When I got home everyone was making their way to the living room so I followed them. I sat next to Ray and Megan who both seemed nervous for some reason. Mom walks into the room with May in her arms Mrs. Dolan or Lisa followed her in. I smile at her as she sits down she smiles back at me. Ethan walks in and I make room behind me for him. He sits behind me and wraps his arms around my waist. Grayson walks in and sits next to his mom.

Cameron comes in and sits next to Mary they hug then turn back to our parents. I look around for Robert but he wasn’t there. “We’ve been tight on money as most of you should know so I asked Lisa sorry Mrs. Dolan to watch the younger ones. I’m pulling all of you from school again we need more money. I know this may be hard on all of us but we have to make more money somehow. If you are above the age of fourteen you will work in this household. That means Mary, Madison, Maria, Roger, and Ray will be working. The rest of you will stay home will Lisa or Cameron wait over you.”

Mrs. Dolan nods her head “That’s right I know this will be hard for you guys but this is what you all must do to stay together. Just think of us as one big family.” I look at Ethan who laughs a little. Cameron then adds “Some nights we all may have to come over here including the twins.” She winks at me I blush.

“Right now that you girls can date I don’t want you spending all your time with your boyfriends. Boys that doubles for you if you have a girlfriend.” I nod my head then glance at Madison and wiggle my eyebrows she blushes and looks away. “You all can go other than Mary, Madison, Maria, and Ethan.” Everyone walks out of the room other than the ones called and my mom.

“I figured that you were the only ones dating in the bunch. Roger may have a girlfriend but Robert is going to talk to him about that later.” We all look at each other in confusion “Mary you can hang out with Doug all you want after work.” Mary blushes but nods her head “Great you can go.” Mary leaves

“Madison and Maria you both can go out after you’ve worked and finished your school work.” We both nod our heads “Madison you can go.” she leaves

“Ethan is going to be spending a lot of time over here now so you two don’t have to worry” we smile at each other “but I want you to do well in school” she points her finger at both of us and we nod our heads.

“You can go.”
