Ethan and I walk into my room where most of my sisters were hanging out. They all start giggling making both of us blush. We sit down on my bed and my sisters in the room (Mary, Madison, Megan, and Melissa) come and make a circle with us. They all smile and giggle at our confused faces when they do so.

Mary stops giggling “You know I think you were the one to change Mom’s mind.” I look at her in confusion “What do you mean?” Madison rolls her eyes “A few days ago we weren’t allowed to date and now we are duh.” she smiles at me “Thank you.” She says I shake my head “No that wasn’t my doing.” Mary giggles “I’ve asked Mom if I could date countless times but the first time you ask we’re finally allowed.” I nod my head “That’s fair but things have changed.”

We all avoid eye contact for a second until Megan says “You know their’s this dance coming up at the community center we should all go!” we all nod our heads “Sure that sounds cool.” Mary says shrugging.

After that, my sisters leave Ethan and me alone to do our homework once we’re done we just sit on my bed and talk.

“Do you think Kara will do anything?” he asks playing with my hand I shake my head “No I don’t she’ll leave us alone when she finds a new guy.” just as I finish Mary looks up at us “You mean Kara Vex?” She asks we both nod our heads she sides down on the end of my bed.

“She’s bad news stay away from her!” she says look at both of us seriously “We know” she sighs “Maria you don’t understand last time she liked someone who had a girlfriend she broke them up then got him.” I and Ethan laugh “That’s not going to happen.” I nod my head Mary looks me dead in the eye “I don’t want you to get hurt.” I sigh “Thanks Mary but I’ll be okay.” She gets up and leaves us.
