ji Naitang’s “Get out of the way” was meant for him? But it was too late. He couldn’t dodge it.

Zhuo Xiaozhuo subconsciously covered his head. Then he felt the world turn. Someone rushed over and rolled with him to the ground. When they stopped, he discovered that the person holding him was Ji Naitang.

Ji Naitang let go and stood up. He went over to grab Wu’s shoulder. Wu wanted to resist, but he heard the sound of his bone dislocating. The iron bar in his hands fell to the ground along with his screams.

Zhuo Xiaozhuo was so scared that he trembled on the ground. He looked somewhat distressed at Wu who was pressed to the ground. Was the arm dislocated or was the bone broken?

Ji Naitang stepped on Wu’s back. One hand placed the iron bar against Wu’s neck. He looked condescendingly at him and said coldly, “Phone.”

Wu shouted in pain while his other hand fished the phone out of his pants pocket. Ji Naitang took it and moved his foot away. He walked towards Zhuo Xiaozhuo and shoved the phone into his arms. Zhuo Xiaozhuo then noticed that it was his phone that was snatched earlier.

“I don’t have time to waste here. Can you watch over them?”

“Ah?” Zhuo Xiaozhuo didn’t understand. Ji Naitang talked as he walked towards the beach. “They can’t move anymore. Stay guard here. The police should be coming soon.”

He stopped and turned back. “Oh, right. When they ask, don’t give me up. I helped you, so keep it a secret for me. We’re even now.”

Ji Naitang wasn’t trying to be a Good Samaritan without leaving his name behind, but he couldn’t explain to Cen Muqi and the others why he could fight. So, he had to leave here as soon as possible.

Zhuo Xiaozhuo looked dazed in Ji Naitang’s direction. So, that guy had called the police before he came over to help. He touched his chest and exhaled. He thought he was going to die earlier. What a close call!

However, didn’t he used to think that Ji Naitang was very displeasing to the eye? But now he suddenly thought that that guy was quite handsome. He seemed so gentlemanly. Zhuo Xiaozhuo didn’t think that Ji Naitang would be so powerful when he fought.
