I did it, I did it, I've gathered all the materials for the quest! I walked through the town with a light heart. My destination was a small house with a red roof, located at the edge of the town near the gate.

The tutorial quest I'm about to undertake is called "The Beginning of Adventure." Even players who create a second character or more must take this quest. The reason is that you can receive the "Adventurer's Bracelet" as a reward. Incidentally, you can receive this quest in the capital of each country.

I immediately knocked on the door. The door opened quickly, and the resident of the house appeared. Although her eyes looked a bit fierce, she was a character in the game known for being kind to beginners. She was an elderly woman around sixty years old with her brown hair tied up in a bun.

"Oh, do you need something from me? This is quite unusual."

"Hello. I would like the 'Adventurer's Bracelet.' Can you make it for me?"

"Hmm... You know about the 'Adventurer's Bracelet'? I thought no one remembered it anymore."

Despite giving me a stern look at my sudden visit, the old lady invited me in with a "Please come in" and offered me tea once I explained my reason.

The inside of the house was calm and cozy. The windows had lace and dark green curtains, and the carpet underfoot was a warm color. There was a table with four chairs, a bookshelf against the wall, and a kitchen and bedroom in the back.

In the game, some players would walk around the rooms freely, but if I did that now, I might be handed over to the guards... I thought. However, the NPCs in "Rias" were high-performance AI, and I often felt like I was really talking to a person.

—It's a bit nostalgic.

"I'm Lumina, what's your name?"

"I'm Sharon."

Sharon was the fake name I had thought of.

On the way, I almost introduced myself as Charlotte. Given the recent scandal of my broken engagement with the duke's family, there might be people who know the name. If I got involved in any trouble or if someone came after me, it would be a problem. So, I decided to use a name that sounded similar to my real name, Charlotte, and called myself Sharon.

—Well, if someone really came after me... I think my family would handle it.

By the way, I plan to contact my family when I settle down. However, my parents know the situation, so they probably won't worry too much. Rather, I'm more worried about whether my parents will do something to the country.

Lumina narrowed her eyes and looked at me.

"Are you an adventurer?"

"...No, but I plan to become one if you can make the bracelet for me."

"I see. Well, I won't say no if you want the bracelet. However, there are conditions to making the 'Adventurer's Bracelet.'"

Lumina tried to pressure me by saying it would be quite difficult. But this is just the initial dialogue for the quest, and the content isn't that difficult for a beginner player. ...I've already gathered the items, anyway.

I stuck out my tongue in my mind and took the items out of my bag, placing them on the table: five "Wobbly Jellies," three "Rabbit Flowers," and ten bundles of "White Flowers."

"Here, I've prepared them!"

I announced it with a proud face, and Lumina's eyes widened in surprise.

"What, you haven't even asked for anything yet... and you have everything I was going to ask for..."

"Can you make it with these?"

"Truly, you're an amazing girl. This is enough, so please wait a moment."

"Thank you!"

Lumina picked up the "Wobbly Jellies" and started eating them, saying, "I like them." Yes, these are snacks, not materials.

After about an hour, while I was reading a book borrowed from Lumina, I heard a cheerful voice, "It's done!"

"This is the 'Adventurer's Bracelet.'"

"Wow, thank you so much!"

The "Adventurer's Bracelet" on the table was slender, with intricate patterns carved on the outside. Seeing it, which was exactly the same as in the game, made me feel nostalgic. In the game, all players wore this bracelet.

When I put on the loose bracelet, it adjusted to fit perfectly with a "shun" sound. The equipment in this world, like in "Rias," has a size adjustment function.

Seeing me easily put on the bracelet, Lumina blinked.

"Do you know how to use it?"

"Yes! Thank you, Lumina!"

"I see. It's rewarding to see someone so happy with my work."

Perhaps because my eyes were sparkling, Lumina smiled happily.

"Wear it and make the most of your adventures. I look forward to hearing about Sharon's fame."

"Yes! Thank you so much for your help despite the sudden visit."

"Feel free to visit anytime."

After saying goodbye, I left Lumina's house.

I walked while looking at the bracelet. The "Adventurer's Bracelet" is a must-have item for players.

Even if the tutorial quest isn't necessary, the "Adventurer's Bracelet" is essential, so players always take this quest. The "Adventurer's Bracelet" allows you to use the system menu.

In the system menu, you can access your "Status," "Skills," "Bag," "Map," "Friends," "Guild," "Letters," and "Simple Storage." However, the "Simple Storage" might not work in this world, but who knows?

I decided to try it out and used the "Adventurer's Bracelet" to access the system menu. You can activate functions by saying the item's name.

"Um, 'Status!'"

Sharon (Charlotte Cocorara)

Level: 3

Job: Dark Mage

Titles:

- Woman Who Had Her Engagement Broken:

- 5% Resistance to Attacks from Male Opponents

—What's with this weird title!?

Seeing the status, I widened my eyes. I don't need such a title! I wanted to throw it away. But... the 5% resistance to attacks from male opponents is significant. While it's unclear if monsters have genders, 5% resistance is a considerable number. I stopped sighing and decided to be happy about it.

Proudly wearing the "Adventurer's Bracelet" on my left wrist, I started running towards my next destination.
