360 You Have Such Poor Taste!

Hue Chi had given the data of the previous fight at the cruise to his men. As soon as she vanished, the shadow guards knew they had to get back on land quick. They dispersed back onto land.

Soon a shadow guard radioed in. "Prince, she retreated. Sorry we couldn't catch her."

"Mm... retreat back."

The shadow guards went back to their post.

The fight was short lived, but was recorded from multiple surveillance. Hue Chi extracted the video and rewind back to review the fight. These people of the past life seemed to be immortal. His brows furrowed deeper the more he thought of the situation.

He then got up to change out of the clothes into a night robe.

The water still running down her body, but her thought was of the scene earlier. She thought of the mysterious woman's word. "I was once married to him."

The woman said that sentence upon Hue Chi's arrival, directing her eyes at him. She wasn't given the chance to clarify before Hue Chi took her away, but felt that her conclusion couldn't be wrong. the mysterious woman's action implied that Hue Chi was the one.

Yu Sha felt unpleasant at just the thought. Her teeth unconsciously clenched, unpleasantly. She stepped out of the shower. "I must make him talk to gather information."

After wiping down her body, she put on the robes and blow dry her hairs until mildly dampen. She didn't have time to blow dry her hair until completely dry. By this time, it was almost two hours past midnight.

Yu Sha poked around the shelves, but didn't find underwear or bras. She frowned. Where could it be? Right outside the bathroom door was a hallway and left side led to a large open walk out closet. Prior to the walkout closet, closest to the bathroom were more shelves and drawers, aligned along the walkway. There were more towels and bathing supplies. Yu Sha pulled out a couple drawers to see.

He had previously prepared clothes down to bras and underwear for her. They have to be somewhere, right? She looked through the first column and didn't find what she needed. Yu Sha pulled the first drawer on the second column and saw rolls of tiny packs.

Curious, she pulled out a roll closer to inspect. "Are these....?" She had never seen them as she doesn't need to ever use them.

Hue Chi walked in to see her side profile inspecting the rolls of condoms.

"Heh... that's where the warehouse is?"

It was an unwritten rule for male heirs to have contraception readily available at all times wherever they are, cars, hotels, offices, homes, vacation homes, any places they tread upon. They have to be careful who they planted seeds with. They can't carelessly just leave seeds everywhere.

As for Hue Chi, he was not interested in such items and wasn't sure of the exact spot they were stored. There should be a few handy ones in the bedroom drawers, but he doesn't even know the specific drawer. She came here for the first time and found the storehouse!

Alarmed at his words, she almost dropped the condom roll. Somehow, she felt like a thief caught stealing. "I... it's not what you saw..." She was lost for words to explain herself. Frustrated, she retaliated to release her frustration by throwing the condom roll on the ground. "Why do you even have such thing!!"

"I never asked for them." Hue Chi replied earnestly.

"I don't believe you." Yu Sha was too flustered. She needed to find an open space to breathe and stormed past Hue Chi.

He followed behind and explained. She must know that it wasn't his doing. "I don't have a need for them. I like it bare." He implied he doesn't use them when doing the deed.

Red flushed her face and she hastily covered her ears. "I don't care what you like. You don't have to tell me."

A smirk rose on his face, he teased. "But I care for you to know my preference."

Still covering her ears, she mumbled repeatedly, "I didn't hear anything. I didn't hear anything. I hear nothing!"

She walked into the living area of the bedroom and noticed the clock. It was way, way past midnight. It then gave a thought in her mind. She stopped and spoke. "It's very late. I should go back to my room and sleep."

"Your place is on the side end of the connected building, quite the walk."

"It's fine, I'll walk there." She was not familiar with the place. She wasn't sure if she'll find her way back, but it's safer than staying here.

Hue Chi didn't want to let her go back because of what happened. She has to be within his sight in order for him to relax.

She turned towards the door and took a stride at it. Before her foot hit the ground, Hue Chi swept her off and went at the direction of the bedroom.

Yu Sha struggled and yelled, "You let me down. Let me down."

Hue Chi tossed Yu Sha on the bed. "Be good. Sleep here."

"I want to sleep in the room earlier. I won't run away. You can tie me too if you don't trust me."

The area between his brows knitted. How could he tie her with a rope? "Don't talk senseless."

With a hand, he pressed her down on the bed and pulled the quilt over. "It's very late. Sleep here."

Foreseen that she wouldn't be able to get away, she could only comply quietly. 'He's becoming so over bearing over time. Could it be because their role is reversed? He's now a prince who leads a nation, and she's just a commoner? Tsch!'

He turned around and walked away from the bed when Yu Sha scorned. "You, have such poor taste in woman! You married her?" Somehow, she felt angry. Although she does not know the woman, she felt she would be okayed if he married someone else, just not that woman.
