Shu Nian forced a smile. Xie Yan's innate working competence was worth mentioning, but sadly not everyone could have outstanding mind as him; especially Shu Nian who received education from the orphanage for twelve years which was basically just a blank space of nothing. He spent more time and effort than others in the past to slowly regain and filled the blank space. His innate intelligence was just ordinary, and he started slower than others, hence how could he be on par as the young Xie Yan that have been travelling to various places to obtain a bunch of degrees.

He was afraid to strike a chat incase he will waste more time, because an empty stomach [2] dragon Xie Yan was more irascible. He did not dare to argue, could only engross himself and scrupulously raced against time.

"Xie Yan, you can go back first." He did not know how many times he had made a mistake. His movements were stiff like a Robocop as Xie Yan sat next to him, crossed his hands on his chest and stared at him, "I won't be able to finish in a short time, you do not have to wait anymore."

"What?!" Xie Yan's face looked even more unsightly, "You must be kidding me!"

"Ah?" Shu Nian felt that he was totally innocent as no one forced that guy to wait for him, "Won't it be better if you go first? I'm quite slow..."

"Troublesome! I just want you to accompany me to dinner, you better quickly give me what I want!"

"Oh..." Shu Nian was forced to shut up, and reluctantly concentrated on work.

"Clumsy, the sun will rise while waiting for you to finish everything," Xie Yan who was supervising at the side for a few minutes could not bear it anymore, "I'll help you, give everything to me."

Xie Yan's cheekiness completely disappeared when he was working. It was replaced by an inviolable seriousness. The sleek eyebrows were slightly furrowed, the thin lips were pressed into a hard line in seriousness, and his aura was brimming.

"I'm hungry..." The tall and handsome young man bared his teeth, made a scary look, bent slightly and hugged him from behind, and then placed his chin on his shoulder, "Xiao Nian..."

"Soon, soon...wait for a while." It's useless to say anything as it was too early to remove the wok from the heat, and Xie Yan will certainly be picky about the uncooked food. His ear that was bitten severely by the teeth was tingling in pain and itchiness. His face uncontrollably turned red although he knew that Xie Yan didn't have any thought to tantalize him and his hands went limped.

His back was pressed against Xie Yan's broad and strong chest as his waist was encircled by a pair of long and strong arms. The familiar warmth that was separated by a thick cloth spread across his back, making Shu Nian felt slightly lightheaded and his breath turned shallow.

Actually the whole ordeal only lasted for a few second as the dish was about to be removed from the wok. Xie Yan cheered loudly and swiftly let go of his hold as he quickly reached for the plate. He then left Shu Nian alone in the kitchen.

It only lasted for a few second.

Yet, it was enough to wreck him up.

Shu Nian was stupefied for a few moments, and then he wiped the sweat that formed on his forehead. He poured oil again and prepared to fry the second dish.

"Mmm, very delicious ~~" Food really made wonder. The guy who was supporting a murderous look few moments ago was currently holding a chopsticks and smiled gleefully, "Xiao Nian is the best, really know my taste."

Shu Nian brought out the last dish. Unfortunately the suit that he didn't have time to shrug off was stained and needed to be sent for dry-cleaning. He sat around the table and took a breath. He was quiet tired and didn't have appetite. He watched silently as the hungry as a refugee Xie Yan brought the stir fried shrimp towards his mouth.

"Xiao Nian, eat this. Open your mouth!"

"Ah?" Shu Nian reflectively opened his mouth and was stuffed with a piece of [3] smoked bacon.

"No, I want to hold you to sleep just like before."

Beads of sweat started to form on Shu Nian's nose: "Actually, I can't sleep that well nowadays, I talk in my sleep..."

"Come on," Xie Yan smiled and kicked his foot under the table, "Quickly go to wash yourself and then wait at the bedroom!"

Taking advantage when Xie Yan was still taking a bath in the bathroom, Shu Nian hurriedly cleaned the room and inspected the things in the room thoroughly. Things that he normally regarded as treasures that were placed conspicuously were Xie Yan's old stuffs and must be locked away in the drawer.

Xie Yan will definitely know that he is gay and has a crush on him for several years if he saw his old stuffs that were secretly collected by him. He was afraid that he might not be able to see Xie Yan anymore.

Not to mention that they will sleep on the same bed.
