377 Blue Royal Crown

Yu Sha and Yu Ping giggled. They are used to the way their parents talked and showed affection and sometimes they can't help laughed at their parents' silliness.

Cao Huo sent another text: "Don't forget, bring home someone no less than me!"

Yu Ping quickly typed and flattered the same words their father often said to their mother: "Mother, how could there be someone of your equal? Even the brightest star can't compare to you, no matter in what universe."

Cao Huo sent a replied with multiple emoticons of a face blowing kisses. Her children are just as corny as her husband. Her eyes weren't blind when she chose him even though the future looked bleak for them, doesn't mean that they shouldn't savior the present and make the best out of it. Because of these thoughts, they both did their best to love and trust each other. When their children enter their life, they knew, they must sacrifice time and distance to pave a better future for their children.

They kept a lot of secrets they couldn't share with their children. The burdens are theirs and theirs alone to bear. They couldn't make their children shoulder a heavy destiny. Anything they could do now to curve that unpending catastrophe, they were willing to sacrifice everything they have.

Even they spent more times apart than together, the love they had for each other never died but only grew stronger with distance and time. They had complete trust in each other and hid nothing from one another.

** Several hours later, evening approach...

Yu Sha and Yu Ping had dropped off their shopping bags and were now eating dinner at a different restaurant in Magnum Plaza, Galaxz Restaurant. Galaxz Restaurant had an open patio on one side of the open stage for the live band.

Yu Ping and Yu Sha picked that spot so they can enjoy the show once it began. They had a full, complete karaoke bar in the house and constantly compete in singing growing up. To say that they can't sing was underestimating them. As a result, they had a liking to music, but not so much in the acting industry.

Magnum Plaza was like an outlet mall, except it entailed of several levels of shopping stores, restaurants, bars, hotels, a large open stage in the center of it all. The nightlife was livelier than the daytime. It was the Plaza of no sleep! Several high-end bars held events, activities and at times, and invited celebrities for meet and greet. There are always some kind of activities going on at night, especially the weekends. The highlights are usually on the weekends and it generated the most revenue based on the activities happening.

Yu Sha and Yu Ping were waiting for the live band. They had a hobby for music and enjoyed live bands. Also, there will be an open mic in between the band's breaking sessions.

After that, they planned to bar hop as everything were within walking distance. This will mark the first time they went out to party as siblings in a new country as previously, Yu Ping was not of age to enter the night life. Now, he was going to take full advantage of this new privilege. Getting older wasn't such a bad thing in his eyes since it came with a certain privilege.

On their dinner table, Yu Ping signaled for their waitress. "Neena."

Every time Neena had to go over to bring food or refill their drinks, her heart stump erratically. The two men were just too beautifully handsome! In the two years she had worked there as a waitress, they were the first customers that made her heart crazy with the most polite mannerism! Could such people exist in this world?

Neena, a college student working to pay off her tuition. She went to college during the day and worked as a waitress on weekends and weeknights to pay off her tuition. It was hard to land a job in Magnum Plaza. Even as a waitress, the job pay were higher among the country but one must be able to withstand fast pace, high stress and still be able to serve the customers without losing themselves in the most obnoxious demands of the customer.

For Neena, these two handsome pairs had been nothing but extremely respectful to her when she first seated them. The customers were often the wealthy, rude, ungrateful people of the elites, but for Yu Ping and Yu Sha, they had these easy and chilled airs to them.

She came over and politely asked, "What can I do for you?"

Yu Ping handed her a slip. It was the ingredient for Yu Sha's favorite mixed drink, which he created and called it Auroras at their Happy Bars. The ingredients have every ingredient down to the teaspoon.

Yu Sha saw the list and stopped the paper. She turned to Neena and instructed. "Wait a minute, please." She then leaned in to whisper to Yu Ping. "I'm a man tonight. How could I drink such a girly drink?"

Yu Sha pulled in the paper and put it away and instructed. "Give me two shots of your Blue Royal Crown."

Neena's eyes widened. Blue Royal Crown is a brand of the royal, it cost $1k per drink, 90% alcohol proof. She nodded, "I'll be back with the shots."

After Neena retreated, Yu Ping asked, "Those are expensive. Why are you wasting money? Plus, its alcohol content is quite high. You sure you can handle it?"

"No worries. We'll earn it back. I've eaten, it's no problem." Yu Sha spoke unconcerned of the money she threw away. As long as she paced herself, she should be able to tolerate it.

Yu Ping had a feeling that she was up to something. There are times when he couldn't guess her wickedness.

A few minutes later, Neena came back with two small shots of Blue Royal Crown. As its name implied, it was a clear blue liquid, but had a high alcohol content.
