After receiving Su Wen’s agreement, the driver took Shu Yian to the entrance of the shopping mall.

Then after receiving another set of instructions from Su Wen, he dropped Shu Yian off and promptly drove away.

Shu Yian stood to the side, her mouth slightly twitching, as she watched the vehicle leave.

Shu Yian sat silently on the edge of the sofa, far away from Su Wen like she was avoiding the god of plagues.

Shu Yian sighed silently. She also wanted to distance herself from Su Wen. With neither of them paying attention to the other during her entire stay here. Then she’d leave after she finished her mission and made some money. For her goals, she’ll even become an emotionless mission-completing machine.

But….

Forget it, there is no ‘but’. She could only hope that fewer ladies will approach this Su Wen so she doesn’t have to go out and act the part of a ‘jealous fiancee’.
