359 Gellum Kingdom

Yu Sha felt a sense of enmity from the woman. To her knowledge, she does not recognize this woman nor offended anyone to receive such a strong hostility.

In a serious tone, she asked, "Who are you?"

The mysterious woman's eyes fell next to Yu Sha and in this instant, Hue Chi appeared. She snitched and replied arrogantly, "I was once married to him."

Instantly, Hue Chi threw explosive knives at the woman and the shadow guards shot from their hidings out of the barrier towards the woman.

Once the guards got out of the barrier, they were able to use their power.

Yu Sha noticed it and concluded Hue Chi only created his nullify zone within the barrier because none of the guards used their power until they got out of the barrier.

At a glance of her, Hue Chi understood what she was thinking. He would never give her a chance to get out of the barrier. Before she could react, he swooped her off on his shoulder, walking back towards the castle.

"Ah.. let me go! I have business with her!" She yelled while struggling.

Hue Chi didn't pay any attention to her complaints. 'Why hasn't she changed and go to bed yet?'

Seeing the fight getting farther in the distant, Yu Sha pleaded, "Hue Chi, you let me go, okay? I've been trying to tail her. She finally showed herself. There are things I needed to ask and find out."

Her pleas did nothing, and before long, they arrived at the elevator.

Hearing the sound of the elevators and his deafening attitude towards her reasoning angered her. He got in her way, destroyed her plan twice in less than twelve hours! Being nice doesn't work. She has to change method!

The whole time, Hue Chi was thinking of something else. That woman, Duana, was the one that injured Yu Sha's eyes from a previous lifetime. The last time at the cruise when she attacked Yu Sha, he didn't connect the dot right away as the woman looked slightly different. But after realizing Atlas, a lot of things fell into place.

Duana, even now, is still trying to harm his most beloved woman. Her grudge was even bigger after he no showed for a wedding that he didn't agree to. She was a vain and vicious princess of the Gellum Kingdom.

Hue Chi was long lost in thoughts. He didn't even feel Yu Sha pouncing on his back screaming his name to release her.

No matter what happened in this lifetime, he swore on this life to protect Yu Sha well from Duana. He wasn't able to protect her in that lifetime. She was tortured and severely injured. Not only she lost her eyesight, she lost the child in her belly as a result of the torture. The more he thought, the angrier he became and unconsciously tightened his grip on Yu Sha's waist.

She felt pain and screamed as she reached her hand to peel his arm loose. "Ahh... You're hurting me!"

The word 'hurting' snapped him back and he loosened the grip. "I'm sorry." Damn! He cursed himself. He lost his temper and hurt her.

Yu Sha was running out of breath, swearing, and screaming the entire way back that she could only huff unhappily. "You, what is wrong with you?"

At this point, they arrived back into the room, Hue Chi's room to be precised. He walked straight into the shower and let her down. "Take a shower to calm yourself."

She got sands on the dress and shoes as she stepped into the water when confronting Duana. He wanted her to wash off first and hoped that the shower will also cool her down.

She hissed, "This is no time to be taking a shower!"

Swiftly, he reached for the shower head, turned on the water and sprayed it on Yu Sha, wetting her whole body. Maybe this will convince her to shower, letting her get wet.

"Ah.. You, you big jerk! You got in my way too many times today!" She threw a punch at him.

He dropped the shower head and stopped her punch. Instead of blocking, he grabbed onto her hand and pulled her in.

He knew she was very angry at him but he can't explain things to her right at this point. Seeing her raging expression, he had a hand supported her head, and pressed his lips on her lips.

It took a couple seconds for Yu Sha to register her current predicament. She hadn't expected him to make such a move, especially when she was raging fires. She pushed him. He didn't move, but continued to keep his lips locked on hers while his hand behind her head held her in place. She could feel his tongue licking her lips, trying to pry it open.

After a minute, he let go and spoke. "Either you shower yourself or I shower you."

Yu Sha gasped for airs the moment Hue Chi let go. When she heard his words, her body naturally stiffened. "I'll... shower myself." Her heart was beating. If he didn't let her go at the time he did then, her heart would go erratic. If she has to choose between the two, she chose the former.

Hue Chi released her body and walked away. He went up to the shelf and specifically picked out a couple towels, a pair of slippers, and a silk robe, and put it on the table stand next to the tub.

Yu Sha watched Hue Chi walked out and cursed, "You big jerk!" She took off her clothes and proceeded to shower.

Hue Chi didn't waste a minute. He quickened his steps to the study room and turned on the laptop, log into the surveillance cameras to watch the fight on the sea. He caught the tail end of the fight as Duana was being overpowered by his shadow guards. She may be strong with her own unique ability, but facing five skilled shadow guards, she only had time to defend. They fought in formation and didn't leave any opportunity for her to make any move. After a few rounds of fight, she retreated. Her body disintegrated and the ice naturally melted.
