The protagonist, Royle, is reincarnated into the world of a doujinshi game called Thanatos Senki. After graduating from the Imperial Military Academy with the princess units Yuno, Cynthia and Claire under his wing, he sets off for Koper, a city at the southern edge of the Empire. Royle rules Koper, and from there his rise to the top begins.
