Due to Su Wen working between them, neither two spoke again as they sat on the sofa. They stayed there like that, reading books from Lin Ge’s bookcase.

The silence lasted until evening. After the chefs served their meal, Lin Ge went to get some red wine and left Su Wen and Shu Yian to sit at the dining table.

Shu Yian: Pei! You think you’re doing this for me? You just want to show off in front of Lin Ge! You’re the one greedy for her body!
