Ji Mingshu was the one that designed tonight’s banquet hall. The room was brightly lit with a band performing Mozart’s Symphony No.40 in G minor. White roses that just arrived this morning were placed in the centers of each table. The rose petals were fresh and aromatic, with the light pink still visible on the edges. Waiters dressed in formal attire were carrying round plates, walking around this room full of flower fragrance. What a flamboyant place!

With Ji Mingshu taking full control of the banquet hall, Gu Kaiyang’s previous worries seemed unnecessary; the people who wanted to make a scene out of this probably already gave up. Everything went smoothly until the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of <<Ling Du>> went on stage to make a speech.

The chief editor, Ms. Mei, went on stage after the CEO. She was someone who loved telling outdated inspirational stories. This time, she added some important internal corporate announcements in addition to her stories.

Su Cheng took his silence as an affirmative. In a low voice, she began teaching him some tricks to comfort girls.

He nodded without shifting his gaze.

The dull sound of the hammer landed, signaling the end of the deal.
