*Slap!*

A high-speed, unidentified object flew straight and collided with the back of the bench, causing the bench, which was welded and fixed to the floor, to wobble, almost detaching from the ground. Levi, who should have been hit, happened to stand up from the bench at the last moment, narrowly avoiding the risk of disfigurement. Looking down, the 'weapon' that had fallen to the ground turned out to be a hardcover, leather-bound dictionary!

Before he could even complain, Levi heard a gust of wind by his ear and reflexively reached out to grab the approaching slender object.

The slippery, soft texture in his hand immediately made Levi realize what he had grabbed. Raising his eyes, he saw the newly elected class representative, a girl, maintaining a pose with her right leg raised near his chest. A glimpse of water blue flashed under the raised skirt, glaring in the sunlight. Levi quickly let go and took a few steps back, maintaining a safe distance before speaking.

"Quite a combo, Kaori. But isn't it a bit much to use it on your own teacher? By the way, blue really suits you."

"Pervert! How dare you force a girl student to... to... expose herself! I'm going to call the police!"

Fujibayashi Kaori pressed down on her skirt, her head lowered as she brewed a storm of anger. Standing not far away, Levi seemed to see a thick cloud of black smoke rising from behind her.

"Sorry, sorry, it was purely accidental. Please don't call the police; I can't afford to lose this job. I'm really sorry, Fujibayashi, class is about to start. Let me apologize to you properly next time. Bye~"

Seizing the opportunity when a gentle breeze blew, forcing Fujibayashi Kaori to press down on her skirt again, Levi darted through the open iron gate.

"Pervert teacher! I'm going to gouge out your eyes and stuff them into your nostrils!"

Hearing the footsteps growing more distant, Fujibayashi Kaori, knowing she couldn't catch up, shouted her threats at the open iron gate. Her face, flushed from the unexpected exposure, was so heated with shame that she completely forgot the real purpose of her visit—to question Levi about the class representative issue.

==================

Starting from the Academy City and heading west, through the maze-like general school area with its crisscrossing roads, one can see a vast, primeval forest.

The dense trees allowed only a small portion of sunlight to reach the ground, creating a beautiful pattern like a patchwork quilt. Deep within this forest, filled with life and warmth, stood a quaint little wooden house, just like in the fairy tales that all children dream of.

Levi, exhausted from a day's work, walked through the forest with a pleasant post-work mood, approaching the door of this fairy-tale-like house.

Pushing open the ancient wooden door, the luxurious dolls scattered throughout the room immediately filled his dark pupils. This dreamlike place didn't seem like a residence for an adult male at all. In fact, Levi had once protested to the owner, but after several brutal suppressions, he gave up on the idea of redecorating. Thus, never inviting students or colleagues to his home became a peculiar trait of the kind and gentle Levi.

"Kitty, you skipped class again?"

Sitting on the sofa in the center of the living room, Levi gently stroked the golden long hair of the house's owner.

"Don't call me Kitty! Since I can't graduate anyway, what's the point of going to class!"

The owner, whose appearance matched the house's dreamy exterior, shook her head but did not break free from Levi's tenderness.

Her silky golden hair reached her legs, her skin was so fair it made one want to protect it, and her delicate features and small, child-like figure made her more like a perfect work of art, adorning this dreamy space, rather than the owner of the house.

"But, Evangeline," Levi said while combing the girl's hair and picking up the remote to turn on the TV, "don't you feel bored staying at home alone? At least watch some TV."

"You... you have the nerve to say that! If it weren't for you and that despicable Nagi, I wouldn't be in this state! Who made me endure this boring life! Even draining all your blood wouldn't be enough to repay your sins!"

Hearing Levi's teasing, Evangeline, who had been lying on the sofa, jumped up, her slender hands gripping Levi's shoulders. She opened her lips like petals and bit down on his neck!

Levi's gaze shifted from the TV screen to the girl greedily sucking his blood in his arms. He did not stop her. He put down the remote, gently hugged her delicate body, and tightened his arms, indulging her capriciousness.

Evangeline A. K. McDowell, a vampire progenitor about six hundred years old. Originally a princess living in medieval Europe, she was attacked by a vampire at the age of ten and became a progenitor. Due to her immortality, her body has remained at the age of ten. Known as the 'Puppeteer,' 'Dark Evangelist,' and 'Undying Mage,' this top bounty hunter in the magical world, with a six million dollar reward, has a personality that differs from the usual descriptions. For example, she prefers to use the abbreviated name Evangeline A. K. McDowell to avoid others knowing that her name contains the word 'kitty.' In Levi's heart, she is just a perpetually young, stubborn little girl who needs to be loved, even after spending a long century together...

"Who are you? How did you infiltrate my castle?"

Sitting on a high platform in the spacious hall, the mature, golden-haired woman, dressed in black leather, asked in a regal manner. As a universally despised evil vampire, she had no doubt that the intruder's purpose was to infiltrate the castle and kill her for the bounty. She was more curious about how he managed to infiltrate this heavily guarded castle.

"Who am I?"

The unfamiliar man shook his head, possibly still under the influence of the dolls' enchantment, looking as if he had just woken up.

"I... I think... my name is Levi? This is probably my name..."

The man, who called himself Levi, reported his name in an uncertain tone, as if he had just read it from someone else's information. His ridiculous appearance made the golden-haired woman wonder if the dolls had hit him too hard, causing him to lose his memory. As for deception, the proud vampire progenitor believed no one could perform such a despicable act without being detected by her magic.

"Levi? Levy? Or Levin? Maybe lowww.piaotia.com. Anyway, it doesn't matter what you're called. Answer my previous question: How did you get here?"

"How did I get here? It seems like a dimensional shock... I lost consciousness and only woke up just now, finding myself..."

Levi's memory was very hazy, only remembering that he was on a mission and then woke up in this medieval-looking ancient castle.

"Dimensional shock? A spatial rift? There are indeed some traces of spatial magic on you. I'll provisionally believe your explanation."

Seeing that Levi's memory was indeed confused, the golden-haired woman temporarily gave up her curiosity about the details and remembered something more important. She had yet to announce her name and reputation.

"I am Evangeline A. K. McDowell!"
