Chapter 9

After instructing Yang Shan not to run around, Yang Tian began to jump into the water.

"Go for it, big brother! Catch a big lobster!" Yang Shan clenched her small fists, cheering for her brother.

Jumping into the sea, Yang Tian dove underwater and checked the positions of the others, who were mostly within ten meters of the shore. Looking at the seabed, he could see a few large lobsters moving around.

Yang Tian continued to dive deeper into the water, reaching a depth of three meters.

Indeed! Yang Tian felt he could still move forward.

It seemed that as his physical condition improved, the area of the sea he could explore gradually increased.

Gradually, Yang Tian reached a depth of five meters, which was about twenty meters from the shore.

Thanks to the mysterious bead, Yang Tian could see the seabed clearly. He began to explore the area at a depth of five meters, occasionally catching a couple of lobsters and putting them into his large net.

However, there weren't many lobsters. After more than half an hour, Yang Tian had only caught ten.

Strange? Yang Tian felt something was off. Logically, if there were so many lobsters in the shallow water, there should be a significant number in the nearby area. Why hadn't he seen them?

With this doubt, Yang Tian continued to explore the seabed. Occasionally, a playful little fish would curiously circle around him before happily swimming away.

Ahead was a coral reef, about a meter high, colorful, and very beautiful. Yang Tian thought for a moment and decided to pick some to give to his sister.

Boom!

When Yang Tian reached the coral reef and looked through the gaps, he was instantly shocked.

Wow! A large area in the distance was densely packed with lobsters on the seabed, each weighing about two pounds. At a glance, there were no fewer than five hundred lobsters!

Moreover, in the center of this area, there were two enormous lobsters, nearly a meter long, with huge claws that could cut a person in half!

This was the real lobster colony!

Yang Tian was stunned. No wonder there were so many lobsters near the shore; they all came from here. But how could he catch all of them?

Yang Tian was in a dilemma. The large net he brought could catch at most thirty or so lobsters at a time. With so many lobsters, it would take several more trips to catch them all. And after the first catch, the lobsters would likely be alarmed and scatter, possibly to deeper water where Yang Tian couldn't go.

It was like finding a gold mine in the desert but realizing you couldn't carry it away. This feeling was very frustrating.

Sigh! No matter what, he should focus on catching those two large lobsters. If the others escaped, so be it!

After thinking for a long time without coming up with a better plan, Yang Tian decided to target the two giant lobsters. Their size meant they would be worth a lot of money!

Yang Tian circled around the coral reef and slowly approached the lobsters.

Thanks to the mysterious bead's control over the water, the lobsters couldn't touch Yang Tian. So he wasn't afraid of their attacks.

The two giant lobsters, seeing Yang Tian's approach, waved their large claws, trying to stop him from getting closer.

"Ha ha, don't run! Come on!" Yang Tian controlled the water, pushing the two giant lobsters into his large net.

Boom! The surrounding lobsters, seeing their king so easily captured, scattered in all directions, and Yang Tian was helpless to stop them.

His large net was now full, so Yang Tian had to head back to the shore with his two giant lobsters.

"Ah! Big brother, you're back! Did you catch any big lobsters?" Yang Shan had been waiting on the shore and ran over excitedly when she saw Yang Tian.

Earlier, she had seen many people bring back large lobsters, some even bigger than what her brother had caught before!

Yang Tian smiled and nodded, finally dragging his large net out of the water.

"Wow! Such big lobsters!" Yang Shan suddenly exclaimed, running over to the giant lobsters and comparing their size. "These lobsters are bigger than Shan Shan!"

"Wow! Shan Shan, your brother is so amazing!" The children playing with Yang Shan all exclaimed in surprise. After all, such large lobsters were very impressive to children.

"Damn!" Yang Tian's return naturally drew the attention of others. Seeing the giant lobsters in his net, everyone was stunned!

The lobsters were over a meter long, with claws as thick as a person's thigh, and a hard red shell, like a general ready for battle.

"This lobster must weigh over forty pounds, right?" An experienced fisherman said in surprise.

"Hey hey... Excuse me!" The loud voices of the seafood buyers broke through the crowd, their eyes shining as they looked at Yang Tian's large net, specifically the giant lobsters inside.

"Hey! Young man, I'm the owner of Sun's Seafood. Are you willing to sell these two giant lobsters to me?" A fat, portly owner asked excitedly, his body jiggling, though he was still slightly smaller than Yang Tian.

Yang Tian nodded. He had caught the lobsters to sell them. But he wanted to get the highest price! He was waiting for the other buyers to make offers.

"Cough, cough, Old Sun, your Sun's Seafood has so many catches, yet you're still competing with us. Our Tongqing Fishery is willing to pay 100,000 yuan per lobster!" The owner of Tongqing Fishery said, not wanting to fall behind.

"Hmph! Our Zhang's Catering is willing to pay 150,000 yuan per lobster!" The middle-aged owner of Zhang's Catering said disdainfully.

Zhang's Catering? Yang Tian remembered that Zhang Jin's family ran a restaurant, and it was called Zhang's Catering. He glanced at the owner of Zhang's Catering, who indeed looked a bit like Zhang Jin.

"200,000 yuan!" The owner of Sun's Seafood shouted, determined to get the lobsters. Sun's Seafood was almost at a bottleneck in its development, and breaking this bottleneck was crucial to surpassing Zhang's Catering.

The three owners continued to argue, and Yang Tian was happy to see the price rise. When the price reached 300,000 yuan per lobster, the owner of Zhang's Catering stopped arguing. At 300,000 yuan, there was almost no profit to be made, and Zhang's Catering wouldn't do business at a loss! He turned to Yang Tian and said, "Young man, Zhang's Catering is a well-known catering company in County A, much better than Sun's Seafood and Tongqing Fishery. Selling to us will be very beneficial for your future seafood sales! I'm willing to pay 250,000 yuan per lobster!" He assumed Yang Tian was a fisherman and spoke as if he was considering Yang Tian's best interests.

"Ha ha! Damn Zhang's Catering! Just playing tricks and threatening this young man? Young man, 300,000 yuan per lobster, I'll transfer the money to you immediately." The owner of Sun's Seafood laughed.

"Our Tongqing Fishery doesn't have much money, but we're willing to pay 300,000 yuan per lobster!" The owner of Tongqing Fishery said, not wanting to fall behind.

"The highest bidder wins!" Yang Tian ignored the expression of the owner of Zhang's Catering and said slowly.
