Chu Ying was speechless. He now even felt a sense of being deceived. This beauty's change of attitude was too quick; she had just been looking like a fierce demon, but now her face was full of smug satisfaction at her successful scheme.

Refusing her would definitely not allow him to leave easily, but he couldn't agree too readily either. Chu Ying said very seriously, "Lock picking is not only a technical skill but also a physical one. Not only must your eyesight and hearing be precise, but your technique must be as swift as a ghost. Otherwise, you could practice for a lifetime and still not succeed."

Seeing Chu Ying's serious expression, the policewoman looked doubtful, "Are you just blowing hot air? Is lock picking really that complicated?"

"Lock picking itself isn't complicated; the key is how you make the process uncomplicated." As Chu Ying spoke, he heard a "click," and the handcuffs were already open. He dangled them in front of the policewoman, her beautiful eyes sparkling with amazement.

"I want to learn, teach me quickly!" The policewoman could hardly contain her excitement.

Chu Ying smiled, "How is your shooting?"

The policewoman was slightly taken aback. Although she didn't understand why Chu Ying asked this, she proudly replied, "Back in the police academy, I had a nickname, 'Spicy Flower Hand.' No one could escape my aim!"

Chu Ying nodded, "I see, your eyesight and hearing are well-trained. How about your speed in drawing and firing your gun?"

A rare blush appeared on the policewoman's face as she scratched her head, "That's not good, but I will practice diligently!"

Before Chu Ying could ask more, the policewoman interjected, "Why are you asking these questions? Are you going to teach me or not?"

Chu Ying said, "Lock picking is like shooting, but even more demanding in detail. Anyone can kill with a gun, but lock picking is different. You understand the principle, right?"

The policewoman was confused but wouldn't admit it, "Of course I understand. You said my eyesight and hearing are up to par, so how should I practice my technique?"

Chu Ying was secretly delighted and said solemnly, "This depends on your hand bones. It directly affects your ability to master lock picking. If your hand bones aren't suitable, I advise you not to learn. Otherwise, if you get caught while picking a lock, it will damage my reputation."

"You—!" The policewoman was speechless. How could this guy be so unsympathetic? Suppressing her anger, she asked, "How can I know if my hand bones are suitable?"

Chu Ying chuckled, "It's simple, let me feel them!" At this moment, his wolfish nature was fully revealed.

The policewoman was still angry, and she didn't believe her delicate hands lacked the potential for lock picking. Without hesitation, she extended her hand to Chu Ying, pouting, "Feel them!"

Chu Ying was almost drooling. He quickly grabbed her small hand and gently caressed it, exploring inch by inch. Smooth and tender, he marveled at how he had never noticed how good a woman's hands could feel.

Seeing the lecherous expression on his face, the policewoman gave a challenging look, "Have you felt enough yet?"

"Not yet. Your hand bones are barely up to par, but the strength in your arm is crucial. For your sake, I need to..." Before he finished, Chu Ying grabbed the policewoman's hand with one hand and reached up with the other.

At this point, if the policewoman didn't realize his intentions, she would be a fool. She slapped his wandering hand, "You dirty pervert, lecherous wolf! Do you want me to report you for harassment?"

Chu Ying shrugged indifferently, "Do as you please. If you don't learn well, it's not my fault. Just don't implicate me if you mess up."

The policewoman was furious but had no way to deal with this pervert. She really wanted to learn lock picking, so she coldly said, "I'll give you a month to teach me, or we're done!"

Chu Ying replied straightforwardly, "Don't worry, I'll definitely turn you into a flying, all-powerful female thief!"

The policewoman seemed pleased with the title "female thief," "Alright, it's settled. You can leave. For the next month, you must stay on Daxingshan Mountain. I might come at any time, and if I find you missing, I'll report you for fleeing the scene!"

"Don't worry, I'll be here. But about the price..." Chu Ying rubbed his fingers together and chuckled.

"I have no money!" The policewoman said bluntly.

"No money, no deal!" Chu Ying joked. He wasn't alone anymore; he had to support his sister Chu Xin's education and catch up with Ling Siyi within a year, both of which required money. He wouldn't do anything without compensation.

"One dollar a day, take it or leave it!" The policewoman said angrily. This guy, who had received her favor, was actually asking for money, which was outrageous.

"Alright, I'll do it!" Chu Ying agreed. Even a small amount was better than nothing. Without her help, getting out of here wouldn't be easy. Although he had countless ways to escape, it would only give others a reason to accuse him and cause unnecessary trouble. Besides, he needed to stay here and couldn't afford to offend everyone.

"Hmph, you're still not a match for me!" The policewoman rolled her eyes and followed Chu Ying out of the interrogation room.

Wang He, who had been anxiously waiting outside, saw the two come out and noticed that Chu Ying wasn't handcuffed. He waved his hand, and four police officers moved to apprehend Chu Ying. The policewoman angrily said, "What are you doing?"

Wang He said, "This person is a major suspect; we can't let him escape!"

The policewoman said firmly, "I've already interrogated him. He has an alibi for yesterday, and he has nothing to do with the theft at Mayor Zhang's house!"

Wang He was flustered, "But, but..."

The policewoman said decisively, "No buts. I'll explain to Mayor Zhang!"

Wang He inwardly groaned. He didn't dare offend Mayor Zhang, and he certainly didn't dare offend this girl. Although he was the police chief, he was nothing in front of her.

But with her explaining, Mayor Zhang would likely have to swallow his anger.

"I'll take him out!" The policewoman grabbed Chu Ying's arm and walked out, leaving Wang He and the four police officers in shock.

If Wang He knew what had happened in the interrogation room, he would be so frustrated that he might bleed. It wasn't an interrogation at all; it was a negotiation, and the policewoman, as a police officer, had lost.

"Alright, remember our agreement, or you'll regret it!" Outside the police station, the policewoman said fiercely.

Chu Ying complained, "From here to Daxingshan, it's dozens of miles. You can't expect me to walk back, can you? If I die from exhaustion at night, it will be a huge loss for you!"

The policewoman pondered for a moment and nodded, "I'll get the car, wait here."

Chu Ying watched the policewoman leave, a playful smile on his lips. He thought, "This girl isn't simple either. From her uniform, I can tell she's just an intern, but the police chief didn't dare say a word to her."

However, Chu Ying didn't intend to dig deeper, just as he didn't investigate Ling Siyi and her sister, even though it would be easy for him.

"Get in!" A Hummer was parked at the entrance, and the policewoman, sitting in the driver's seat, called out to Chu Ying.

Chu Ying smiled faintly, opened the door, and sat in the passenger seat.

The car started and sped away.

After the car disappeared from sight, Wang He slowly picked up his phone, found Zhang Gang's number, and called him.
