This is an update for chapters 4 and 5.

The chirping of birds reached my ears, and I gradually regained consciousness.

However, unfortunately, my groggy brain from just waking up wasn't functioning very well.

"I'm hungry..."

I sat up in bed and remembered that I hadn't eaten anything before going to sleep yesterday. The sound coming from my stomach seemed to be responding to the birds' chirping.

I took a deep breath and got out of bed. Looking out the window, I saw a bird. When I said, "Good morning," the bird chirped back, "Chun!"

I went to the kitchen to see if there was anything to eat, but there wasn't even any seasoning. I might starve to death before anything else... I remembered that I had seeds from the point exchange. It would be completely self-sufficient, but there was no other choice.

"I think there were vegetables growing in the field outside...!"

I headed towards the door, trying to mask my growling stomach by speaking out loud.

When I stepped outside, the morning sun was shining, making everything sparkle like jewels. I was a little happy to live in such a beautiful forest, and I found myself smiling unconsciously.

When I reached the field, the vegetables were so impressive that it felt like they were saying, "They're delicious!" There were six types: tomatoes, peppers, cabbages, carrots, cucumbers, and pumpkins. Since there were no seasonings, I decided to pick three tomatoes and one cucumber, which could be eaten raw.

I decided to eat them as they were, since there was no other choice.

"Oh, they're sweet and delicious...!"

When I took a bite of a tomato right there, the sweetness spread in my mouth. I was confident that it was more delicious than any tomato I had ever eaten. The cucumber was also crunchy and refreshing.

But if they're this delicious raw... wouldn't they be even more delicious cooked?

I ate the vegetables enthusiastically and felt full after the fourth tomato. I had planned to eat them inside, but they were so delicious that I ended up eating them all right there.

"Well, I'm full...! Next is the points!"

I ran back to the house, which was just a few seconds away from the field.

Although being younger had its inconveniences, my body felt lighter, and I thought it might be lucky. Starting at 13 years old seemed better for learning things than starting at 21.

When I entered the house, my eyes fell on the exchange diary that had been left on the small bedside table. Since it was an exchange diary, I expected a response from God. I wondered when it would come...

I picked up the exchange diary and opened it, and there was a response from God. He worked fast.

- - - - - - -

I'm glad you like the new world.

It was worth all the effort I put into it.

Now, since you're struggling more than I expected, I'll give you some advice. It's about the use of the "Angel's Song."

This is a very convenient, almost cheat-like skill for a pharmacist like you.

Actually, its effects can be applied to almost anything. Don't be fooled by the description.

For example, usage 1:

Say "Angel's Song" in front of plants.

Their growth rate will increase significantly.

For example, usage 2:

Regarding the preparation of healing potions.

Put the ingredients in a pot and say "Angel's Song."

A healing potion will be made.

Oh, don't forget to place a bottle nearby! This is important.

Do you get it now?

For a while, it's best to make healing potions and earn points.

If you do, you can easily save up enough points for a bath today.

That's the hint for today.

Fufu, your sleeping face was cute.

- - - - - - -

"Wait, my sleeping face...?"

My eyes widened. It's not that I minded being called "Hina" instead of "Hinami." In fact, it was an honor to be called that by God.

But did He really watch me sleep? Ah, but He did say He would observe me during his free time...

Well.

I decided not to worry about it and closed the exchange diary gently.

My cheeks were probably red and hot, but I told myself it was just my imagination.

More importantly, I decided to follow God's hint and make healing potions to earn points.

First, I would try to make the most basic "HP Recovery Potion." The materials needed were HP Grass, water, and a bottle. But I didn't know what HP Grass looked like... Maybe it was in the book, so I took out a pharmacology book from the bookshelf.

Flipping through the pages, I found a few pages with illustrations in the back.

"Oh, this is it... HP Grass!"

There was a picture of HP Grass and a simple description. In summary, eating HP Grass would restore about 10 HP. Making it into a potion would increase its effectiveness.

It looked like... well, at first glance, it looked like mugwort. It was a soft, green plant with jagged leaves growing from a single stem.

According to God's hint, it seemed I could make a potion quickly... I had water, and I could get bottles with points. So, if I had HP Grass, I could make it right away.

I thought for a moment and then realized something.

Maybe it was growing in the garden... or the forest!?

With that decided, I went outside with a happy feeling and started looking for HP Grass in the garden.

"Phew! There it is... there it is!"

I thought it might be hard to find, but half of the garden, which I thought was overgrown with weeds, was actually mostly HP Grass.

This meant I could pick as much HP Grass as I wanted. If this was the case, I could get a bath today. That would be great... I really wanted to take a bath today.

I squatted in the garden and started picking HP Grass. There were other plants, but I decided to ignore them for now and focus on the HP Grass.

However, I had no container to put it in, which was inconvenient.

After picking enough to make a small pile, I took a deep breath.

I had probably picked about a third of the HP Grass in the garden.

Next, I would try to make the potion. I needed HP Grass, water, and a bottle. And a pot... I would use the one in the kitchen... and I needed to exchange points for bottles.

I brought the pot from the kitchen and filled it with HP Grass. It was a bit overflowing, but it should be fine. I took it inside and filled it with water from the kitchen, then placed it on the table.

Next, I opened the exchange diary and exchanged 3 points for 100 bottles.

...Hmm? How do I exchange them?

"But the points increased to 3, so I should have enough points..."

So, how do I exchange them...?

Hmm. I didn't expect to get stuck here. But I couldn't move forward without the bottles...

"Please exchange 3 points for 100 bottles...!"

I decided to talk to the exchange diary. Since I was alone, there was no need to be embarrassed... right?

Then, the exchange diary I was holding glowed, and I heard a thud from my feet.

Looking down, I saw a large bag. When I untied the string, I found it was full of bottles. Success...!!

My points were gone, but if I could make 100 potions, I would get 100 points. Yes, no problem!

I dragged the large bag to the side of the table. Thinking about it, being 13 years old was a bit inconvenient. I was physically weaker than I was at 21.

Well. On the table was a pot full of HP Grass and water. Under the table were 100 bottles. With this, I could earn enough points for a bath.

The method for making the potion was, of course, not the official, complicated one, but the skill I received from God. That was definitely the right way...!

Here goes.

"Angel's Song"

My voice echoed in the room, and light overflowed from me. The light gathered in front of me and burst. There, the pot still had a few HP Grass left, and the bag was full of HP Recovery Potions.

It seemed to have been successful, and I felt relieved.

I took one of the HP Recovery Potions from the bag. It was a deep green liquid. The bottle, which originally had no lid, had changed to a bottle with a lid. There was a heart-shaped pattern in the center. It had evolved into a very cute bottle.

"Hmm... There's still some HP Grass left in the pot..."

If I picked more HP Grass, I could make another 100 HP Recovery Potions.

I rushed to the garden and collected enough HP Grass to fill the pot again.

And I made another 100 HP Recovery Potions.

"Alright, let's see..."

I wrote in my diary for the day and looked at the point exchange list.

Before I knew it, it was already past evening. I had written a thank you note for the hint and a summary of the day's events in my diary.

Here are today's results.

【Exchange Diary】 = 3 points added

【HP Recovery Potion (Low)】 1 x 200 = 200 points added

【Bottles: 100】 3 x 2 = 6 points used

In total, I earned 203 points and used 6 points, so I now had 197 points. Enough for a bath...! And even for an expansion! Yay.

I chose what to exchange and talked to the exchange diary.

"I want a bath, a basement, a cultivation kit, a vegetable seed set, a herb seed set, and 200 bottles...!"

【Bath】 = 30 points used

【Basement】 = 10 points used

【Cultivation Kit】 = 10 points used

【Vegetable Seed Set】 = 10 points used

【Herb Seed Set】 = 10 points used

【Bottles: 100】 3 x 2 = 6 points used

【Total: 76 points used】

【Points Remaining: 127】

In total, 76 points. I now had 127 points left.

Yes, I still had plenty. If I exchanged everything at once, I wouldn't be able to use it all, and cleaning an expanded house would be a hassle. For now, I would get a bath. I would also expand the basement to store the potions I made.

Then, a rumbling sound came from somewhere.

I was a bit startled, but the sound quickly stopped, and changes appeared in the house.

A staircase leading to the basement appeared next to the entrance, and the door where the toilet used to be extended into a short hallway. There were two doors on either side of the hallway. I went to the hallway and opened the door. Oh, it was the toilet. So, the bath must be the door on the left...!

"Wow, wow, wow...!!!"

I couldn't help but exclaim.

There was an incredibly cute bath in front of me...!

It was cute, but the bathtub was large enough to stretch my legs. The water magic device was the same as in the kitchen, with flowers. But there were two flowers here: a blue one and a pink one. Maybe they were for water and hot water.

I touched the leaf part of the flower and turned on the hot water.

"Oh, it's so warm...!"

This... this is healing. Healing.

Even just on my hand, I could feel my body warming up.

The water spilled out of the bathtub and into the drain, which was properly made. Unfortunately, there was no shower, but there was a large leaf bowl and a cute mushroom chair, which was enough.

Incidentally, the shelf next to the bath door had towels and a solid soap, so I used them to enjoy the bath.

God, thank you for today.

The bath is really, really nice.
